computer-oriented problems and solutions. Our daily work includes management of
technical personnel who are dedicated to ensuring access to today's technologies by
anyone interested in the evolving, and surprising capabilities that are being provided
by the computer culture. Together and individually, Marti and Don have written and/or
edited numerous documents concerning the use and application of these technologies in
support of government analytical efforts as well as single page "How-To" descriptions
for those overwhelmed by the rate of change in the Internet environment.

and some friends with whom we maintain daily contact. We have built this WebSite to make
