O'Toole was 
awarded the inaugural Humanitarian Executive of 
the Year Award by our firm. Well , Joe  continued 
to exhibit the qualities of "compassion"- 
"integrity" and "dignity" as a manager, 
supervisor, and associate and was a genuine 
living example of true "servant leadership."
Joe passed away in December 2001 and with the 
encouragement of his wife, Linda, we are renaming 
this annual award  the "Joseph B. O'Toole 
Humanitarian Executive of The Year Award ."
We will be presenting the 2002 winner of this 
award at The Comwell Executive Roundtable 2002 in 
May. Since this year's topic is "Servant 
Leadership" we thought that presenting this 
unique recognition would be significant. The 
winner will need to have a history and positive 
reputation of demonstrating the core values of  
"compassion" - "integrity" - "dignity" and 
"servant leadersip" as an executive  within the 
American marketplace.
