Paul,

Attached is the file as discussed at our meeting last Thursday.

As requested, a column was added to instruct you on what is printed on
screen, what is not, and what requires a response. We included
another column to provide some guidelines for the responses, such as
where "0" may not be an acceptable response. This is not final, but
gives you an idea of what we will need before it's ready for use.

We'd like to develop completion rules as we go along. For instance, we
may need to develop a red - yellow - green format: red = not
acceptable,
yellow = please check and confirm, and green = acceptable. There could
potentially be up to 5 categories: "unacceptable (too low)," "please
check and confirm (appears low)," "acceptable," "please check and
confirm (appears high)," and "unacceptable (too high)."

In the area of Estimated Labor Percent, for example, we may say 0-5%
(too low - unacceptable); 5-10% (appears low - please check); 10 - 90%
is acceptable; 90-95% (appears high - please check); 95 - 100% (too
high
- unacceptable).

When will you need all the rules/guidelines finalized? We thought it
would make sense to try a few first and see how it works.

Also, a reminder: we're scheduled to meet Tuesday October 15th at 2:00
PM.

Regards,

Arleen
