two adjacent owners are planning on building homes at approximately the

<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">My
Top Five reasons for loving Bull Point:</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">1.
Abundance of beautiful trees and overall diversity of visual textures (reeds,
water, trees, marsh, etc.) and vistas situated in a moderately warm climate.</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">2.
Expansive lot sizes, giving a privacy surrounding for every home and exclusive
feel to development with one entry and security of peninsula geography.</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">3.
Abundance of nature trails, boardwalks, parks, islands, and lakes for children
and grandchildren to safely roam and be a kid. All too often resorts are
developed with a commercial feel with items like mega slides, video game
rooms, etc.. I wanted
a place where children can play the old fashioned way; outdoors riding their
bikes, swimming, discovering, fishing, boating and breathing in fresh air.</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">4.
Close proximity and accessibility to rivers, the intra-coastal and ocean
for boating excursions and evening sunset cruising.</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">5.
Close proximity in all directions to amenities such as quaint cities like
Charleston, Savannah, and Beaufort and to major airports and highways.
It's nice to
have a multitude
of premium golf courses nearby to choose from, without paying upwards to
100k in initiation and dues that a golf course community resident pays.</font></p>
