tape, tape the end of the paper to the end of the pencil. Slowly, wrap the
paper around the pencil</span><span style='color:blue'> until there is no paper
left. Then tightly tape the other end. Write a short message to a friend going
horizontally. Circle </span><span style='color:#3366FF'>the first letter in the
whole note. That way, your friend will know where the note starts. When you run
out of room, rotate</span><span style='color:blue'> the pencil and start a new
line at the beginning, like a page in a book. When you are done, take off the
tape and unwrap </span><span style='color:#3366FF'>your strip of paper. If you
did it right, it should look like scrambled letters. For your friend to decode
your pencil</span><span style='color:blue'> message, make sure they use the
other pencil that is the same thickness and length. Have your friend take your
strip of </span><span style='color:#3366FF'>paper and start wrapping the paper
around the pencil in the same way you did. Make sure that they start at the
circled</span><span style='color:blue'> letter. The message appears! Friend,
