Airana!
I realize that it is rather silly to let it go any old way, but really
there is a limit to the number of dialects. I explain the major ones in
the updated pronounciation guide (
http://www.angelfire.com/super2/tigeria/pronounciation.doc ).

The rules were only set in place because most often they produce a good
flow. However, people are allowed to have personal preference, and it is
expected that the common people would not have a perfect mastery of their
beautiful language. I myself often receive criticism, but I find it helps
to relate to the people. It's good to be the king/president (Tegireserana
has a hereditary presidency, but that's a long story).
