Unzip it to get the file zhcode.jar. Get and install the <A HREF="http://java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.2/jre/index.html"> Java Runtime Environment 2</A>. <P> After installation, you can set up a short cut on the desktop to the zhcode.jar file or add it to your start menu. Now you can click on it. It can also be started from the command line by typing "javaw -jar zhcode.jar". <P> After starting the program, a small window should appear that will allow you to choose the encoding and name of the file you want to convert and the encoding and name of the converted file.
