There is a second Floyd Etheridge, who was given as Floyd G. Etheridge, born in 1900 to Merdy R. and Zora B. Etheridge, living in Mills Co., TX. His age makes him the Floyd T. Temple in the 1930 census, husband of Lillie. However, in 1930, his birth date is 1900, and his middle initial is T.
