So, his enlistment date, at its earliest was about 1936 or 1937, as shown. When he enlisted, he was in AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, or TN. He served in the field artillery. He was admitted to treatment at the Fort Sill, OK, station hospital for acute nasopharygitis in Feb 1945. Treated and released back to duty in Feb 1945. Service # 14006873.
