The latter Theodore is buried with Sarilda in Arlington, OH, and he died in 1907.  However, in the Poast Town cemetery where Jacob and Catherine are buried, there is another Theodore, also born in 1848, but he died in 1920.  No wife is evident.  So, how he could have been their son and lied two separate lives is not clear.  They never overlap in the census, so they may be the same person.  For that to be so, the discrepancy in burial locations and dates would need to be explained.  One of the markers may be a cenotaph, but that requires proof. They share the same birth date and location, the same sister named Molly as a contact person, and they don't seem to be twins as they were not enumerated in the censuses.  The draft registration card for Thomas Henry Temple is only partially filled out (Serial # T817, Order Number T10859), so it may be there was something going on behind the scenes.  Thomas Henry registered for the draft on 22 Feb 1943 at Chippewa, MI, which is the same county as Theodore.  The odd part is that Molly was the contact person, but said to be a wife.  The birthday they share appears in SSDI for Theodore - SSDI has no Thomas or Henry with that date.  A second draft registration is for Theodore Alex Temple, same birth date, next of kin Molly, dated 22 Feb 1943.  This second registration is completely filled out, as opposed to the one for Thomas Henry Temple.
