Gould filing their intention on 4 Apr 1841. Research by Margaret Behnke uncovered the marriage records in Leverett, Franklin, MA, give Amos Temple of Deerfield marrying Mary D. Torry of Leverett on 8 Apr 1841, in the Baptist Church. The actual source of the confusion is still unclear.
