SSACI also says he was going by Harold and that entered his Social Security papers in Jun 1942. Harrison is already accounted for in at least 1930, and Harrison was not in AL at that time. The marriage papers for his marriage with Zellar Peterson gave his name as Herman H. Temple. So, the conclusion is that Hiram H.P. Temple was going by Harold in 1930 and 1940 (possibly what the initial H stood for), and was the husband of Zellar Peterson.
