However, her birth date was 1850 in 1910, making her too close to George's age to be a daughter. Instead, she is the same age as George's sister, Emily. If Emma is not Emily, I think Emma was the daughter of a different George Temple. As his middle initial was apparently W from other sources, that leaves the possibility that he was the one b 1845 and living in St. Louis. However, the one in St. Louis was a drug store clerk, which was an unlikely transition to being a farmer in 1880.
