He was the informant on his brother Tillman's death certificate in Jun 1937. <p>There are two George Temples of similar dates. The Find-A-Grave reading of whatever information they got was well off the mark according to his 1938 death certificate. Find-A-Grave says he died 19 Jan 1936 and was buried in Central State Hospital Cemetery, Nashville, TN. The George who died in 1936 died of a pulmonary tuberculosis. The one in 1938 died of serious complications from a cerebral thrombosis involving the optic nerve, including gangrene and septicemia, and inactive tubercular syphilis. His death certificate said his body was assigned to the National Cemetery in Nashville, TN. The one who d 1936 resided in Lafayette, TN, but died in Nashville. The one who died in 1938 died in Nashville as well. The confusion may stem from both Georges having a father who went by Will according to the different death certificate informants. George, who d 1936, had a mother given as Bettie Dismang, while the George who d 1938, had a mother unknown to the informant.
