However, since Almon is identified in Pasquotank County, he must be related to the line of Thomas and Nancy, and may be a brother of Thomas. Rise of the Temples created a major problem in that line, confusing what I believe to be a father and son Thomas into one generation. The Thomas in Rise of the Temples could not be the brother of Almon, as he is given as having been born in 1760, but the Thomas that married Nancy was born in the 1784-1794 timeframe according to the censuses, and would be a contemporary of Almon.
