On the other side of Argell was Alma Waltman, who was later married to Curtis Hinton.  Alma was the right age to be the daughter of Joe and Argell.  Cemetery records gave her name as Argell and that's how she appears on her grave marker, but her obituary said she was Roxie A.  She was Argell in 1910.
