In 1947, as a staff sergeant, he was a recruiter in Madison, WI. He remained a staff sergeant until Jan 51 when he was promoted to technical sergeant. Promoted to E-6 in Apr 1952, he was a technical sergeant again in 1953. Promoted to E-7 in Jan 1958. Sevice # 266785.
