<td><p><strong>3-Wire</strong> stations are the costliest choice, as these stations require more electronics to function on fewest wires.
Choose 3-wire stations to replace existing 3-wire stations (must be compatible brand and series),
or when upgrading an existing older bell/buzzer (no voice) system to a voice intercom system, using existing wiring. </p>
<strong>4-Wire</strong> stations are the lowest cost stations, and are the most popular choice for complete systems when
running new wire, or when replacing existing 4-wire stations (must be compatiblpe brand and series). </p>
