      Arrived!&quot;</h3>

    <p>Earlier this year, I decided, if &#8220;Justice&#8221; had not been served 
      by Labor Day, we would <strong>&#8220;leave the stands&#8221;</strong> and 
      <strong>&#8220;get onto the court&#8221; </strong>and aggressively<strong> 
      &#8220;play in the game.&#8221;</strong> During this time, we were maintaining 
      impeccable notes for the record and detailing the every action of all parties 
      to the &#8220;colossal conspiracy&#8221; I have alluded to in recent times. 
      The findings of the investigation undertaken at great expense to me are 
      in and will soon be officially released to the appropriate authorities for 
      their review and necessary action &#8211; the same information to be released 
      to the local media.</p>
    <p>I shall present the Truth! I shall present the Facts! And I will clearly 
      and unequivocally demonstrate the vicious lies, intentional distortions 
      of the facts, and fabrications made by parties to be named were deliberate 
      and preplanned. And I shall demand appropriate sanctions against those who 
      have intentionally lied; those who have intentionally distorted facts to 
      support their unjust actions, and those who have abused their authority 
      and compromised the integrity of the public trust they swore to uphold when 
      they became employees of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.</p>
    <p>We have witnessed &#8220;from the stands&#8221; as we watched the game 
      unfolding on the court, a personal bias to manipulate the rules of the game 
      to meet personal agendas &#8211; basically to eliminate competition at ANY 
      expense by several (but certainly not all) local Worcester County Funeral 
      Directors. We witnessed the referees (in this case &#8211; State Officials 
      selected or appointed) compromised from the outset and corrupted in order 
      to justify their incompetence and inappropriate actions. We have witnessed 
      the leaders of the State Government of Massachusetts (I allude to Governor 
      Romney; Lt. Governor Healey; Inspector General, Mr. Sullivan; Director of 
      Consumer Affairs &amp; Business Regulations, Ms. Lindstrom and others to 
      be named in documents soon to be released) go into hiding, hoping beyond 
      belief that the issues I am about to present through official channels would 
      just go away. <strong>As a footnote: Neither Gov. Romney, Lt. Gov. Healey, 
      Mr. Sullivan, or Ms. Lindstrom have had the common decency or professional 
      courtesy (let alone ethical standards) to respond to correspondence forwarded 
      to them, and which I shall soon make public. </strong>One would think our 
      State Government leaders would demand the highest level of professional 
      conduct as well as the highest level of integrity of its personnel, but 
      apparently this would be asking more than one can expect from some <strong>(I 
      emphasize &#8211; &#8220;some&#8221;)</strong> of the officials in Massachusetts.</p>
    <p>The series of actions planned will commence today, Tuesday, September 6, 
      2005 and shall continue for 90-120 days with an action initiated every 7-10 
      days during this period. Attached to each action will be the Truth, the 
      Facts, and All substantive documentation to support the action. We shall 
      not play the <strong>&#8220;Witch Hunt&#8221;</strong> game that has been 
      the earmark of Nordgren Memorial Chapel in the persons of Katherine &amp; 
      Kurt Mangsen. We shall not play the <strong>&#8220;hide and seek&#8221;</strong> 
      game the State Board of Registration of Funeral Directors and Embalmers 
      has chosen to play in this matter.</p>
    <p>But what we will play is the <strong>&#8220;Truth Game&#8221;</strong> 
      &#8211; totally alien to the aforementioned parties, but essential to &#8220;Justice 
      being served.&#8221;</p>
    <p>Unfortunately, the true losers in this scenario are and will be the families 
      that have lost loved ones in recent times and have been implicated by actions 
      and statements made by Kurt &amp; Katherine Mangsen, Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 
      Kevin Mercadante, Mercadante Funeral Home and Chapel and others at the State 
      level. These families, many willing participants and others reluctant participants, 
      will be brought to the forefront to attest to the truth, while reliving 
      the painful loss of their loved ones. I cannot assume any responsibility 
      for what is about to happen, for I have afforded the system every opportunity 
      for justice to prevail based solely on the facts to validate the truth. 
      The aforementioned funeral directors and applicable State Officials, also 
      alluded to above, <strong>must and will be held accountable</strong> not 
      only for their actions and statements, but for the additional pain and suffering 
      they will surely cause grieving families.</p>
    <p>Justice Comes at a Very High Price as I have learned, and those involved 
      will soon find out. Truth and the facts are powerful tools. The Truth and 
      the Facts build great structures and are the foundation of our society. 
      Lies, untruths, and despicable actions on behalf of less than honorable 
      people erode the foundations and underpinning of our society. These individuals 
      MUST be rooted out, publicly identified, and held accountable.</p>
    <p>I am committed to this result!</p>
    <p><strong>The initial action will have already been taken and will be published 
      on this web site on September 16, 2005</strong>.</p>
