<p>How often have we heard the phrase - <strong><em>"The Devil is in the Details?"</em></strong></p>

<p><strong>Light, Truth</strong>, and <strong>Children of God</strong> <strong>vs.</strong> <strong>Darkness, Lies</strong>, and the <strong>Children of the Devil!�</strong> This has been my challenge for the past 9 years (November 19, 2003) and continues to this very day.</p>

<p>In past updates, I have identified the false, fabricated, and yes,<strong><em> fraudulent</em></strong> acts and actions of many government appointees and Massachusetts state functionaries; each and every statement made on this web site supported by veritable facts in my possession. But to those in darkness, who live by lies, who are embraced and take their marching orders from the devil, and are truly Children of the Devil - light and truth have no place in their corrupt and disjointed world.</p>

<p>The latest dilemma clearly presented to you in the most recent updates now confronts the Massachusetts State Police and it�s newly appointed Superintendent, Col. Timothy Alben. The Massachusetts State Police received a Complaint and Order to evict me from the State Office Building at 1000 Washington Street, Boston, MA on April 12, 2012. The Complaint and Order; for which the Massachusetts State Police in the person of Massachusetts State Trooper, Sean Newman, took the action and evicted me from the building, was issued according to Trooper Newman by Chief Investigator for the Division of Professional Licensure, Christopher Carroll. Trooper Newman even went so far as to write down and present me with Mr. Carroll�s name, title, and phone number - documentation also in my possession.</p>

<p>Oh, I neglected to mention, herein, that no less than seven (7) Boston Police Officers (six with their hands on the holstered weapons) also responded to this clearly false, fabricated, and fraudulent Complaint and Order.</p>

<p>For the past 8+ months, I have endeavored to secure a copy of the supposed Complaint and Order that existed to which the Massachusetts State Police and the Boston Police Department responded on April 12, 2012. <strong>You guessed it!</strong>� It appears all parties with the exception of the Boston Police Department have sought "darkness" as their means of escape from responsibility and accountability. Needless to state, but I will for this record, I have each and every piece of correspondence, telephone conversation, and attempts made to contact each of the parties well documented to and from the individuals, the agencies, the building�s managers and their security firm, and others somehow "sucked" into what strongly appears to be a deliberate effort to falsely and fraudulently discriminate and intimidate me and an attempt to cover up for criminal activity on behalf of one or more state functionaries.</p>

<p>If recent history is any indication, these wayward individuals must know that their jobs and pensions are now on the line - not to mention the penalties associated with criminal activity.</p>

<p>Will Col. Alben and the Massachusetts State Police, who claim "Excellence in Policing" to be their motto, respond with the veritable facts and honor their pledge to serve and protect the integrity of policing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts?� Or will Col. Alben and the Massachusetts State Police seek the "darkness", support the "lies", and hide behind that which has and continues to compromise that for which so many Massachusetts State Troopers put their lives on the line each and every day?</p>

<p><strong>Col. Alben, -� </strong>We as Christians not only here in Massachusetts, but throughout the world celebrate on December 25<sup>th</sup> the Birth of the Son of God (Jesus Christ). In a few short months from now, we will mourn the passing of the Son of God (Jesus Christ) through whose sacrifice we now have a chance at salvation and to be with HIM and the Heavenly Father. I firmly believe the Good Lord watches our every action. Col. Alben, if you too have a belief in God and honor Him as you do the Massachusetts State Police and the Oath of Office you took when you joined the ranks of the Massachusetts State Police; you will take the necessary steps to honor the Good Lord, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and your name by responding in the "light", with the true and veritable facts after conducting an investigation in response to my correspondence to you dated October 1, 2012.</p>

<p>To each of you taking precious time from your lives to not only read the updates on this web site, but to be as supportive as you are and have been for so many years; know that I pray for you each and every day as I do for the perpetrators of the grave injustice for which this web site was created - specifically to shed light on the darkness, for which many have put their souls at risk in an attempt to cover for their blatant indiscretions.</p>

<p>I encourage you to praise God! I encourage you to celebrate the Birth of His Son (Jesus)! I encourage you to live in light; for without the Light your hell /your damnation is assured here on earth as well as in eternity.�</p>
