<p>Yes, I am still alive! I haven�t deserted you! And yes, I continue to seek Justice in an environment where unfortunately �corruption, obfuscation, and deception� are the norm in Massachusetts State Government � permeating not only Administrative State Agencies but even finding its way into the Judicial Branch of Massachusetts State Government.</p>

<p>Since the last Update several months ago, much has occurred to support the aforementioned statement � so much so that space does not exist in this update to apprise you of it all. Suffice it to say, that I continue to document every fraudulent act, every fraudulent action, every fraudulent statement, and every fraudulent attempt to cover up the continued corruption that runs rampant in a State Government comprised of individuals in positions of power � yet individuals who seek to hide from their ultimate responsibility to the public and to be held accountable for their acts and actions. For you see, the individuals referenced above to this very day truly believe they are living in the days when there was No responsibility for their acts and actions; that they could readily hide behind the corrupted process without fear of being �found out�; and that they are immune from any form of accountability.</p>

<p>To these wayward individuals I say, �You have lived your �lives of lies and deceit� on the edge long enough! Eternity is around the corner and besides being exposed before the Good Lord (for HE knows all); you are now about to be exposed within your current Domain as well as in a venue where there is No place to seek refuge from the truth.</p>

<p>I very recently had the opportunity to spend time at the Worcester Trial Court witnessing proceedings in a �Bench Trial�. It was a bit refreshing not to be a participant in the proceedings; as I have become a regular in attendance at the Worcester Trial Court seeking Justice in a system that protects corruptive practices by State Employees and by attorneys that lack ethical and moral standards. Please Note: I do not suggest or intimate all attorneys lack ethical and moral standards. I have just come to witness for myself how morally and ethically corrupt (and yes, �Dirty�) some attorneys are and just why the legal profession suffers from the lack of credibility in the eyes of the public as a result thereof.</p>

<p>During a break in the proceedings of the referenced �Bench Trial�, I had the opportunity to see and speak with a well respected (morally and ethically grounded) attorney from the Worcester area. The attorney asked how my issues before the Commonwealth were proceedings as he had not seen any recent Updates on the Web Site � HYPERLINK "http://www.justiceatwhatprice.com" www.justiceatwhatprice.com. He indicated he and others in the profession followed the web site closely and were wondering what had transpired during the recent hiatus from update postings. I had only a few moments available to speak with him, but took the time to briefly explain the circumstances of a recent incident that occurred in Boston that brought Massachusetts State Police and Boston City Police together to take action on a contrived attempt to discredit me. Without going into detail at this time, the attorney was shocked and dismayed � finding it difficult to believe what he had just heard. I promised to relay more to him in the near future.</p>

<p>Later that same day while I was sitting in Courtroom 24 at the Worcester Trial Court, an attorney whom I have known for several years and who had entered the Courtroom unbeknownst to me to hear the testimony of a witness, got up to leave after the witness had testified. Seeing me the attorney motioned for me to follow him out of the courtroom, which I did. He immediately asked how things were going with me, with my issues with the State and my issues with Nordgren Memorial Chapel. I stated it would take much too long to respond, and maybe at another time. The attorney stated, �Where are you with Scott Sinrich?� Initially, I was surprised at the question, but realized the attorney was aware of the fraudulent criminal complaint Scott Sinrich filed against me with the Worcester District Attorney�s Office a few years back, and that the attorney was aware of the complaints I had filed against Atty. Sinrich with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO). He had seen the actual alleged and proven violations of the Code of Conduct by Atty. Sinrich � yet the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) chose to take no disciplinary action against Atty. Sinrich.</p>

<p>Anxious to get back into the courtroom for the �Bench Trial�, I suggested to the attorney that we speak further at a later date. His response, �Most lawyers in the area have no use for Scott Sinrich. Many of my brothers regularly follow your web site for updates. Scott is certainly not a credit to our profession.� I chose not to respond to these statements, although the record is clear as to my feelings and findings concerning Atty. Sinrich. I stated it was good to see the attorney, thanked him for his concerns, wished him well, and returned to the �Bench Trial.�</p>

<p>As I was leaving Courtroom 24 at the Worcester Trial Court on Friday, May 4, 2012 a Worcester Clergyman approached me and asked when I would once again have my funeral director�s license as many of his parishioners were asking him, as the families wished to make funeral arrangements for family members. I indicated I had completed the application process in March 2012 and was waiting to hear from the Massachusetts Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers for a date to take an examination. I also indicated I appeared before the Funeral Board on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 and was informed I would be hearing from the Funeral Board in a few days. I promised to keep the Priest informed and will do the same on this web site.</p>

<p>Once again, I am grateful for your many e-mails, calls, and inquiries concerning my health and well-being. I am fine. I remain committed to seeking Justice in these matters. With your support and encouragement and my deep faith in the Truth before the Good Lord, we will prevail.</p>

<p>In the meantime, we are all living on the edge of eternity. Know that with each passing day, we are one day closer to eternity. �Will eternity for you be with the Good Lord or will your eternity be in Satan�s Hell?� I suspect for many referenced above, Satan is rejoicing knowing you will soon be a welcomed member of his family.</p>

<p>I ask you to take a moment and pray for the souls of those who lie, who deceive, and who continue to turn their back to the Good Lord; for their fate is certain. Pray they repent now before it is too late. Eternity is for a very long time. Our time on earth is but a brief moment in preparation for a heavenly life with the Good Lord or a life of pain and suffering incomprehensible to one�s earthly mind.</p>
