<p>Every time I am about to release the voluminous public records and documents describing in exacting detail the conspiracy, the corruption, the cover-up, and the deliberate and intentional acts to conceal, obfuscate, and deceive the public and therefore deny justice by government functionaries, elected state officials, and supposed Judges sworn to up-hold the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the Constitution of the United States; another state agency raises its ugly head to publicly let the world know that they believe there is <em>No Responsibility</em> and <em>No Accountability</em> in Massachusetts Government - and therefore they can say what they want, pre-judge any and all issues, and do as they please without re-dress now or ever.</p>

<p>To this position, I say, <span><strong>"No Longer!"</strong></span> The days of blatant concealment! The days of intentional obfuscation! And the days of deception to protect the guilty - the guilty in government circles to include the Judiciary - are a thing of the past. Re-assigning, transferring out, or otherwise moving perpetrators of corruption to new positions will not eliminate nor lessen the penalties for the fraudulent acts and actions of those soon to be exposed in this matter. Even the passing of an individual(s) will not absolve those who willingly and knowingly actively participated in the conspiracy, corruption, and cover-up.</p>

<p>You have heard and, I�m sure, witnessed in recent times events that clearly demonstrate that the act of attempting to cover-up an act or action ends up being significantly worse than the actual infraction itself. Compound this with the fact that the corruption and cover-up to date has cost the taxpayers of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts between $3-5M and you have State Government in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at its very best - or rather - at its <strong><em>Very Worst!</em></strong></p>

<p>Historically, the powers-to-be escape statements are - <em>"I had no knowledge of this, for if I had I would have most certainly remedied the matter immediately!"</em> The second response is - <em>"I must rely on my people (government functionaries) in whom I have great faith and trust to investigate and respond with the veritable facts at the core of any and all acts and actions on behalf of the Commonwealth."</em></p>

<p>Ordinarily these escape statements are enough of a veil to shield the powers-to-be in such matters. <span><strong>But not in this case!!</strong></span></p>

<p>There are No foxholes for the Governor(s) (Romney and Patrick); no foxholes for Lt. Governors (Healey and Murray); no foxholes for Attorney Generals (Riley and Coakley); no foxhole for Inspector General (Sullivan); or no foxhole for the Ethics Commission to crawl into in an attempt to circumvent and deny having any knowledge of the conspiracy, corruption, and cover-up. I have in my possession correspondences to, and in most cases responses from, the aforementioned individuals clearly aware of the circumstances noted herein.</p>

<p>As a citizen of these United States of America, the Constitution is clear - "A citizen has the unalienable right to economically prosper - going along with Life and Liberty!" To deny one of his/her rights to Life, Liberty, and to Economically Prosper - actions by Administrative Boards, Government Agencies, and yes, the Judiciary - must be based upon veritable facts and not allegations, accusations, biases, prejudices, and most significantly - "Pre-Judgments!" To intentionally and deliberately deny a citizen of his/her right to Economically Prosper based upon contrived and fraudulent facts is "Criminal" - punishable by the harshest penalties available.</p>

<p>As a person of faith, it is certainly not my intent to see or have anyone hurt personally or professionally as a result of their gross and misguided acts and actions. I do not want to see anyone lose their position or employment. I do not wish for anyone to lose their pensions as we have seen is now readily the case where individuals have violated the public trust.</p>

<p>In the opening statement to this update, it reads -</p>
<p><strong>"Short Term Gain -Long Term Pain"</strong>The Lord Knows Your Heart!</p>

<p>I am often reminded of a statement made to me by Attorney James Read, lead prosecuting attorney, Division of Professional Licensure (and in the presence of a witness) during a recess of the Administrative Proceedings wherein I presented documentation to him that what he had just stated under oath was incorrect and not supported by the veritable facts. Atty. Read stated and I quote, <em>"Mr. Haddad, I could care less about the veritable facts! It is my role to see that you never practice as a funeral director in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts again!"</em></p>

<p>To Mr. Read, I say, <strong>"Your Short Term Gain</strong> (your supposed win) will now most certainly be <strong>Your Long Term Pain</strong>"; for the Good Lord not only knows your heart, but also is and will continue to impose harsh judgment on you and those with whom you have conspired and deceived.</p>

<p>The person who truly violated the Public Trust and person who shoulders a significant amount of blame for not short-stopping the fraudulent proceedings is Anne Colleton, Administrative Hearings Counsel assigned to hear the proceedings in lieu of the Massachusetts Funeral Board. It was blatantly clear to independent individuals who have asked to review the 7 days of hearings that Ms. Colleton was not only biased and prejudiced in her handling of the Administrative Hearing, but she acted more as a prosecutor than an Administrative Hearings Counsel during the proceedings. Additionally Ms. Colleton�s denial of my motion to allow the audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the Massachusetts Funeral Board wherein the conspiracy unfolded to be entered into the proceedings and denying it being played was fatal to the proceedings.</p>

<p>Ms. Colleton�s actions were a deliberate attempt to protect the Massachusetts Funeral Board, her friend Funeral Board Counsel, Kathe Mullally, and Division of Professional Licensure Director, Weber.</p>

<p>Prior to the commencement of the Administrative Hearings, as a result of significant restrictions placed upon me by Ms. Colleton, my attorneys at the time asked for Ms. Colleton to step aside and another independent Administrative Hearings Counsel be appointed to conduct the proceedings. Like every other request (Motion) made to Ms. Colleton, she denied the motion to step aside and refused to recuse herself (this is typical of biased and prejudiced government functionaries who pre-judge situations without the benefit of veritable facts within Massachusetts State Government).</p>

<p>Now 8 years later, yet another Massachusetts State Agency is attempting to conceal what they consider "secretive" deliberations that would prevent the veritable truth from surfacing in a related matter dating back to 2003. I continue to wonder when government employees will realize concealment and secretive deals can no longer be standard operating procedures. I continue to wonder when government employees will realize that their employment carries with it "responsibility" and "accountability." These same person(s) have apparently failed to learn that harsh penalties exist for fraudulent activities, i.e. recent convictions of state employees to include House Speaker DiMasi.</p>

<p>Not only have I witnessed materially false and fraudulent statements made by government functionaries, but I have witnessed time and time again Justices at the Superior Court level and Appellate Court level repeat as factual the lies, the false statements of supposed fact, and yes, intentionally fraudulent statements that are contrary to the veritable facts of the Administrative Proceedings in this matter.</p>

<p>For instance, when I appealed the baseless decision of the Massachusetts Funeral Board and the recommendations of the aforementioned Ms. Colleton (Administrative Hearings Counsel) to the Worcester Superior Court, I presented the inconsistencies of the documented record as were stated in the final decision of the Board to Justice Lemire (and later to Justice Agnes). Neither Justice Lemire nor Justice Agnes bothered to review the merits of my appeal or take note of the fraudulent non veritable findings of the Massachusetts Funeral Board as presented in my appeal. Justice Agnes even went so far as to re-state the fraudulent statements unsupported by the veritable facts in a decision affirming the Massachusetts Funeral Board�s decision and thereby covering up blatant corruption in an attempt to cover for the State Agencies and protect the Office of the Attorney General.</p>

<p>Would I be so bold as to put any of this on this web site if I could not prove every word? I don�t think so. I may not be the smartest person in the world, but I stand firm and I stand tall on the truth before the Good Lord.</p>

<p>As stated earlier, the Good Lord knows your heart (and mine)! There is no rationalizing or compromising the truth before God. We are all going to die at some point, and have to bare witness for our acts and actions - yes, including Judges - for they too will be judged!</p>

<p>I�ve promised you a major response to the (now) 8 years of corruption and cover-up by Massachusetts State Government appointees, state government functionaries, and now Justices of the Massachusetts Court System. As a believer in the Justice System (apparently lacking in Massachusetts), I have exhausted my options in the Massachusetts state court system and shall now aggressively move forward in the next venue.</p>

<p>To those referenced above and to you who may believe you can compromise ones constitutional rights through blatant corruption while enlisting the support of your contemporaries in the process, let me leave you with the following -</p>

<p><strong><em>"Guilt is a weight upon one�s heart, from which no one can emerge without Repentance!"</em></strong> And yes, the Good Lord is watching and will continue to watch right up to your day of Judgment!<strong><em>Live in fear or Repent!</em></strong>The decision is yours!</p>
