    <p><strong>�Can You Ferret Out the Lies Beneath the Contrived Truths?�</strong></p>
	<p><strong>I Have, and Very Soon so Can You!</strong></p>

<p>Much time has passed since we last communicated via this web site � �Justiceatwhatprice.com!� During this time a great deal has happened as many of you know having communicated directly with me � seeking more information.</p>

<p>I have intentionally not posted the specifics and pertinent details giving the judicial system the opportunity to correct the many injustices that have plagued the issues described in extensive detail in Administrative and Court proceedings alluded to on this web site.</p>

<p>As you know the issues before us have attracted the attention of a wide range of concerned citizens; a wide range of institutional (and constitutional) scholars of major universities, and state and federal authorities. Quite frankly, it can become a bit frustrating having the veritable proof and veritable facts in hand (including an audio tape of the corrupt government officials and government functionaries conspiring in their own voices) to support the allegation I have presented of a conspiracy laced with �pre-judgment� � only to be swept under the rug and totally disregarded by a system of government corrupted from the outset by individuals hell-bent on attempting to protect each other and thereby denying me my right to �due process� afforded me and every citizen of these United States under the U.S. Constitution.</p>

<p>As a high school and college student in the early 1960�s, I was taken with a statement made by Edward R. Murrow, a reporter and journalist for whom I have great respect. Mr. Murrow could not be compromised and reported what he witnessed; not necessarily what his superiors wanted him to present. Mr. Murrow made the following statement that has motivated me in every phase of my adult life and for which I will be eternally indebted to him. Mr. Murrow stated in one of his speeches and I quote �</p>

<p>�If we are not careful and vigilant and allow ourselves to become a nation of sheep �</p>

<p><strong>�The Nation of Sheep will beget a Government of Wolves!�</strong></p>

<p>In many respects, this is what we see in government in Massachusetts � a Government of Wolves! With corruption running rampant and the public throwing up its arms saying �It is business as usual in Massachusetts, the perception is there is nothing we can do about it.� Unfortunately, people in Massachusetts have become a state of sheep � accepting corruption in government as - the norm.</p>

<p>For the record, I do NOT subscribe to this scenario and with the Constitution of the United States in hand and the laws of the Commonwealth also known to me and in my possession, it is time to send a message throughout the Commonwealth and throughout the country that conspiracy and corruption will no longer be tolerated. To those hiding in their foxholes in the crevices of Massachusetts state office buildings feeling secure they will not be found out and held accountable, I suggest you count down each and every day for the day of your judgment will arrive and vengeance and judgment will be swift.</p>

<p>In the past several months, I have dedicated a great deal of time to preparing documents submitted to the Massachusetts Court of Appeals in Appendices to support my Appeal to the Court � official public documents now prepared in pdf form, soon to be made available via the web to all of you asking for the veritable facts. I also have had a significant number of copies made of the audio tape of the conspiracy of the Massachusetts Funeral Board held on December 9, 2003 � in the actual voices of its Chairman, all Board Members, Legal Counsel, and Investigator � a truly telling audio recording of corruption in Massachusetts. This recording will also soon be available in digital format as well.</p>

<p>I ask that you grant me a few more weeks before providing you with specifics, as I anticipated several decisions in the near future that may well bring justice to the fore-front � justice that has been denied me in several venues here in the Commonwealth. </p>

<p>As I have stated to each of you who have taken the time and made the effort to contact me, I always have and <strong>always will</strong> stand firmly on the truth with the Good Lord by my side and the Constitution of the United States firmly in my grasp.</p>

<p>In the meantime, I ask prayers for those so consumed with evil that they may see the �Light of the Lord� before the darkness consumes them in eternity.</p>
