When last we communicated, I stated I would present questions raised, statements made, and suggested actions you (the viewers of this web site) have indicated I should (need to) take in order to bring transparency and accountability to this mis-carriage of justice in Massachusetts State Government I have presented on this web site since its inception in March 2005. I have also made it quite clear that to do so may well bring shame and harm to those whose acts and actions are of their own making. It has also been pointed out to me by many of you that I have been more than generous with my time and resources in reaching out to those whose despicable acts and actions not only border on criminal intent, but in some instances are fraudulent and in fact are criminal actions and subject to severe penalties according to the Constitution of the United States.

As noted above, the Four (4) Fs = a guarantee of Hell! What do the four (4) Fs stand for and who has already imposed the eternal death penalty and on whom? Lets take each question separately.

The Four (4) Fs stand for Force Fit False Facts and are indicative of a criminal act and actions punishable by the most severe penalties imposed by our system of government and the laws of this country. To knowingly Force Fit False Facts into Administrative and Judicial proceedings in order to deprive an individual of his / her right to prosper under the 5th and 14th Amendments of our Constitution almost always will result in jail time, loss of job, loss of pension, and utter disgrace.

But even more important, is the fact that as is stated so very often in the Bible and in the words of Christ, Unless you repent, you too will perish! Lest we be perfectly clear, when the Good Lord says perish, He does not mean perish from our earthly life; for we all will eventually die in our earthly existence. What the Good Lord is referring to is - the opportunity to live eternally with him in Heaven. Those who have lived by the Four (4) Fs have already been judged (and cursed as has their families) for their actions, and without a pure and sincere effort to repent and beg for the Good Lords forgiveness, eternal death in Hell is assured.

In the last update I shared with you the initial cracking of wills in this mis-carriage of justice a deliberate conspiracy, deliberate corruption, and a deliberate cover-up by misguided persons who pre-judged a situation without the facts and then created false facts and force fit the false facts into a set of circumstances to justify their personal agendas. The walls of corruption are about to collapse on whom and to what degree will soon to be determined.

Question: Mr. Haddad, I first became aware of your dilemma several years ago as a result of the Funeral Monitors articles (personal attacks) on you. I have followed your web site since, and have found you to be the most patient person I know. How have you kept your composure through it all? I dont know that I would have been able to handle it so well. Also I am a funeral director and have been for years, and care deeply about the families I serve. Your recent Letter to the Editor in the Worcester paper was forwarded to me by a colleague in Massachusetts concerning funeral directors overly marketing their name and business in obituaries, prayer cards, and acknowledgement cards. You are so right! Funeral directors that do this type of promoting of themselves make a bad name for all of us who deeply respect and care about the integrity of our profession. I was thinking of asking you for the name(s) of a few of the funeral homes (directors) you were referencing in the Letter to the Editor, but realized I can find that information out quite quickly on my own. Keep up the battle, for its clear your position, actions, and motives are honorable.

WOW! It is professional and truly caring individuals like the gentleman who asked the aforementioned question and made the aforementioned statements that give reassurance to me that there is hope for funeral service as we have known it into the future.

To address the question posed above, my 32 year government career gave me the opportunity to see, to hear, and to witness a great deal of the good, bad, and ugly that can occur in government, when individuals attempt to compromise that which our forefathers saw as essential rights and privileges afforded the peoples of America. Early on I was singled out and trained as a Grievance Examiner to ultimately be assigned cases of alleged impropriety by government functionaries against employees. In order to resolve these issues, an investigation into the veritable facts as well as the motives of all parties to the issues at hand were reviewed in depth and in a very fair and impartial manner. From this experience (and training), I learned the importance of keeping explicit and detailed records, documents, and files that encompass what at the time might seem insignificant but at some point may shed lasting light on a situation.

I have been sustained by the truth and by the extensive records to support the truth and veritable facts I have in hand with the vicious and unsupportable allegations against me by the Kurt and Katherine Mangsen and the Funeral Boards former Chairman (Kazlauskas). Had Kazlauskas not been taken away as he was, the situation I have faced would most certainly been resolved long ago. When I witnessed the concealment, obfuscation, and deception of the Massachusetts Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure and a process that denied me a less than fair and impartial Hearing (that took 19 months to occur as they attempted to force fit false facts to support the statements of a now deceased Funeral Board Chairman) it became evident early on to my attorneys at the time, that a fair and impartial process was not possible at the Division of Professional Licensure level. Therefore, the process of court proceedings would be necessary.

To this day, 7 + years later, I believe in our system of justice. As such, I am prepared to present the veritable facts (and the factual documentation not allowed to be entered into the record) and to demonstrate the process afforded me was one of intentional corruption by government functionaries and corrupted appointees to the Massachusetts Funeral Board, who pre-judged a situation without the veritable facts, and were not willing to admit their mistakes and proceeded to do whatever it took to cover-up their fraudulent acts and actions.

Yes, I realize the aforementioned statements are pointed and powerful; and God knows (and you should know as well), I wouldnt be making these statements unless I could back them up with veritable proof. And yes, I possess the veritable proof to do so. There are many whose world as they know it will soon be rocked by the truth for all to see, for all to know, and for the system to judge fairly and impartially.

You must know that I responded back to the gentleman who asked the aforementioned question and made the aforementioned observations with the following statement

The article (Letter to the Editor) I submitted to the Worcester Telegram concerning a funeral director(s) that utilizes the decedents obituaries, prayer cards, and acknowledgement cards to boldly advertise and market his funeral business even went so far as to state in the presence of a clergyman that he wanted to buy the pre-need funeral arrangements I had made prior to my departure from Nordgren Memorial Chapel in 2003. Obviously, my response was Families that I have served are NOT FOR SALE! (I must admit my initial reaction was to inform him of the name of the funeral director I herein reference, but to do so would compromise my relationship with Christ and lower me to a level on par with this funeral director and I refuse to enter his darkened world).

Question: Mr. Haddad, I was informed about this web site by my daughter. Were members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Worcester and have been for many years. Pauline and Harry (Mangsen) were dear friends. Pauline spoke about you several times after Harry passed in 1996, and how much you did for Kurt since Harrys death. Kurt is a good boy (no longer a boy, I guess). We never got to know Kurts wife, Katherine, very well, other than she was oftentimes very outspoken. Pauline mentioned on 2 occasions that she wanted you to take care of Harrys gravesite with flowers for Memorial Day and in the winter with a seasonal arrangement, but that you wouldnt take any money from her to do the work, and that you indicated if Kurt (and the family) did not take care of it you would at no cost. When I went to All Faiths Cemetery (it will always be New Swedish Cemetery to me) at Thanksgiving, there was nothing at Pauline and Harrys gravesite. I was so disappointed. A week or so later, I again visited family at All Faiths and did see arrangements in front of their monument. Can I assume it was you who remembered my dear friend Pauline (and Harry) by placing the arrangements at the gravesite? Oh, and so that you know, we miss you not being at Nordgrens. You were always so helpful, so pleasant, and warm to everyone. My daughter now wants my arrangements to be made with Athy Funeral Home, right around the corner from the Church. I hate making changes, so well see.

First off, I am grateful to this woman and her daughter for their observations and comments taking the time to write to me. Pauline Mangsen was a dear friend, whom I came to know and admire more than ever after Harrys passing. Pauline knew the promises I made to Harry, and was more than pleased with all I was doing for Kurt to fulfill my promises. After Harrys passing, Paulines presence at the funeral home became more frequent as Pauline wanted to be close to Kurt without being too obvious, and Pauline would spend time with Betty Sander and me making sure Kurt was O.K. (from a distance).

Yes, it is true Pauline wanted to procure a contract for the beautification and maintenance of Harrys gravesite, but I would not hear of it. I indicated I would see to it that Kurt maintained the gravesite as she wished and would be there with him in the event he was reluctant to do so. When Pauline passed, I was asked by Katherine to get an arrangement to the site as quickly as possible, which I was honored to do so.

Shortly after this past Thanksgiving Day (2010), with my two (2) grandchildren in tow, I visited Pauline and Harrys gravesite, and as stated by the woman, there was nothing adorning the Mangsen Gravesite in All Faiths Cemetery. I immediately turned around, went back to my home, took the two (2) arrangements I had made for my front porch, returned to All Faiths Cemetery, and secured the winter arrangements in front of Pauline and Harrys monument. As we do with all the gravesites we maintain, a color photograph was taken at that time for our records. Was I disappointed that the Mangsen Gravesite was left barren ABSOLUTELY! Was I surprised that the Mangsen Gravesite was left barren NOT IN THE LEAST.

Question: Mr. Haddad, I continue to be bothered by what you have referenced in the past and what I have read about that Atty. Sinrich. He was (is, or whatever) Nordgrens lawyer, and yet he (and Nordgrens) didnt even give you the opportunity to respond to concerns of the Funeral Board and participated in your termination. He then, while an ongoing Hearing Process was underway, spoke with and provided that National Funeral Magazine with limited documentation to make his clients (The Mangsens) look good at your expense; and then stated at the end Our conversation is off the record. If I understand you correctly, Sinrich even wrote to the Registration Division and stated you created an unlicensed insurance agency in Massachusetts (Westland Insurance Agency) that never was created or ever existed, is this correct? And yet are you telling us (the reader) that the Board of Overseers of Lawyers did nothing to punish this man? If so, this State of Massachusetts is worse off and more corrupt than the public is aware. And last, lawyer Sinrich should better be known as lawyer Sinful!

(This message came from a woman who indicated those in her senior group read the web site HYPERLINK "http://www.justiceatwhatprice.com" www.justiceatwhatprice.com regularly and are astounded by the acts and actions of Nordgrens attorney, Sinrich).

I, too, have been greatly disappointed in Atty. Sinrich his lack of professionalism; his lack of ethics, and his lack of morals. It is a fact that he was/is corporate counsel for Nordgren Memorial Chapel. It is a fact that he denied me (an owner and equity partner in Nordgren Memorial Chapel) the opportunity to respond to concerns of the Massachusetts Funeral Board inspector and prepared my termination papers within hours of an inspection in order to terminate me without notice and without the opportunity to address issues not with me, but with how Nordgren Memorial Chapel conducted its business accomplishing the objective of Mrs. Mangsen. Atty. Sinrich had an obligation as Corporate Counsel to Nordgren Memorial Chapel to afford me the opportunity to respond to any concerns, but abandoned his ethical, legal, and moral responsibility to do so. When it became known that after a year of concealment by the Massachusetts Funeral Board that the audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Massachusetts Funeral Board was to be released to my attorneys and Atty. Sinrichs and his clients fraudulent statements were about to be made publicly known, Atty. Sinrich spoke with and forward biased and prejudiced allegation and accusation documentation to the Funeral Monitor, and attempted to hide from his conversation and actions by stating, Our conversation is off the record!

It is apparent Atty. Sinrich would do anything to advantage his clients and his case; even make up lies and put them in writing to the Massachusetts State Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure. This was done as mentioned above in the most recent question when on his Company Letterhead (Phillip, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, P.C.). Atty. Sinrich stated in writing that Haddad created the unlicensed - Westland Insurance Agency. The Massachusetts Funeral Board nave as they are to the truth accepted this fact without ever checking to verify if in fact there was a Westland Insurance Agency created by me (Haddad). For the record and attested to by the Massachusetts Commissioner of Insurance well after the fact, there never was a Westland Insurance Agency created in Massachusetts by me or anyone else. Why would Atty. Sinrich state in writing on his Law Firms Letterhead and sign a letter laced with lies is beyond me but a practice found to be acceptable by standards suitable to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO). In a subsequent update, I shall share with you all correspondence I prepared for and received from the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) in this matter.

As stated in the Book of Jeremiah, The Heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked! What we have here in the case of Atty. Sinrich is a prime example of the Sinful Nature of Man! I have come to know there can never be peace, when the wicked are the architects!

I do not consider Atty. Sinrich to be a wicked person. I do not like the word wicked! I do, however, classify and believe Atty. Sinrich to be blatantly evil and blatantly sinful so much so that I routinely pray for his soul, and that he (and his clients) come to the realization that their evil and sinful ways are the ways of Satan and guarantee all of them an express passage to Hell.

As stated at the beginning of this Update, the time for Accountability and Transparency has arrived. There is an initiative in the Massachusetts Legislature to do just this. I shall soon release all documents Public Record Documents to support what I have expressed and presented to the Massachusetts Funeral Board, to the Division of Professional Licensure and its Administrative Hearings Counsel (Colleton), and to the Worcester Superior Court; but the veritable truth meant little to these folks.

Pre-Judgment, and getting it wrong, is NOT an option!

Stay tuned, for the light of the Good Lord is about to shine on the darkness of the deeds of many. And let me leave you with something to contemplate until next we come together

Good Times lull people into sleep!

Bad Times keep people alert to God & Eternity!

Next Update Is it appropriate (and necessary) to honor an Order of the Worcester Superior Court? Answer Apparently Not! Details to be presented!

Until then, pray with me for those about to find out what Accountability and Transparency truly mean.

Blessings to all.
