    <p>�What is happening?� �Where have you been?� �Are you O.K.?� �Come on Haddad, we want an update!�</p>
<p>The aforementioned are but a few of the many contacts and inquiries I have received since the holidays from interested followers to this web site � to include funeral directors, lawyers, clergy, insurance folks, and Law school students and their professors � all shocked at what has transpired and been presented on this web site during the past 6 years. I am amazed at the number of folks who have indicated they have gone back in the archives and read and re-read the updates and were shocked more now than ever.</p>
<p>I must apologize for the void in time since November 12, 2010. Much has happened. Much will soon happen. And much more shocking revelations are about to happen.</p>
<p>It should be no surprise to you that I am a person of deep faith, commitment, and passion for my Christian upbringing and beliefs. If you did not know previously, I have unwavering faith in the Lord God, and an undying belief that justice can and will evolve with the Grace of God. If you still have reservations, take a moment and read the last 8-10 updates, which typically describe the �drum beat I march to.�</p>

<p>Wow! What a following. Thank you!</p>

<p>I am sad to report that as stated above in verse 15, <strong><em>�the warped and crooked generation lives (but does not live well).� </em></strong>The darkness wherein the warped, wicked, and crooked generation has been hiding for more than 7 years is now about to be illuminated as never before.</p>

<p>I remain encouraged by the many emails, calls, and contacts in the past few months asking for more information and updates as to what is happening in the saga concerning the Massachusetts Funeral Board, the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure, and the Massachusetts Court System. The long and short answers are �Much has happened and much more is soon to occur!�</p>

<p>Since last we communicated, I have received two (2) e-mails and one (1) phone call from parties that either are directly or indirectly involved in the proceedings of the past 7 years, and find themselves possessed and overwhelmed with guilt for either their direct involvement in or knowledge of the conspiracy and corruption that has permeated the Massachusetts Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure and their fraudulent acts and actions against me.</p>

<p>My initial statement was � �What has prompted this action at this late date and why now?� A response was, <em>�The guilt I am experiencing and the fear I have before God is eating away at me. I am a Christian and until now have thought of myself as a Christian before God, but now I fear for my eternal future as well as my job if and when the real truth surfaces.� </em>The person further elaborates, <em>�Mr. Haddad, I have never read the Bible as much as I have in the last year � as a result of your statements in recent updates on your web site. I know others involved do the same, some feeling the same way as I do.�</em></p>

<p>As much as I would like to know more from this person and others referenced above, I am not one to pry � at least not during initial conversations. But I am reminded of a statement made to me by Very Rev. Fr. Dean N. Paleologos (St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Worcester) and referenced in previous updates, <strong><em>�Phil, at some point in time God and one�s conscience will take over those who do evil, for nothing � but nothing � escapes the eyes of the Lord.� </em></strong>I did not fully understand or grasp the full impact of Fr. Dean�s words at the time, but his wisdom is having a resounding impact on some and hopefully many more of the perpetrators of the conspiracy, corruption, and cover-up I have referenced herein.</p>

<p>As I have stated on this web site on several occasions, I was denied the opportunity to enter into the record during the Administrative Proceedings the audio tape of the conspiracy and corruption by the Massachusetts Funeral Board, its Chairman, and investigator by the Administrative Hearings Counsel (Anne Colleton) appointed by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. Clear that Ms. Colleton was not and could not be impartial in these matters, I (and my attorneys at the time) petitioned the Director, Division of Professional Licensure (George Webber) to replace Ms. Colleton with an independent and impartial Administrative Hearings Counsel. Ms. Colleton responded for Mr. Webber, denied the request to step aside, and stated she could and would be impartial in the proceedings. As one reads the record of the proceedings, Ms. Colleton was far from fair and impartial in her statements, actions, and demeanor during the recorded and documented proceedings.</p>

<p>The audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the Massachusetts State Funeral Board was so telling and laced with bias, prejudice, and pre-judgment as well as heinous and bigoted ethnic slurs directed at me in my absence that the legal counsel for the Massachusetts Funeral Board (Christopher Carroll) did everything in his power to conceal the existence of the audio tape � a process he was successful at for almost a year � all now and soon to be a part of the Public Record.</p>

<p>I have provided <strong><em>veritable</em></strong> proof of the conspiracy, corruption, and cover-up � only to have the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure�s Administrative Hearings Counsel (Colleton) state � �The evidence and testimony of Mr. Haddad and the witnesses he has called (witnesses who lost loved ones; were referenced in complaints filed by Katherine Mangsen; were required under subpoena to travel to Boston from Worcester and as far away as Manchester, CT to testify and were forced to re-live the loss of their loved ones only to have their testimony and mine) is rejected as being self-serving to my (Haddad�s) defense of baseless allegations and accusations by Kurt and Katherine Mangsen.�</p>

<p>As presented in previous updates, I wish you could have seen the faces of Kurt and Katherine Mangsen as witness after witness stated they did not know Kurt and Katherine Mangsen and the statements entered into the record as having been made under oath by Kurt and Katherine Mangsen were untrue and were �lies.� (I shall never forget their faces, their expressions, and the embarrassment directly focused on the Mangsen�s during this phase of the Administrative Hearing � all clearly and accurately recorded in the Public Record of the proceedings).</p>

<p>As you know, Kurt and Katherine Mangsen (and their less than honorable and ethical attorney, Scott Sinrich � well documented in correspondence to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers) are seeking to fraudulently secure my stock and the investment I made in Nordgren Memorial Chapel back in 2002 when the Carrigan�s 50 % interest was purchased by the Mangsen�s and me. When I use the word �fraudulently�, I do so with the public record to support the fact that the Mangsen�s and their attorney have been less than truthful in statements made to the Massachusetts Funeral Board, Division of Professional Licensure, and the Worcester Superior Court. I so look forward to playing the audio tape of the conspiracy and subsequent corruption (and yes, subsequent cover-up) for a jury to hear and the public to know and hear for themselves.</p>

<p>In preparation for the aforementioned to occur, I am in the process of having the 7,000 pages of �public record documents� chronicled; in preparation for their distribution at the appropriate time, in the appropriate venue, and before the appropriate person(s). Included in this process will be the full and complete �public record testimony� of all conspirators, co-conspirators, and participants in this miscarriage of justice I have been subjected to for the past 7 + years.</p>

<p>Fearful (actually scared to death), the Mangsen�s and their attorney (Sinrich) have petitioned the District Court in an attempt to limit the documents I intend to make available for fear that the truth will adversely affect their business. Yet, Mrs. Mangsen, their accountant (Johanna Higham) and yes, Atty. Sinrich clearly and intentionally violated a direct Order of the Worcester Superior Court Justice (Locke) by releasing my personal and business financial information found and provided under discovery. The aforementioned is part and parcel of the public record and shall soon be released at the appropriate time.</p>

<p>With no legal training, I rely on direction (not advice) from State employees in the various departments, whose role it is to direct a �Pro Se� Litigant in the process before each of their Departments (and courts). The Supreme Judicial Court came out with an in-depth Guide for the �Pro Se Litigant� with explicit directions to State staff personnel as to how to be of assistance to the �Pro Se Litigant� according to the publication.</p>

<p>In the next update, I shall present questions raised, statements made, and suggested actions you have indicated I should (need to) take in order to bring transparency and accountability to this �mis-carriage of justice in Massachusetts State Government!� To do so may well bring shame and harm to those whose acts and actions are of their own making. I ponder this position daily, as I have come to realize and shall share with you in the next update how I have come to know - �True Justice� comes from Jesus. This information just may �rock� your world.</p>
