If you believe there is a God above, and that He sees all and that He knows all; then you too know that Satan is a liar and that Satan embraces liars as friends, brothers and sisters. So too do you know that liars love darkness, for liars are nocturnal in nature and that is there "motif operandi" - operating in darkness under the cover of night. To you to whom I refer, "take a moment, look in the mirror, and through your jaundiced eyes, you will see Satan sitting on your left shoulder smiling, clapping, and whispering in your ear - "Welcome Home my brothers and sisters!"

The information in the previous paragraph was recently forwarded to me by a spiritual leader from afar, yet a person whose life has been spent in the presence of God and as a Disciple of Christ. "Mr. Haddad, it is apparent that while the enemy talks, you never fail to listen to God. You know His voice, and you know that His Will will be Done in your life. For your enemies cannot trust he whom they do not know!"

As I embark on Part 5. to the question, "Mr. Haddad, as you sit back and look at the past 7 years, what have you learned from this experience?", I am as convinced today as I have been since I awoke to life at the time of the sudden passing of my father in 1965, that the "Spirit of Wisdom comes from experience before God!" I also have never forgotten and will not ever forget the passage in the Bible that reads, "I am not a man, that I should lie!" As such, I have great pity for anyone that lies, for liars, and for the burden liars carry in life - and yes, in eternal death. Oh, how I wish those to whom I refer would open their hearts to God, who would confess and repent, and who would seek the grace of the Good Lord by righting the wrongs of their ways. I pray for them and for this awakening to occur in their lives, for "Gods Mercy is new every day!"

I will now address and answer a few of the many comments, e-mails, letters, and phone calls that I have received in recent times- questions that are reflective of the genuine concern folks have for what Justice is and has become in Satans world - better known as "the world we live in!"

"Mr. Haddad, I have read (and so too have several of my fellow students - and soon one or more of our professors) your complaint forwarded to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers concerning the acts, actions, and statements by Attorney Sinrich made to the Massachusetts Funeral Board, the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure, the Worcester Office of the District Attorney, the Funeral Industry publication (the name slips me at the moment), and the Courts in Worcester - apparent lies, distortion of the real facts, and proven to be false statements. Several of the students who have read the complaints and supporting documentation have concluded that like a policeman that is corrupted in and by the process is known as a "dirty cop"; so too has several students referred to Attorney Sinrich as a "dirty lawyer." What is your response to this assessment?"

My Response - I must say I was caught a bit off guard by the frankness, yet genuine concern by the person who generated this question to me. I have had some time to reflect on this question; although I have lived with the subject and circumstances for several years now.

First of all, I filed the complaint against Attorney Sinrich with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO), only after I had gathered all the veritable facts; much of which were either intentionally concealed from me by the Massachusetts Funeral Board, which relied heavily upon the input they solicited and Attorney Sinrich so generously provided (much distorted and much more totally false) in the so-called fair and impartial Administrative Proceedings before the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. Attached to the complaint filed against Attorney Sinrich with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) were attachments addressing each of the statements and supporting documentation that Attorney Sinrich had clearly violated the rules, regulations, and ethics governing actions of an attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. At the same time, I filed a Motion with the Worcester Superior Court to have Attorney Sinrich withdraw from representation before the Superior Court for his unethical violations by an Officer of the Court.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) could not and would not condone the actions as presented in my complaint against Attorney Sinrich, but at the same time refused to file a complaint or take disciplinary action against Attorney Sinrich. Shocked by the decision of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) not to take action upon clear and concise unethical actions by a lawyer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I appealed the decision of Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) to the highest authorities at the Massachusetts BBO; only to be informed that they had "prosecutorial discretion" and it was their un-appealable decision no action would be taken against Attorney Sinrich. (I have all correspondence to and from the Massachusetts BBO to support the statements presented herein). If one was to go to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) web site and inquire about complaints filed or actions taken against Attorney Sinrich, one would find no complaints listed or actions ever taken against Attorney Sinrich. I have found that "Prosecutorial Discretion" and "cover-up" have similar meanings when it comes to acts and actions taken (or lack of acts and actions) by supposed fair and impartial regulatory authorities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

It would be against my Christian upbringing and Christian beliefs to address Attorney Sinrich as being so-called "Dirty!" From my experiences with Attorney Sinrich, (and yes, there have been many instances), I consider Attorney Sinrich to be less than honorable, to lack integrity, and to be devious and deceptive in just about every act, action, and statement he has made in my presence or concerning me dating back more than 7 years. Unfortunately, there are persons in this world whose honor, integrity, and character are seriously lacking- but in this case and all cases, I leave judgment to God and listen not to grievous sinners, but only to God!

"Haddad, it is my understanding you have filed Appeals with the Massachusetts Court of Appeals concerning decisions made by a Justice, Worcester Superior Court. Would you share the status of these Appeals with those of us following the topics on this web-site?"

My Response - I did file Appeals in two separate civil complaints before the Worcester Superior Court. One concerning the Decision of the Massachusetts Funeral Board, defended by the Office of the Attorney General, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the other concerning a wrongful termination suit I filed in March 2004 against the Mangsens (Nordgren Memorial Chapel) and defended by the aforementioned Attorney Sinrich.

In the 1st instance, my Appeal was of the Decision of a Worcester Superior Court Justice to Affirm the decision of the Massachusetts Funeral Board without the Judge testing or questioning the myriad of "clear and unmistakable errors of fact and of law" in the decision of the Massachusetts Funeral Board. My Appeal of this decision and my submittal of all applicable paperwork to support same were in process, with no action taken by the Superior Court. Finally, I was contacted (as was the Assistant Attorney General, Maryanne Reynolds-Martin) stating that more information was required if an Appeal was to go forward. The Assistant Attorney General, Maryanne Reynolds-Martin stated in docketed correspondence to the Worcester Superior Court that I had missed the deadline for filing an Appeal and that the Worcester Superior Court should deny me the opportunity to Appeal the decision of the Justice, Worcester Superior Court. A further review of the facts by the Worcester Superior Court found that I had indeed followed prescribed procedures and did in fact have a legitimate Appeal process underway. A "Special Call to the Docket" was initiated, the record was assembled, and I was notified I had a limited amount of time to file an Appeal with the Massachusetts Court of Appeals in Boston. Suffice it to say, I did file the Appeal with the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, and after many weeks of preparing the Brief and 537 Pages of appendix, the Appeal was filed and accepted by the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.

In the 2nd instance, and the same process and time frames were employed, I appealed the decision of the same Justice of the Worcester Superior Court in the "Wrongful Termination Civil Suit" which I filed in March 2004 against the Mangsens and Nordgren Memorial Chapel. At the same time the Worcester Superior Court Justice affirmed the decision of the Massachusetts Funeral Board, the Judge found for the Mangsens and Nordgren Memorial Chapel awarding a financial judgment against me - a judgment I did not have the opportunity to respond to either in writing or at a Hearing - a judgment that was fraudulently prepared by the Mangsens and their attorney, Sinrich; a judgment fraudulently presented to the Worcester Superior Court, and accepted as fact by a Justice of the Superior Court, who denied me the opportunity to present witnesses who would dispute the assertions as presented by the Mangsens and their attorney.

As stated above, in this second instance, I employed the same process and made my Appeal at the same time as in the 1st instance. This time Attorney Sinrich, representing Nordgren Memorial Chapel and the Mangsens, opposed my right to Appeal the fraudulent decision and fraudulent financial award judgment against me by the same Justice of the Worcester Superior Court - fearing that he (Sinrich) and his clients (The Mangsens) would be exposed for their distortions of the truth, fraudulent statements and actions before the Worcester Superior Court, and blatant lies throughout this process. A second (2nd) Justice of the Worcester Superior Court denied my Motion to Appeal the fraudulent decision of the initial Justice of the Worcester Superior Court; even though I had followed all facets of the Appeal Process as outlined in instance one.

I now have a Motion for Reconsideration before the Worcester Superior Court of the second Justices decision denying me the opportunity to Appeal the fraudulent financial judgment made against me by a Justice of the Worcester Superior Court.

I shall continue to update you as more information becomes available.

Please note: Amongst the volumes of paperwork numbering 7,000+ pages and counting, I continue to have a great deal of respect for Justices of the Court System. They have a very difficult job and oftentimes are under a great deal of stress as they make decisions that affect the lives and livelihood of those who appear before them. Getting it right is not always easy. But getting it wrong is not an option. That is why in our system of government, one has the opportunity to Appeal unjust and fraudulent decisions of lower courts to respective Courts of Appeal, Supreme Judicial Courts, and the Supreme Court of the land, when necessary, to guarantee ones civil and constitutional rights under the Constitution of the United States.

"Mr. Haddad, I have read the testimony of Mr. Tracy Mitchell, expert witness for the Massachusetts Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure, in the complaints lodged against you. Mr. Mitchell owns a funeral home in the next town over from me, and I am disturbed by much of his testimony. Please clarify a number of questions for me and my neighbors familiar with this web site and the issues you address. Mr. Mitchell stated he did not know you; yet you indicated and he acknowledged that you and he did meet and that you and he had a discussion at a meeting of some funeral home association a year or two earlier. Am I correct? Also you asked Mr. Mitchell if he recalled a meeting that you and he had scheduled several years earlier at his funeral home to discuss your landscaping business - a meeting that he forgot about and no one was there when you arrived. Is this correct? And lastly, one of our friends has his funeral arrangements with Mr. Mitchell and the funds have been put in trust. My friend stated the only option he knows about or was explained to him by Mr. Mitchell was that the funds for his funeral were going to be put into a trust. Then we read Mr. Mitchell is testifying against you about insurance, which he does not now or ever have offered. Sir, we are questioning Mr. Mitchells motives and motivation for testifying against you; especially because it was stated Mr. Mitchells funeral arrangement files had never been inspected by the Funeral people. Something isnt right here, and we are having 2nd thoughts about this man (Mr. Mitchell). Please respond when you have time. Thank you.

My Response - As you can see, there are many perceptive folks out there concerned for acts and actions of their local funeral directors. Frankly, I also questioned Mr. Mitchells motivation for becoming an expert witness for the Prosecution against me. The one meeting I had with Mr. Mitchell and his wife in Reno, NV at an International Order of the Golden Rule Annual Meeting was especially cordial and lasted only 10-15 minutes. Why would Mr. Mitchell volunteer or be recruited as an expert witness for the Prosecution remains a mystery to me. He certainly was not a funeral director longer then me, for I became licensed in 1967 prior to Mr.Mitchell being educated and becoming licensed as a funeral director.

At the time of the Administrative Hearing when Mr. Mitchell was to be called as an Expert Witness, my attorneys had withdrawn from the case and I was forced to represent myself - a term known as "pro se". I therefore had the opportunity to cross-examine Mr. Mitchell after he had testified for the prosecution - testimony which was apparently read by the person posing the aforementioned question.

Why would Mr. Mitchell volunteer or be recruited as an expert witness? Inspector Bresnahan stated under oath he did not know Mr. Mitchell very well, and although he had attempted to inspect Mr. Mitchells funeral home(s) and review his preneed files, each time he visited Mr. Mitchells Funeral Home there was no one present for Inspector Bresnahan to conduct his inspection. So if this be true, Mr. Mitchell was probably not recruited by Inspector Bresnahan as an expert witness for the prosecution.

Then, who would have recruited Mr. Mitchell to take on this role as the Funeral Boards Expert Witness from so many possible candidates? Was it Mr. Kazlauskas, Ms. Cartmell-Siricco, Mr. Mazur, Mr. Barile, Ms. McCarthy, Ms. Peveri, Ms. Scully or someone else? Since Mr. Mitchell has refused to accept mail from me or answer any questions posed to him from me (I have documentation to support this statement), I will ask this very question of Mr. Mitchell when, as a result of the "Ethical Wrongdoings" seeing the light of day, I and / or impartial investigative authorities from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts confront him under oath as to this and other suspicious issues that require clarification.

Special Request to the person who made the statements and asked the questions concerning Mr. Mitchell! "I do not know Mr. Mitchell well or his motivation for volunteering as an expert witness against me. I do not know his personal association with any of the aforementioned person(s) listed in the previous paragraph. My Christian up-bringing will not allow me to make assumptions or draw conclusions without veritable" facts in hand. I ask you and your friends to do the same. Until proven differently, I ask you in the name of the Good Lord and justice in this case not to judge Mr. Mitchells acts, actions, and statements until the entire matter has seen the "true light." Until otherwise proven, I take Mr. Mitchell to be an honorable person, of good character, and integrity. Hopefully when all the "veritable" facts are "on-the-table" for all to see and hear, this will be the end result. Stay tuned.

As you know if you have continued to follow the "gross" proceedings in what is or was supposed to have been "fair and impartial" proceedings, I am blessed to be surrounded by a support system of persons committed to serving the Good Lord, to thanking Him for the sacrifices He made for us, and to seek good and truth at all costs. I wish each of you were blessed with that which I have and cherish. This support system(s) believe that clergy truly blessed with Christ in their hearts have an important role in assisting those with whom they come in contact to see God, to trust God, and to repent before God.

Believing this to be true, I recently contacted a well-respected man (and a Pastor I believe to be touched by God) to seek truth before God and to hopefully take from Satan those in his presence who have fallen into and reside in darkness. May God grant him success in whatever acts or actions he chooses to initiate.

The next Update -Part 6 in this series (and you wont want to miss this one) - is entitled:

"Ethical Wrong-Doings / Fraudulent Acts!" Can they be saved?

The "veritable" truth be told!
