One thing I have learned from my experiences and extensive research during the past 7 years is -

The FIFTH AMENDMENT to the United States Constitution forbids the United States to "deprive" any person of "life, liberty, or property without DUE PROCESS OF LAW."

The FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT imposes an identical prohibition on the states.

I often have wondered what the penalties would be (or better yet, will be) for those Evildoers referenced in this web site - penalties soon to be imposed by GOD and country. For the moment I will put the penalties that are assured Evildoers before God aside (until next time, but you will not want to miss "The Promise of God"), and focus my attention on the penalties soon to be imposed on and by our country.

Take, for example, the following set of circumstances.

You have a young man, who had been sheltered all his life and overly protected in many ways from the realities of life, thrust into a situation he was ill prepared to handle - that being the position of an owner and CEO of a funeral home. This young man was overwhelmed by not only the enormity of the situation, but by disdain (and actual hatred) of his business partners - also owners of the funeral home. So distraught was this young man that he would routinely disappear from the funeral home without telling anyone where he was going.

Finally the pressure became so unbearable for the young man that a proposition was placed on the table, whereby either this young man would purchase his business partners interest in the funeral home or his business partners would purchase this young mans interest in the funeral home. As it turned out, the young man, with the support of his wife who had up to this point not been involved in the funeral home business in any capacity, purchased the interest of his business partners - thereby gaining completed control of the funeral home (actually 97% of the funeral home stock).

We see the immediate emergence of the young mans wife, who assumes the role of treasurer of the funeral home. Having recently dumped the long-standing legal counsel for the funeral home corporation and also replacing the long-standing accounting firm with a new sole proprietor accountant, it now became necessary to hire a new receptionist / bookkeeper. The young man (now the owner of the funeral home with the authority to make all decisions), at the encouragement of his wife (now treasurer of the funeral home) hired a woman as the funeral home receptionist / bookkeeper - a woman who was a friend of the young mans wife.

The added responsibilities now afforded the young man as owner and CEO of the funeral home did not change his pattern of activity or work ethic. Thus, the young mans wife and the newly hired receptionist / bookkeeper assumed greater powers; making policy and procedural changes without even discussing them with the young man as owner - let alone members of the staff. For example, mail, personally addressed to members of the staff, was being opened by this new receptionist / bookkeeper without the permission or consent of the person to whom the mail was addressed - a complete reversal of the funeral home policy in affect for more than 40 years, and yet a change in policy not discussed with staff members prior to its implementation. There would be many more similar instances of concealment of policy and procedural changes until a problem arose that brought the issue to a "boil" - most often at the expense, or better, yet adversely impacting client families and their perception of how the funeral home was now being operated.

The young man (president & CEO of the funeral home) was encouraged to meet with and discuss these and other issues with staff members individually and collectively by the relatively new legal counsel and new Clerk of the Corporation. Meetings were scheduled and cancelled at the last minute. Meetings were scheduled, and the young man (President & CEO) did not show up, and left the issues to be addressed by his wife (now treasurer of the funeral home). It became immediately apparent the young man had "abdicated the throne" in favor of his wife, which certainly was his prerogative.

The "house-cleaning" commenced with a vengeance. With the previous business partners now gone, apparently the time had come to sweep all others (devoted members of the team for years) out the door. First it was the cleaning lady. Next it was the gentleman that has dedicated his life to doing anything and everything that needed to be done in support of the mission of the funeral home. This gentleman put his family second to the interest and necessities of the funeral home each and every day for years - covering for the actions and in-actions of the young man, who was now the owner and CEO of the funeral home. This dedicated gentleman was swept away from his position at the funeral home without consideration by the wife of the young man (president & CEO) of the funeral home without as much as a "peep" from the young man.

The purge did not stop there. Soon thereafter, another member of the staff, (a funeral director of long-standing) was directed to meet with the funeral home accountant to discuss the business that was generated by the funeral director. The funeral director responded that he would not be able to gather all the information required in order to discuss the issue of business generated over the period in question for a couple of weeks. Two (2) days later (just 2 days from the date of the original correspondence forwarded to the funeral director by the president / CEO of the funeral home) the accountant - and not the young man who owned the funeral home - notified the funeral director of long standing that he would not be receiving his salary effective immediately. So here you have it; no advanced notice, no opportunity to respond, no veritable facts with which to justify the decision to stop an employees salary, no face-to-face explanation of the decision and its justification thereof - but a blanket directive from an accountant to stop a long-standings funeral directors salary (and a minority owner of the funeral homes salary, no less) without notice.

The aforementioned "grave injustice" was corrected nine (9) weeks later when the veritable and undisputed facts were presented to the majority owners of the funeral home and the corporations accountant. This is just another example of acts and actions taken by those without veritable facts in hand and whose personal destructive agenda(s) serve only to escalate concealment, obfuscation, deception, and ultimately corruption to be witnessed for and on the public record for the world to see.

Embarrassed, but not deterred, the wife of the president / CEO, proposed to cut the compensation paid the aforementioned funeral director for more than 9 years by approximately 40% - a proposal rejected by the funeral director. The wife of the young man immediately cut off the funeral directors dental insurance and the very same day notified the funeral director the funeral home would no longer provide a cell phone to the funeral director.

Six (6) weeks later a "purported" unannounced inspection of the funeral home was conducted by a funeral home inspector. The inspector asked for but did not receive six (6) pre-need funeral arrangements to review. The receptionist / bookkeeper (referenced above as a personal friend of the young mans wife) gave the inspector only five (5) pre-need funeral arrangements along with one (1) completed funeral arrangement file. Was this an oversight or was this deliberate? I shall continue.

The funeral home has a separate filing system and cabinet for pre-need funeral arrangements and a separate filing cabinet for completed funeral files - which I have found to be standing operating procedures for most funeral homes. How could a completed funeral arrangement file from a separate filing cabinet find its way into the hands of an inspector seeking only to review pre-need funeral arrangement files? The inspector could not offer a rational answer to this question when posed to him months (and years later), nor could anyone else involved in the process. It just so happened that when the inspector reviewed the completed funeral file, no Cost of Goods and Services Form was to be found. How could this be? The funeral was completed. Payments for merchandise had been made. Cash disbursements had been made. The funeral was over. The burial had taken place. And yet the accounting sheet with the specific financial details was missing.

Come to find out (and the Inspector could have cared less), the funeral home in the person of the young mans wife (now treasurer of the funeral home corporation) was attempting to keep $860+ owed to the family for an overpayment after all expenses had been paid for by the family. The total cost of the funeral was $8,800+ and the funeral home had been compensated in total for the services provided. The funeral director who made the arrangements with the family and who conducted the funeral on behalf of the funeral home promised and assured the family that if after all costs associated with the funeral were paid to the funeral home, any residual amounts would be remitted directly to the family. Yet now the wife of the young man (treasurer of the funeral home) not only refused to remit the balance due the family, but the Cost of Goods and Services Form alluding to all costs associated with the completed funeral was now missing from the completed funeral file. For the record, the family contacted the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General (Consumer Affairs Division), who in turn referred the family to the Better Business Bureau. Finally, after a nightmarish situation, the family that had just buried their departed mother and had to engage in an unbearable process in order to have returned to them that which was rightfully theirs, received the $860+.

A complaint was subsequently filed against the funeral home with the Massachusetts Funeral Board for this injustice. The Massachusetts Funeral Board dismissed the complaint against the funeral home stating there was no violation of the rules and regulations governing funeral homes. One can only wonder if this is common practice in the funeral home industry or just O.K. for this particular funeral home. Regardless, the inspector for the Massachusetts Funeral Board and the Board itself saw this egregious action as genuinely O.K. and permissible under their standard operating procedures.

Getting back to the original inspection process, the inspector decided the funeral home (and its directors) needed to come before the Funeral Board to answer questions that arose out of the "purported" unannounced inspection he had made at this funeral home.

The funeral director arrived at the Division of Professional Licensure early only to find the Chairman of the Funeral Board huddled in a corner of the reception area with the young man, his wife, (majority owners of the funeral home) another funeral director and the corporate attorney for the funeral home. Shocked by the sudden and unexpected early appearance of the funeral director, the Chairman of the Funeral Board, red faced and all, rushed past the funeral director (a man he had known for more than 40 years) without saying a word.

Moments later, before the full Funeral Board, before a host of government functionaries, before the legal counsel for the Funeral Board, and before members of the public and in the absence of the funeral director; the Funeral Board Chairman viciously attacked the character and integrity of the funeral director addressing him as a "carpetbagger" and a "snake." Not wishing to recuse himself from proceedings that were soon to commence, finally the Chairman was persuaded to recuse himself; but not before stating, "I am willing to be an expert witness against the funeral director at the appropriate time."

The Funeral Board Chairmen stepped out of the room for the appearance of the funeral director, only to return and assume the role of Funeral Board Chairman for the appearance of the young man, his wife, and others referenced above. Legal Counsel for the Funeral Board, after hearing the vicious personal attacks and ethnic slur directed at the funeral director in his absence and recommending that the Funeral Board Chairman recuse himself, sat idly by while the Funeral Board Chairmen reassumed the Funeral Board Chairmans role and once again attacked the funeral director (this time in the presence of the Funeral Home owners) as a "carpetbagger."

What was to evolve from this point forward was a failed and flawed investigation by an investigator, who himself referred to the funeral director as a "scavenger" before any complaint was ever filed, and before he (investigator) had ever met the funeral director. What was to evolve was a "witch hunt" of enormous proportions that would span more than 4 years involving numerous Massachusetts State Agencies - all appalled and embarrassed by what they saw and read; and yet all fearful of taking any action that would bring this "witch hunt" into the public arena. The funeral director possesses over 7,000 pages of documents to support this statement.

Accusations, allegations, and distorted fraudulent statements proven to be lies and made by the young man, his wife, and specifically their attorney (legal counsel for the funeral home corporation) have resulted in concealment, obfuscation, and deception by them as well as by the Massachusetts Funeral Board, and Massachusetts government functionaries. Assuming our conservative estimates are correct, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and its taxpayers have expended between $3-5 Million Dollars in an effort to support their flawed and fraudulent acts and actions dating back to November 2003.

When the light soon shines into the dark corrupt acts and actions of those referenced above and there is no longer a sanctuary for the aforementioned to hide, who will bear the burden of being held accountable for the fraudulent acts and actions taken? Who will be forced to compensate the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the enormous fiscal loss from the false and fraudulent statements of the young man, his wife, and corporate attorney? Who will see their government careers ended and their pensions threatened as a result of their false statements and fraudulent acts and actions?

As serious an impact as the resulting impact will have on those referenced herein and in previous updates (and it will be severe); I suspect it will pale in comparison to the judgment that will be afforded each corruptive participant before the "Judgment Seat of the Lord God." That is why I ask each of you, as I have in the past and will continue to do in each of the updates herein, to pray for those so corrupted that their eternity is clearly marked to join Satan in the world of fire.

I ask not that you believe me, for I am but a mortal person. I suggest you listen to, read, and believe the Words of God as spoken by Him in the Bible. For each of you will at some point, fearful the end is near, seek the "Grace of God." At this point, you will be asked several questions, the answers thereto will already be known to the Inquisitor.

The focus in this update has been on the penalties before the country (in this case the Commonwealth of Massachusetts). As stated, we believe the penalties to the corruptors to be not only harsh, but severe.

In the next update, I will present to you that which has been forwarded to me by a devoted reader of this web site, by a devote Christian whose life has been committed to serving the Lord, and who comes to this web site with a "pure" understanding of what lies before each of us. You WILL NOT want to miss the next update.

In the meantime, take a moment to share your basic concerns with the Lord God, to take up your Bible, and to be prepared for that which will "ruffle your basic foundation" as you look forward to the eventuality that "no one escapes this world" alive - and that judgment awaits each and everyone of us.

I also ask for your prayers for those referenced above, that they may see the peril of their evil ways, and that they repent before God and country correcting their evil acts and actions with the "truth." And if you have an additional moment, I, too, would appreciate your prayers that I may have the fortitude to preserve as David did against Goliath.

Blessings to all.
