    <p><u>Quote for the moment �</u> <strong>�For the Lord is a God of Justice! Blessed are they who live for him and await his return!�</strong></p>
	<p>I must apologize to each of you for the excessive lapse of time since the last update (April 29, 2010). Much has and continues to occur on a daily basis that will have <strong><em>�lessons learned�</em></strong> continue beyond just a 4 or 5 part presentation on this web site as originally planned. Besides responding to the Mangsen�s vicious and unfounded assertions and allegations that they and Nordgren Memorial Chapel should be the beneficiaries of actions taken by pre-need families of their own unfettered will, wishing to rid themselves of annual 1099 tax forms; along with preparing an exhaustive Brief and Record Appendix for the Massachusetts Appeals Court of a decision(s) of the Worcester Superior Court resulting from a fraudulent decision of the Massachusetts Funeral Board; compounded by a massive computer failure that set me back almost 3 weeks � and hopefully you can understand why there has not been an UPDATE since April 29, 2010.</p>

<p>I had intended to pick up where I left off in the previous update of April 29, 2010 with the topic <strong><em>�Decrepit Old Man</em></strong>!�� But in reading the Bible and praying for the Mangsen�s and all those associated directly and indirectly in the conspiracy, concealment, obfuscation, deception, and corruption I have presented herein and shall continue to present in explicit detail to and through to the highest courts in this land, I realized that I would be lowering myself to their levels if I presented the detailed facts of what occurred and what was to be presented as the topic <strong><em>�Decrepit Old Man</em></strong>!�� Suffice it to say, it was the Devil at work in the life (and lives) of one or more of those referenced herein.</p>

<p>I have come to learn, and it has been a very difficult lesson for me to have experienced and to now have learned, that <strong><em>�True Justice� </em></strong>is not possible in the corrupt world we live in � a world governed by those who have become immersed in evil doings to feather their own beds at the expense of Justice before God! Therefore, the Good Lord will enforce His Will and True Justice, if not before, most certainly upon His return. With this said, I shall now present documented circumstances of<strong><em> evil</em></strong> trumpeting<strong><em> truth</em></strong>, and where perceptions and actions taken without veritable facts to support ones decisions leave lasting scars that can never be removed.</p>

<p>A lesson to be learned is <em>�The more you associate with evil-doers, there is a strong likelihood you too will become infected!�� </em>Be Aware!</p>

<p>As I stated in previous updates, Kurt Mangsen did not like Jack Carrigan and his son, Steve very much � to say it politely. So deep was Kurt�s distain for them (one need only read Kurt Mangsen�s Affidavit, prepared by Attorney Sinrich, and forwarded to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) as a result of a complaint filed against Attorney Sinrich by John Carrigan, treasurer of Nordgren Memorial Chapel, that after Harry Mangsen�s (Kurt�s dad�s) passing, Kurt would routinely disappear and re-treat to his residence without telling the Carrigans or any of us at the funeral home where he was going or why.�</p>

<p>Soon after <em>�The Decrepit Old Man!�</em> incident � and it was a sad commentary to say the least, Katherine Mangsen (now treasurer of Nordgren Memorial Chapel) and her husband, Kurt directed their accountant, Johanna Higham, to stop my salary with just 2 days notice in July 2003; after an inaccurate and incomplete assessment by Ms. Higham of the business I had generated during the prior 3 month period. After proving to Ms. Higham and the Mangsens that their decision was without merit and was clear and unmistakably erroneous, I finally received my salary for the 9 weeks compensation which had unjustly been withheld from me.�</p>

<p>The very next week, after being compensated for the salary unjustly withheld from me, Katherine Mangsen attempted to cut my pay scale by more than 40%. This entire process was conducted (not surprisingly) in the absence of Kurt Mangsen. I outright rejected her proposal. Several weeks later I was terminated without notice as the conspiracy began to unfold � the actual documentation of which is in the public record and which will soon be presented in its entirety.</p>

<p>What lesson was learned from the aforementioned situation? I learned that what Harry and Pauline Mangsen (Kurt�s mom and dad) had expressed to me in their gentlest of ways was true. Both expressed in their own ways that their daughter-in-law (Katherine) had a sharp tongue and didn�t hesitate to use it. Harry and Pauline would most often walk on egg shells around Katherine, which unfortunately distanced themselves to a large extent from their grandchildren. I chose not to accept Harry and Pauline�s assessment of Katherine, for I had not seen this side of Katherine since she had little or no association with the funeral home (or me, for that matter) from 1994 when I re-joined Nordgren until 2002 when the Mangsens became majority owners of the funeral home. Hind-sight being 20/20, and after seeing Katherine (and sometimes, Kurt) jumping to conclusions with little or no veritable facts in hand (ex. Jack Carrigan &amp; Steve Carrigan and supposed missing funds, Katherine Mangsen�s attack on Jack Carrigan with the International Order of the Golden Rule � OGR, to reference just 2 instances), Harry and Pauline were �<em>spot on�</em> in their assessment of their daughter-in-law, Katherine.�</p>

<p>My dad died suddenly at the age of 51 (I was 19 at the time), and at that moment, I truly learned the value of life and the pain the passing of a loved one brings to those who loved and cherished the departed. Already committed to dedicate my life to assisting others at this difficult time in life�s transitions, I immediately came to realize that our time on this earth was only a brief test of our faith in the Good Lord and that our every act and action was closely watched before HIM.�</p>

<p>I came to understand at this very young age that �denial� and �rationalization� were cards played by Satan to give comfort to those who were weakened to do evil acts and evil actions. One evil act and one evil action would most certainly lead to another and another � to the point where it became okay (and almost a necessity) to feed evil ways with more evil acts and actions. Satan knew (and so too should we) that the thirst for more through these evil acts and actions would become an addiction (and an excuse to further feed the addiction) therefore bound by excesses. One need only look to Bernard Madoff or the Tiger Wood�s situations as examples of what people believe they can get-away with or what they feel they are entitled to.</p>

<p>As I stated earlier in this UPDATE, <em>�The more you associate with evil-doers, there is a strong likelihood you too will become infected!�� </em>I guess I was either lucky, it was my up-bringing by loving and devoted parents, or the Good Lord was just watching over me; for it was not until the age of 57 that I, for the first time, I found myself face-to-face with evil doers so caught up in their own addiction that their reality was obscured with the depth of their disease engulfing their every statement and action. To one addicted, the act and action is �How do I survive at any cost?�</p>

<p>For the past 7 + years, I have witnessed innocent individuals �sucked up� in the evil ways of others, so grossly infected by evil-doers that before they realized they had become infected they too taken positions from which they could not retreat without embarrassment and humiliation. Backed against the �<em>wall of truth or deception</em>,� most would choose �<em>concealment, obfuscation, deception�,</em> and ultimately �<strong><em>corruption� </em></strong>in an attempt to weasel-out of the situation. So very sad!</p>

<p>For the aforementioned are <strong><em>�Fools�</em></strong> � fooling only themselves; for not only the masses see the folly of their actions, but the �true and ultimate Judge� (The Good Lord) sees all and knows all!</p>

<p>I do not pretend for a moment to be preaching to you; for to do so � would be preaching to the choir. The support, encouragement, and words of wisdom many of you have and continue to share with me have sustained me to this day and shall through the battle to the �truth� that continues. I ask for your prayers going forward, because my deep faith and your prayers are very powerful. But, equally if not more importantly, I ask for your prayers for those who have and to this very day continue to lie, deceive, obfuscate, conceal, and hide behind artificial barriers and in their fox-holes thinking they can hide from the truth and judgment before the Good Lord. They know who they are (although do not expect them to admit as such), but they are the ones for whom I ask your prayers.</p>

<p>As James, brother of Jesus Christ, clearly states,�</p>

<p><strong><em>The Prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. If one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring him back, remember this: �Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his ways will save him from death and cover over a multitude of sins.�</em></strong></p>

<p>Together just hopefully our prayers, our acts, and our actions will reach those referenced herein who have engulfed evil at the expense of truth and whose death at this point is final in the eyes of God. Together let�s reach out and turn each of the sinners referenced herein from the errors of their ways, from their perpetual lies, from their perpetual deceit, and from their demise before God � so that they confess their sins and reverse their evil acts, actions, and ways for all to bear witness to. That is your ministry and mine.�</p>
