I must begin this update by apologizing to each of you who follow this web site on a regular basis for taking so long to get this update on the web site. There are several new developments which I shall soon share with you. In the meantime, thank you for the many phone calls and emails expressing your concern and demanding more information.

Before addressing several of your comments, concerns, suggestions, and recommendations, you will recall my conversation with Anthony (the law student from Texas) who requested that I share the complaint I filed against Attorney Scott S. Sinrich, (partner in the law firm of Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, PC, in Worcester, MA) with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) as well as all related notes and correspondence associated with the matter with him and others in his ethics class. Anthony found the web site www.justiceatwhatprice.com in his discussions with clergy and research of "Ethics in the practice of Law".

I stated in the last update that I would respond to Anthony by February 10, 2010 as to in which manner I would convey all the documents and correspondences filed with and received by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO). As you must presume by now, I did not (was unable to) respond to Anthony by February 10, 2010 due to other demands on my time in responding to more harassing lies and irresponsible motions filed in the matters for which this web site was created.

Anthony contacted me on February 13th asking if I was O.K., and had I come to any conclusions as to releasing the case documents that were forwarded to and received by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. I informed him of several of the recent instances that prevented me from responding in a timely fashion, and he was shocked that these things were happening in a court environment. He asked if I would be offended if he shared them with one of his professors. I indicated he was free to do as he wished. I also stated that I had not yet compiled all the documents relative to the BBO filing and responses thereto, but would assemble the documents, emails, and correspondences soon.

Anthony asked if I would be agreeable to speak with his Ethics Law Professor, assuming his professor wished to get more information directly from me. I indicated I would be pleased to answer any and all questions he might have. I once again reiterated to Anthony that I did not wish to have his contact information, that updates would be my means of communicating with him, and that he had my permission to call or e-mail me as he or his professor(s) wished.

In the meantime, many of you continue to send me your thoughts and express your disgust (and amazement) with the proceedings listed on this web site for the past 5 years. For example-

"Mr. Haddad, due process as outlined in the 4th Amendment of our Constitution is to protect the individual and to assure that no one is unjustly deprived of life, liberty, or property without a fair opportunity to affect the judgment or result. The property referenced not only means real property (such as a residence), but the opportunity to earn a living in the field of expertise for which the person has been trained and in which the person was working at the time of the applicable action." It is clear to me that you have clearly been denied "due process" by the Administrative Hearings Counsel (Colleton) at the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. Colleton needs to be called on the carpet, held accountable for her actions and what appears to be a major flawed decision, given her "due process" and terminated if found to be a part of the corruptive process."

My Response- "It is not my desire to see anyone unjustly hurt personally or professionally. At the same time, I cannot and will not stand by and allow a deliberate conspiracy by state government officials and others that outright lied in an attempt to cover up for their false statements and fraudulent actions to go unanswered; corruption to go unpunished, and ethical lapses to be buried behind a rash of carefully crafted "smoke screens" to divert attention away from their unjust actions.

"Mr. Haddad, I have followed your web site for about 15 months and have been frustrated not only in what I have read and what you are going through, but with the time lapses between updates. Have you ever thought of creating a facebook page, posting daily updates (or at least weekly updates), and also twittering and allowing folks to post "tweets"etc? If you availed yourself of this social media network as a means of distributing all information pertinent to the issues before you, I would suspect the conspiracy, the corruption, and the apparent cover-up to include the information requested by the Law Student from Texas would generate an investigation of proportions even the State of Massachusetts and the court system could not hide behind. If this technology is beyond your capabilities (and I suspect it might be), I would be pleased to be of assistance to you in this matter at no cost - I believe they call this in the legal profession - "pro bono." This way you could get hundreds of inquiries and/or statements from the public posted, and you would have the opportunity to respond to those questions or concerns that you had time for or felt were deserving of an immediate response. Just a thought!"

My Response- "First of all, thank you for the suggestion and genuine concern for what I am and have experienced. You are not the 1st to suggest the social media as a means of getting the "truth onto the table" - the same truth that the Massachusetts State Funeral Board, the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure, the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General, and now the Worcester Superior Court are deathly fearful will expose a conspiracy of enormous proportions and a premeditated scandal that will rock the foundation of the Massachusetts State House on Beacon Hill. But you are the 1st to volunteer to assist in its creation. Please know that I am extremely grateful, and I may just take you up on this offer in the foreseeable future. For you see, I have been denied "due process" time and time again as I have watched Massachusetts government officials lecture and dictate to Justices of the Worcester Superior Court as to what they can and cannot do in an effort to deny me access to the full Administrative Proceedings Record; deny me the opportunity to enter into the record the actual audio recording of the conspiracy by the Massachusetts Funeral Board Chairperson (Kazlauskas) and the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensures investigator (Bresnahan) while its legal counsel (Christopher Carroll) sat back and let it all play out; and how a Justice of the Worcester Superior Court reacted to lies and distortions of the facts by Massachusetts government attorneys and legal counsel for Nordgren Memorial Chapel in his decision making process."

"Haddad, if what I have read is correct, you have been dealing with this matter now for more than 6 years, is this correct? And if so, my wife and I often wonder "How can this man have the stamina, the energy, and the fortitude and not get physically and emotionally sick by now?"

My Response- "Many have posed this question over the years and I thank you for realizing the strain it has had on me and my family. I will begin by saying what my dad taught me at a very young age - that "God is calling you to always come forth in Truth!" As you know from previous updates, I was initially represented by Michael Angelini and Daniel Flynn of the Law Firm of Bowditch & Dewey in Worcester. When it became apparent my lifetime of earnings were about to be exhausted, and I had no further resources with which to compensate for their legal representation; I was advised that the Massachusetts Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure were going to bankrupt me if I continued with the process. After two (2) days of listening to the prosecution making statements during the Administrative Hearings that were false and unsupported by fact and yet to present witnesses for my defense, the aforementioned attorneys strongly encouraged me to admit to a couple of the accusations, take a two year suspension, and be back practicing as a funeral director in two (2) years. When I insisted I carried the armor of truth the Good Lord bestowed upon me and that I would not succumb to the evil ways of those embraced by Satan, the aforementioned attorneys withdrew from representing me in the middle of the Administrative Proceedings stating - they were withdrawing because I would not take their advice and because I refused to shut down the web site www.justiceatwhatprice.com. The aforementioned attorneys even went so far as to withdraw from representing me in the civil law suit they filed on my behalf against Nordgren Memorial Chapel and the Mangsens for wrongful termination. That was four (4) years ago, and from that very moment, I have been forced to represent myself ("pro se") throughout this process. To quickly summarize, with Truth as the source of my convictions and knowing that the Good Lord is at my side, to this very day my energy, my commitment, and my perseverance has not and will not be compromised.

For those of you who know me, you know I have dedicated my life to assisting others. One need only look to the years of dedication and commitment I gave to Kurt Mangsen - awakening within him that which his parents were unable to unearth in him. I am continually reminded by my wife, Carolyn, and our children, Stephanie and David, of the family meals and get-togethers that were interrupted because Kurt needed me, had a problem, or was depressed and needed someone to listen to him. One need only to witness the heartache of Orthodox families in need of a facility to house their loved one in failing health to know that an Orthodox Nursing Home was needed. It took 12 years of dedicated effort and Gods personal hand to see Holy Trinity Nursing & Rehabilitation Center come to fruition. One need only see the faces and feel the pain of those who lost loved ones without a place to bury their departed loved ones in the same cemetery as others in their family to know the value of having an Orthodox Section in the same cemetery where their recently departed loved ones could be buried. That effort too took many years of dedicated service and the project succeeded only by the "Grace of God."

I was recently reminded by a young preacher who encapsulated in but a very few words the meaning of a truly "God-Given Devoted Life". The words were not those of the young preacher I was listening to, but the words from a book entitled "Visioneering" by A. Stanley. I believe (or at least hope) the words are representative of my life before Jesus Christ - the words being

"The End of a God-Ordained Vision - is GOD!"

In the next update, I will share with you the answer to the question recently posed to me by one of the loyal followers of this web site - specifically,

"Mr. Haddad, as you sit back and look at the past 6 years, what have you learned from this experience?"

My perspective will be presented next time.

Blessings to all
