    <p>Since our last update, I have been besieged by calls and e-mails from throughout the country. As such, I have decided to air several of them and use this forum to answer them as well.</p>
	<p>This past week I was reading The Bible - a book known to all, but alien in its content and message to the conspirators and co-conspirators - all alluded to in the presence of God and in His Truth as I have shared their statements and actions with you for the past five (years) on this web site. I hang closely on the words spoken by Christ Himself, as he speaks to me (and you) in a clear voice and even clearer in his message. In a Small Group of the most pious and spiritually significant folks I have ever encountered (all of which are aware of the trials and tribulations I am experiencing at the hands of the devil�s demons) we read from the Book of Luke. Christ states once again in His Own Words the following -</p>
	<h3 class="title">"Once again, unless you repent, you too will all likewise perish!" Luke 13:3</h3>
	<p>I paused for a moment and asked the Good Lord to reach out to the Mangsen�s; to their attorney (Sinrich); to the members of the Massachusetts Funeral Board (2003-present); to the Division of Professional Licensure attorneys and staff; and to the Justices of the Court System that so fear "the light" will expose the darkness of their ways that they close every door and window to the Truth, to the Light, and to eternity with the Heavenly Father. Christ�s response is (was) abundantly clear. Our creator had a plan for each of us when we entered this world. Yet our creator granted us "free-will" to choose the path for our earthly journey. Christ is explicitly clear. He seeks us out. He wraps on our door. If we do not answer, do not expect Him to recognize you at the judgment and expect He will bring you to the other side. My friends, be well advised - "The second death is far worse than anything you could possibly imagine, conceive of, or fathom."</p>
	<p>Christ said, "I go to prepare a place for you with many rooms"; for those who live in Him, who live to praise Him, and who do His work during their earthly journey with their every breath and with their every action will be blessed to be in His Presence now and in eternity. At this point, those referenced above are on the out-side looking in. Are they so blinded that they do not see their wicked and evil ways directed by the devil�s demons are surely to be their eternal demise?</p>
	<p>It has been suggested to me that those referenced above, although they walk on this earth today, are living in hell at this very moment. They are what the Bibles describes as "the wicked walking dead!" Are you one of the walking dead? Have you kissed off eternity by conspiring to harm others? Lest you are walking blind, <em>remember</em>, "You cannot rationalize your statements and your actions before God!"  As the saying goes, "You can�t for a single moment fool God and mother nature!"</p>
	<p>The following is an e-mail from a law student in Texas. </p>
	<p><em>"Sir, my name is Anthony, and I am a 2nd year law student in the great state of Texas. Two weeks ago the Pastor at my church was preparing to speak on the subject of Justice in the eyes of the Lord. He googled the term JUSTICE and amongst the several responses noted was <strong>Justice at What Price</strong>. He made reference to the information presented on your web site as he concluded that Justice may never be realized within the nation�s system; yet Justice is immediately realized with Jesus."</em></p>
	<p><em>"I, too, looked up your web site and brought your situation up to two (2) of my professors - one in corporate law and the other in constitutional law. Both were intrigued to learn more and have since researched your web site. So too have many of the students in each class. Several of us would like to use your situation as a case study and are seeking approval to do so."</em></p>
	<p><em>"At 1st glance, we are deeply disturbed by the actions of the attorney for your former employer and business partner. He has violated the basic tenants of professional ethics, not only compromising his corporate responsibilities to you as an owner of the funeral home, but he has prejudiced and compromised both the Administrative as well as Civil processes of the nation�s justice system."</em></p>
	<p><em>"My professors agree as do many of us that your civil, constitutional, and corporate rights have been violated; and if what you state is accurate (and we believe you can prove that which you have presented) you have been denied the justice that the constitution of the United States affords each of us in America."</em></p>
	<p><em>"I have intentionally withheld contact information at this point, until I (we) receive permission to ask if you would consider sharing all the information concerning the issues presented on this web site for our review."</em></p>
	<p><em>"Sir, one last question, you reference the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) and that you filed a complaint against Attorney Sinrich. There was immediate interest amongst the professors and students concerning what you presented to the BBO and their responses thereto. At a minimum, would you consider sharing the complaint, exhibits, correspondence to and responses from the BBO with us along with their final decision? Ethics in the practice of law is a very important and timely issue for us at this stage in our curriculum."</em></p>	
	 <p><u><strong>My response</strong></u> - "Anthony, thank you so much for the e-mail. You seem to be a well bred young man, genuinely concerned for what is right and righteous as you pursue your path to become a lawyer. For more than six (6) years (2003) I have been besieged by lies, distortions, and human failures before God and country -most recently by Justices of the Worcester Superior Court who could care less about Justice; and whose only mission is to protect those who have unscrupulously compromised our System of Justice with their lies. At this time, I will not reiterate that which has been presented herewith on this web site; other than to say, "If it is presented here, I can prove it - given the opportunity and impartial forum with which to do so. The time has come to bring the "flood lights to the darkness" and to expose those who have jeopardized justice and as such have compromised the integrity of our system of government. It is not now nor has it ever been my intent to see anyone harmed, but only for the truth to be heard in a fair and impartial forum. This has been denied me time and time again. Quite frankly, one need only listen to the audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the State Funeral Board - its Chairperson, its investigator, and its Board Members to realize that they had made a baseless decision before any complaint was filed, before any investigation could be conducted, and before I had an opportunity to respond to their concerns. Some of the followers of this web site have referred to the Administrative Process as a "kangaroo court" type proceedings. Others have recently referred to the process as what one could expect if they were to be tried in the court system of Iran. </p>
	<p>Anthony, I pray to the Good Lord every day and have for more than 6 years, and I have a burning desire that <strong>"Of God�s Will - is to be done!"</strong>  I trust God�s Will and have the courage to continue the journey even though I cannot fully understand what He is doing in my life. In trusting Him, I have asked and continue to ask the Lord to help those compelled by and driven by evil to open their spiritual eyes and ears and see Him.</p>
	<p>Your immediate question which is deserving of an answer is "Will I share with you, your professors, and fellow students the complete Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers file concerning Attorney Sinrich? The answer to this is "Absolutely!" The only caveat and decision I must make is whether to forward to you the entire file or to put the entire file on this web site for all to see. I will make this decision no later than February 10th, and since I am unable to respond to you personally, stay tuned to this web site for the answer.</p>
	<p><u><strong>Another e-mail</strong></u></p>
	<p><em>"Mr. Hadad (actual spelling by person), I follow this web site regularly, and I am deeply disturbed that in this day and age people can lie, people can intentionally deceive and harm others, and people�s actions and false statements can infect so many others. The Mangsen woman and the secretary at the funeral home (can�t recall her name) and the funeral home attorney apparently won over the Funeral investigator for Massachusetts without the facts supporting the allegations. I recall Ronald Reagan making the statement - TRUSTING THE SOURCE, WITHOUT VERIFICATION! That appears to be exactly what happened in your case, and then the conspiracy touched so many people of stature that it was corruption and cover-up at its worst - or better yet, at its best!"</em></p>
	<p><em>"I�m sure I am not alone in saying that I support you and your crusade for "truth and justice" before God and country, and know that very often many are fearful of coming forward with the truth when it will be the demise of their peers (bosses) etc. Someone said in a previous segment, that oftentimes it need be left to God and Conscience - a clergyman, I believe. Although I subscribe to this belief, you have an obligation to yourself and others to eradicate this evil, to let it be known that corruption and evil have no place in government at any level - be it municipal, state or at the federal level."</em></p>
	<p><u><strong>My response</strong></u> - "Thank you. Just from your references and statements, I can identify with what you are saying. Surprisingly, when I finally was afforded the opportunity to present my testimony under oath (it being two (2) years after an Order to Show Cause was issued to me on June 29, 2004 -  as you can see the Administrative System of Justice moves slowly when those who are the conspirators and corruptors are the ones conducting the process) - I attached to the walls of the conference room wherein my testimony was to be heard several large pieces of paper - the 1st of which stated - TRUST, WITHOUT VERIFICATION. These words which you presented above in your e-mail are the exact words used by the Massachusetts Funeral Board Chairperson (Kazlauskas) in his defaming remarks concerning me on December 9, 2003 - and always in my absence. The investigator (Bresnahan) trusted the Mangsen�s and their attorney (Sinrich) without verifying the accuracy of their statements time and time again."</p>
	<p>"So panicked was Attorney Sinrich when he realized his statements and those of his clients to the State Funeral Board on December 9, 2003 were about to be made public after more than a year attempting to keep the audio tape from me, that Attorney Sinrich made it a point to seek out and speak with the editor of a funeral industry publication and release selected portions of his clients complaints against me in an effort to divert attention away from his malicious and defaming statements. In concluding his conversation and faxing only selected portions of the record with and to the editor, Attorney Sinrich closed with the statement - "Our conversation is OFF-THE-RECORD."</p>
	<p>"Yes, I have an obligation to myself, to the system, and most importantly, to GOD, to see to it that what happened to me does not happen to anyone else now or in the future. If it means the perpetrators are forced from their foxholes into the light and their evil deeds are exposed for all to see and for real justice to emerge, "so be it!"  I have a clear conscience that I have exercised every avenue available to me to encourage each of them to see the evil in their ways and to abort Satan�s ship and to seek the Lord."</p>
	<p>Several folks have contacted me and encouraged me to read Psalm 37. Without getting into it at this time, please know that I read Psalm 37 often, and it along with the Good Lord and your words of encouragement sustain me daily as I move along the path the Good Lord had laid out for me.</p>
	<p>Blessings to all - including those whose evil deeds define them and will until the day they repent before God!</p>
