This statement was made to me and others during the past few weeks, and I could not help but believe he was speaking of Kurt and Katherine Mangsen, principals at Nordgren Memorial Chapel in Worcester and their legal counsel, Scott S. Sinrich of the Law Firm - Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, P.C.

One need only refer to the audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Massachusetts State Funeral Board Meeting to hear first hand their lies and distortions and the conspiracy that lead to the corruption of the populace. Together they truly infected not only the process but a whole host of individuals to include administrative state employees, attorneys for the Commonwealth, and even the Director of an important Division within the Commonwealth. Fearful of being exposed for their false statements and subsequent actions, a flurry of unsubstantiated complaints and diversionary tactics were employed to focus attention away from the conspirators creating a "smoke-screen" in an attempt to protect those infected by their actions.

As the Puritan clergyman Joseph Alleine wrote, "O miserable man, what a deformed monster has sin made you! God made you little lower than the angels; sin has made you little better than the devils. Extract God: expect earthly chaos and, many times worse, expect eternal misery!"

One need only listen to Chairman John J. Kazlauskass words clearly audible on the December 9, 2003 recorded meeting of the Massachusetts Funeral Board and those words of Investigator John Bresnahan to know that Mr. Kazlauskass fate after his earthly passing was in severe jeopardy and that Mr. Bresnahans fate is now pre-destined. But what about those who have been willing participants in the corruption and cover-up at the hands of the aforementioned?

God has made it clear. The plague of sin will not cross his shores. Infected souls never walk his streets. "Unjust people who dont care about God will not be joining in his Kingdom. Those who use and abuse each other, use and abuse the earth and its people within it, dont qualify as citizens in Gods Kingdom (1 Cor. 6:9-10). God refuses to compromise the spiritual purity of heaven.

Lead a "for real" godless life and expect a "for real" godless eternity.

Ill conclude the opening remarks with Christs depiction of hell. He makes no secret of what to expect.

Hell is a place of darkness

Hell is a fiery furnace

Hell is a place where "the worm does not die; the fire is never put out"

Citizens of hell long to die, but cannot

Citizens of hell beg for water, but receive none

Citizens of hell pass into a dawnless night

The ultimate disaster is carrying your sins to your casket. Did Chairman Kazlauskas? Will you? Heaven cannot fathom a worse tragedy!

Continuing on with questions posed to me by folks familiar with the facts as presented on this web site.

"Mr. Haddad, after convincing you to allow him to preside over your appeal of the Massachusetts Funeral Board decision as well as preside over your civil case against the Mangsens for wrongful termination as well as libel and slander, did Justice Agnes have a hearing to review the contents of your appeal of the Massachusetts Funeral Boards decision? My response - "No he did not! I had presented to the court the final decision of the Funeral Board, the inconsistencies in the decision vs. the facts as presented by the families referenced, and that the Administrative Proceedings Record as presented by the Assistant Attorney General Reynolds-Martin was incomplete, and that I had been denied access to witnesses for my defense (specifically representatives from Columbian Life Insurance Company along with Peter Klamkin, its Vice President of Pre-Need) that would have proved the decision of the Massachusetts Funeral Board was pre-conceived and without merit and based solely on a conspiracy initiated by the Mangsens, their attorney, and the State Board Chairman Kazlauskas."

"Mr. Haddad, I understand Columbian Life Insurance Company (based in Binghamton, NY) was not required to respond to an Administrative Subpoena to testify during the Administrative Proceedings (same for Klamkin), but they would have been forced to testify in the Civil Proceedings appeal to the Superior Court, wouldnt they?" My response - "Thats my understanding!"

"Mr. Haddad, and Justice Agnes did not allow you to subpoena Columbian & Klamkin in your appeal of the Massachusetts Funeral Board Decision, is this correct?" My response - "Exactly!"

"Mr. Haddad, time and time again, you were denied due process. I cant believe the corruption runs so deep within the system in Massachusetts!" My response - "Its a fact!"

"Mr. Haddad, I read Justice Agness decision concerning a judgment against you for so-called commission monies paid by Columbian Life Insurance Company as a result of families wishing to convert their pre-funded funeral arrangements from trust to insurance in order to avoid receiving 1099 tax forms for the interest earned on an annual basis. Whats this all about, and did you ever see or respond to a motion in this regard?" My response - "I will answer the second part of your question first. I had never seen a motion to the court nor have I ever seen to the best of my recollection a motion concerning commission monies ever being paid to me. Had the courts allowed me to have Columbian Life Insurance Company testify under a subpoena, Justice Agnes would realize he made a blatantly bad mistake, a bad decision, and a wrongful judgment. But like every other instance in this matter, I was denied due process and my constitutional and civil rights."

"In response to the first part of your question, Justice Agnes in his decision and judgment in the civil case which dated back to 2004, chastised me for my supposed greed and challenged my character and credibility. Quite frankly, I was blown away and could not believe Justice Agnes could state as fact that which is not supported by the record and that for which I had No opportunity to respond or rebut. I immediately responded with the facts indicating I wished to present clergy and families that would demonstrate that the Mangsens and their attorney, Sinrich, lied to the court and that all commission monies were directed to the charities as listed in the arrangements made by the effected families at the direction of Nordgren Memorial Chapels treasurer, John F. Carrigan. This fact was known to and approved by Kurt Mangsen, President, Nordgren Memorial Chapel. Each of the pre-need funeral files of families that made this decision of their own unfettered will had the disposition of the funds so noted in their pre-need files under the direct control of the Nordgren Memorial Chapel Corporation, and housed on the premises of the funeral home at 300 Lincoln Street, in Worcester. Mr. Mangsen may well deny any knowledge of this, but one need only read his statements to the Massachusetts Funeral Board on December 9, 2003 and his testimony under oath during the Administrative Hearings wherein he states he never heard of Columbian Life Insurance Company until the fall of 2003 - and yet more than $114,000 was paid to Nordgren Memorial Chapel and Mr. Mangsen as its president from 1999 to 2003 for funerals that were conducted by Nordgren Memorial Chapel and funded with and paid by Columbian Life Insurance Company. Yes, its lies, lies, and more lies and the Justice of the Superior Court accuses me of greed. I never received a single check from Columbian Life Insurance Company (nor was one ever produced during the Administrative Proceedings or during the proceedings before Justice Agnes). For Justice Agnes to make such a decision (judgment) and without a hearing to substantiate his statements in the decision is ludicrous, a miscarriage of justice, and just another example of pre-judging a situation without the facts."

"Mr. Haddad, is it my understanding that Attorney Sinrich motioned for the court to deny you the opportunity to appeal the decision of Justice Agnes to the appellate court and that you were in fact denied the opportunity to appeal Justice Agness Decision and without a hearing to voice the mistakes in the decision." My response - "Thats exactly correct. I was denied the opportunity to appeal Justice Agness Decision. I was denied the opportunity to call witnesses (Columbian Life insurance Company and Klamkin) as well as clergy and families which would testify to the fact that funds were received for charitable purposes from Nordgren Memorial Chapel during the period 1999 - 2003. It appears that Attorney Sinrich dictates to the court and the court will respond favorably and without a hearing, without justification for its actions and decisions, and the individual wronged in the process has little or no recourse.

"Mr. Haddad, if one did not know better, they would assume this matter was being judged in Iran and not the United States of America." My response - "Interesting comment!"

"Mr. Haddad, I have been listening to the questions and your responses and have yet to ask a question until now. You were an employee at Nordgren Memorial Chapel for roughly 9 years leading up to the inspection by Bresnahan in November, 2003, is this correct?" My response - "Yes that is correct!"

"And in 2002 you were asked by Kurt Mangsen to invest $50,000 to assist him in procuring the Carrigans 50% interest in the business?" My response - "Correct!"

"And you refinanced your residence in order to come up with the $50,000 investment, is this correct?" My response - "Correct!"

"And you were given 3% of the Class A stock in Nordgren Memorial Chapel for the investment of $50,000?" My response - "Yes, exactly!"

"And as an owner (granted - a minority owner), you were terminated within 5 hours of Bresnahans inspection without the opportunity to respond to concerns of Bresnahan and the Massachusetts Funeral Board. And additionally, Nordgren Memorial Chapels corporate counsel, Sinrich; who legally, professionally, and morally has an obligation to the Corporations owners and employees, did not afford you any of the rights, obligations and privileges you possess as an owner of the funeral home, did he?" My response - "Attorney Sinrich not only did not afford me the opportunity to respond, he aggressively jumped on the opportunity to immediately have me terminated without notice. For you see, Katherine Mangsen testified that prior to the "supposed" inspection, she had indicated to Attorney Sinrich that she wanted to terminate me (Haddad), and that Attorney Sinrich warned her that she had better have a justifiable good reason do so, or there would be problems. But to answer you more directly, Nordgrens corporate counsel, Sinrich, did not afford me the opportunity to respond - grossly similar to his aggressive actions to prevent the Superior Court Justices from listening for themselves to testimony from respected Orthodox Clergy and Worcester County families as well as Columbian Life Insurance Company representatives.

So fearful is Attorney Sinrich and his clients (The Mangsens) as well as the Law Firm of Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, P.C. that they will be found out, that they will be held accountable, and that they will be held in contempt for their lies and distortions and prosecuted accordingly for the expenses incurred by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for their false and misleading statements and actions - that Attorney Sinrich (the Master of ex parte communications) wrote to Justice Agnes demanding to know what more he (Justice Agnes needed) to execute his decision (judgment) against me. When I attempted to present the facts in correspondence to Justice Agnes, it was returned to me without being forwarded to Justice Agnes."

"This is Justice in America?"

Before concluding, I need to relate what occurred on December 21, 2009 (a few short weeks ago). My daughter Stephanie and our two (2) grandchildren had just arrived from Amsterdam for the holidays, and we had neighbors, family, and friends in attendance at our residence. We were singing Christmas Carols and watching as the grandchildren and some of the younger children decorated the Christmas tree. What a joyous occasion.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang, and several of the older folks (that includes me) went to the window to see who was now coming to join us. One of my Uncles said, "There is a Sheriffs car in front of the house". I immediately went to the front door. A Deputy Sheriff asked if I was Philip Haddad, to which I responded, "Yes!" He then handed me an envelope. "I responded, "Merry Christmas and blessing to your family." He responded, "Thank you" and off he went.

What was in the envelope was a summons to appear in mid-March 2010 in Worcester District Court as Attorney Sinrich, on behalf of the Mangsens wish to force my residence to be sold to recoup the baseless and meritless judgment mandated by Justice Agnes.

I was immediately reminded of the fact that Katherine Mangsen filed her initial complaint against me on December 24, 2003 with the Massachusetts Funeral Board.

And as hypocrites, these people celebrated Christmas - "the birth of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!"

Many claim to be Christians. Others claim to praise God. Yet the Bible is clear. The path to hell is wide. The path to Christ is narrow. How many will never see the face of Christ; because of the lies, distortions, moral and ethical lapses of the Mangsens and their attorney (Sinrich).

Once again, "Heaven cannot fathom a worse tragedy!"

As promised, along with more frequent updates coming on a regular basis, will be shocking revelations-

"The Light of Day is a weapon for which vampires & sinners have no defense!"

In Peace
