If you are familiar with the purpose for the creation of this web site www.justiceatwhatprice.com (go to Home Page on this site), you might suspect Dr. Jeremiah was speaking about the Mangsens, their attorney (Scott Sinrich), several Central Massachusetts funeral directors, the Massachusetts Funeral Board, and the Division of Professional Licensure and specifically those we prayed for in the last Update (October 23, 2009). But certainly this is not the case; for up to this point, I do not believe Dr. Jeremiah is aware of the injustices perpetrated by these sinful and yes, "evil people".

I have been besieged with e-mails, phone calls, and people stopping me on the street shaking their heads in disbelief of the veritable facts I have presented from the Public Record and with the decisions made by those who drew false conclusions and made unsubstantiated statements known from the outset to be blatant lies.

As a result of the many contacts I have received and continue to receive, I have decided to continue on with this web site indefinitely; to print responsible e-mails and correspondences from all parties including those referenced herein. I shall also share with you past and more recent "official correspondence" to and from the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association (MFDA). You wont want to miss this, and at the same time you will see why the public is becoming more and more disenchanted with funeral directors and funeral homes in general, if the actions of the MFDA are an example of what one can expect from funeral service today. More soon.

Once again, I am postponing the presentation - Part 3., Scott S. Sinrich and all pertinent information that accompanied a complaint I filed with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers, the supposed investigation that took place, and the resulting action (inaction) by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. Why the postponement? I have received information (yet to be confirmed) that an inquiry (investigation) I have requested on numerous occasions during the past 5+ years may soon (if not already) take place. As a professional courtesy to Atty. Sinrich, I shall not release further information concerning the issues alluded to above, until I have received the official confirmation. For you see, I do not act haphazardly as has been the case with the Mangsens, Atty. Sinrich, the Massachusetts Funeral Board, its investigator (Bresnahan), and the Division of Professional Licensure. I assume nothing and rely totally on veritable" facts and not baseless accusations and allegations found to be without merit and then twisted in every way possible by prosecuting entities to justify their irresponsible actions. The Good Lord knows the truth! The conspirators know the truth. You know the truth if you have been following these updates. And soon the general populous will see, hear, and finally understand that corruption in Massachusetts State government (although alive) is about to take a major hit for the good and welfare of all.

Soon after the publication of the last update (October 23, 2009), I received the following e-mail, "Haddad, daily I look for updates on your web site and after reading the list of those you and others prayed for and asked us to pray for, I noticed you left out Kevin Mercadante, Mercadante Funeral Home; and Susan Simon, editor of the Funeral Monitor. Was this intentional?" "Also, I know Mercadante, and I and lots of others have no use of him as a funeral director or as a man. As for Simon, she has no couth and never has!"

I now respond to this person (not knowing if it is a man or woman), "I do not detest Mr. Mercadante or Ms. Simon. I believe both to be less than honorable people, but that is the Good Lords challenge to deal with, not necessarily mine. All I can do is personally pray for them and others listed in the last update. The Bible instructs us to love one another, and I do have a generalized love for those referenced herein, and hope and pray daily they see the light", come out of darkness, and right the wrong of their ways. Each of those referenced herein are tinkering at the edge of eternity, with such heavy baggage that continues to weigh them down to Satan, and preventing them from rising with the Lord. With that said and to answer your question, I did not intentionally omit Mr. Mercadantes or Ms. Simons names from the prayer list. Asked to reference those involved for the prayer while in San Diego, the names of Kevin Mercadante and Susan Simon slipped my mind for that particular moment. For further clarification and for the record, I do pray for both of them routinely as well."

"Mr. Haddad, as you may or may not know, my father had been an attorney for more than 24 years before becoming a judge 6 years ago. I have shared with him much of the information you have shared with us, and he even managed to get onto the web site www.justiceatwhatprice.com on at least one occasion. Although he has been reluctant to criticize the Massachusetts Judicial System, he has expressed his disappointment with the way and manner in which decisions have been made in your case, how clearly you have been denied access to see the full and complete administrative record to include emails from the Mangsens to Investigator Bresnahan and Investigator Bresnahans responses thereto, and the denial by Judge Lemire to allow you to enter into the record that which was intentionally left out by the Assistant Attorney General specifically the audio recording of the conspiracy you allude to. My dad did ask if you have filed a civil rights complaint (law suit) in federal court against the appropriate parties, and if not, why not?" My response "No, I have not as of this moment filed a Civil Rights complaint, although I have been encouraged to do just that for some time. I remain faithful to our democratic system of government, and until such time as I have exhausted appeals as guaranteed me under the Constitution, I shall seek justice through truth. When and if the Judicial System fails me, I shall then initiate that which will expose not only the weaknesses within the system, but those who have corrupted the system by their false statements, unjust actions and intentional faulty decisions."

As I mentioned earlier in this update, I have received information (yet to be confirmed) that a review of the process and those directly involved may be underway. More on this issue when I have definitive information to share with you.

"Mr. Haddad, do I recollect correctly, that on two (2) separate occasions the judge in this matter offered to have the Clerk of the Worcester Superior Court set aside time for and to serve as a mediator in this case. Am I correct?" My response "Yes, that is correct!"

"Mr. Haddad, the Clerks name slips me at the moment, but what happened as a result of the mediation sessions with the Clerk of the Superior Court?" My response "The Clerks name was (is) Francis Ford and yes he did schedule time on two (2) occasions to act as mediator in the case at the direction of the Judge hearing this case. The Mangsens and their attorney (Sinrich) agreed to participate in the Mediation Sessions as directed by the Judge. In the initial instance, a date and time was agreed to by all, and the day before the scheduled Mediation Session, the Mangsens cancelled with the excuse they had a funeral at the time of the scheduled mediation session. The funeral would have been scheduled several days before the scheduled Mediation session, but the Mangsens and / or their attorney waited until the day before the scheduled Mediation session to cancel. The Clerk (Francis Ford) graciously agreed to a second date and time; to which the Mangsens and their attorney concurred in as did I and my attorney at the time. I parked my car in the garage and was approaching the front doors of the courthouse for the Mediation session this second time, when I received a phone call from my attorney walking to the courthouse indicating the Mangsens and their attorney were cancelling the Mediation session since it was snowing at the moment. The Courthouse was in full session, the schools were all open, and an inch or two of snow was predicted reason enough for the Mangsens to cancel the Mediation session this time just 15 minutes before it was scheduled to commence."

"Mr. Haddad, what did you make of this?" My response "It was apparent from the outset to me and my attorney that the Mangsens and their attorney (Sinrich) had no intention of participating in the Mediation session. They knew we were aware of the conspiracy, their lies, and that we had the audio tape in our possession of the conspiracy with the lies clearly stated in their own voices. The Mangsens didnt want this brought before the Clerk of the Superior Court, who would be reporting back to the Judge in these matters. Coincidentally, the Assistant Attorney General Reynolds-Martin also did not include nor want the audio tape of the conspiracy brought forth during my appeal of the Massachusetts Funeral Boards Decision in the Worcester Superior Court. Justice Lemire refused to allow the audio tape of the conspiracy into the Administrative Hearings Proceedings, denying me further "due process."

"Mr. Haddad, what you have experienced and witnessed becomes more unbelievable by the minute. I read in your notes that two (2) years later, Attorney Sinrich suggested that his clients were willing to consider Mediation, is this correct?" My response "Yes that is correct!"

"Did that Mediation session take place?" My response "No it did not. Allow me to explain. Attorney Sinrich suggested his clients (The Mangsens) would consider Mediation, but that each of us would be responsible for half the costs associated with the Mediation. Obviously, I refused, and reminded Attorney Sinrich that the Worcester Superior Court Judge had made his Clerk available for the Mediation session on two (2) occasions at no cost to his clients (The Mangsens) or to me and that on both occasions his clients backed out at the 11th hour. Attorney Sinrich indicated that that was then and this is now. Attorney Sinrichs position was either we split the cost of the Mediation session or it wouldnt happen."

"So did the Mediation session ever take place?" My response "Almost, but no cigar! Before I would consent to expending further depleted resources in this matter, (I had expended tens of thousands of dollars up to this point on attorneys, on court reporters to make official transcripts of the seven (7) days of hearings, and on case preparations) and since I was not represented by legal counsel at this point and was representing myself, I agreed to meet with Attorney Sinrich and Attorney Godfrey at their offices to discuss the ground rules for the Mediation session, assuming we could come to an agreement to proceed with the Mediation session."

"What occurred at the meeting at Attorney Sinrichs office?" My response "Attorney Sinrich and Attorney Godfrey and I met in their conference room. Attorney Sinrich immediately asked me what my demands of his clients were. I responded that the purpose of the meeting was to lay out the ground rules for the Mediation session and how it was to be conducted and who would be the mediator. Other than this, I was not prepared to lay out any demands at that time. Attorney Sinrich stated his clients were not prepared or even willing to consider the figure of $700K, the amount stipulated on this web site of the costs I had incurred up to this point. I reiterated once again, I was not prepared to state any demands, and that I was at his office representing myself prepared only to agree to the process to be followed."

"Mr. Haddad, allow me to ask a question. I read your notes (quite extensive I might add) from this meeting. Did I see that Attorney Sinrich stated to you that his clients were willing to re-cant their statements for just consideration?" My response "Yes exactly! I was flabbergasted when I heard this and repeated it "Are you serious? How can your clients recant their statements when the Massachusetts State Board and Division of Professional Licensure have rendered a decision based upon their statements now on the record." Attorney Sinrich did not respond, but the look on Attorney Godfreys face a look of shock and surprise was priceless. The meeting ended at this point very abruptly, with Attorney Sinrich indicating he would speak with his clients and get back to me. A few days later, I received a letter indicating the Mediation session would not take place, because I was demanding $700K yet just another inaccurate and distorted statement by Attorney Sinrich."

"Mr. Haddad, I have many questions not yet asked concerning your appeal of the Massachusetts Funeral Boards Decision before the Superior Court, the amount of time given you to present your case, documents presented to the Court for your appeal, decisions rendered, by whom, and the chronology associated with the process therein? I have a copy of the docket chronology. Do you have copies for the others in attendance?" My response "No, I do not, but if we pause I can have copies made in a few minutes."

Answers to questions concerning the appellate process of the Massachusetts Funeral Boards Decision will be discussed in great detail in the next update.

In summation for this update, I wish to leave you with a few thoughts. The Bible says,

"Words kill, words give life; theyre either poison or fruit you choose"
(Proverbs 18:21, Msg)

Jesus wishes to free you from the bonds of Satan. I, too, wish the same for those bound by Satan and known to you via the public record presented herein in their own words.

The word "Encouragement" means to come alongside. I come along side and encourage those embraced and bound by the bonds of Satan to shake off their sinful ways and the evil that they have unjustly perpetuated, because today could be your last day on earth. This life is fleeting, and eternity is coming.

Ask yourself honestly and in the presence of God

"Would Jesus Come Back for You?"

"Would Jesus want you next to him in heaven today and always?"

Blessings to all.
