    <p>I shall now present Part 2. of the questions, comments, and observations posed to me by folks alluded to in early discussions concerning the statements and actions of Attorney Scott S. Sinrich, Corporate Counsel for Nordgren Memorial Chapel and Kurt and Katherine Mangsen, and his assistant counsel, Jessica Godfrey (Law Firm of Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, P.C. in Worcester, Massachusetts). But before I do, allow me to share an email I received a few days ago from an unknown source that apparently has been following the web site - www.justiceatwhatprice.com for some time.</p>
    <p>"Sir, I send you this "Recall Notice" in hopes that you will print it on your web site. The folks you have been dealing with are disgusting deceivers who have lost their integrity and are destined to reap the wrath of God. Although they may say they are believers, you do not fool God for a single moment. (Per the request of the sender of this e-mail, I have included "Recall Notice" at the conclusion of this update).</p>
   	<p><em>"Mr. Haddad, I have read numerous statements in the public record made by the Mangsen's and Atty. SINrich that have been proven to be blatant lies, to include but not limited to the statement that the Mangsen's and Atty, SINrich had never heard of Columbian Life Insurance Company - yet their Funeral Home Corporation had received in excess of $114,000 dating back to 1999 (more than 4 years prior to the statements made by Sinrich and the Mangsen's. Now I recently read correspondence from Atty. Sinrich to Division of Professional Licensure's prosecuting attorney, Pasqua Scibelli dated March 2, 2005 stating <strong>"Mr. Haddad created Westland Insurance Agency (an unlicensed entity) to do business with Columbian Insurance Company!"</strong> You would expect that the Prosecuting Attorney and investigator (Bresnahan) would confirm the validity of Sinrich's declaration, wouldn't you?"</em>  <u>My response</u> - Atty. Sinrich has a propensity to distort the facts, focus attention away from his false statements and devious actions and those of his clients, and utilize any and all means to deceive State authorities into arriving at conclusions and making decisions contrary to veritable facts. Either Atty. Sinrich deceived State Authorities without their knowledge and State Authorities were incompetent in their actions and discretions <strong>or</strong> State Authorities were co-conspirators in the process. Either way, it is long-past the time for accountability - but accountability or lack thereof is about to "rear its head" for all to see. Oh, and for the record, "I Never Created an Insurance Agency (Westland Insurance Agency) licensed or otherwise - and Atty. Sinrich's declaration to the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure's Prosecuting Attorney in correspondence on his Law Firm's (Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, P.C. stationery is a <strong>lie</strong>, and a willful <strong>fraud</strong>; intentionally known to be such when made by Atty. Sinrich to the Division of Professional Licensure."</p>
	<p><em>"Mr. Haddad, if I read Investigator Bresnahan's testimony correctly, Investigator Bresnahan did not seek to validate Atty. Sinrich's statement concerning the declaration you created Westland Insurance Agency by contacting either the Insurance Commission for the Commonwealth or the Secretary of State's office on corporations, is this correct? </em><u>My response</u> - "Yes, that is correct!"</p>
	<p><em>"And is it a fact that in a Criminal Complaint filed against you with the District Attorney in Worcester (Office of Joseph Early) by Attorney Sinrich, that Atty. Sinrich stated that the Commonwealth has been investigating you (Haddad) for more than 3 years?"</em> <u>My response</u> - "That is exactly what was written by Atty. Sinrich and included in the Criminal Complaint!"</p>
	<p><em>"Yet Mr. Haddad, isn't it true that you requested copies of Investigator Bresnahan's investigative records and were told they do not exist"</em> <u>My response</u> - "That is correct!"</p>
	<p><em>"And again, when you requested under the Public Record's Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts copies of e-mail correspondence between Mrs. Mangsen and Investigator Bresnahan (request directed to George Webber, Director of the Division of Professional Licensure), you were notified by Funeral Board Counsel Borre that all the e-mail correspondences in the case were deleted and unavailable to you, is this correct?"</em> <u>My response</u> - "I had requested and performed an "in situ" inspection of the Public Record's in the case and found a significant number of e-mail correspondences from Mrs. Mangsen to Investigator Bresnahan - emails and follow up emails that would have required responses and information sharing between Investigator Bresnahan and Mrs. Mangsen. Atty. Borre, State Funeral Board Counsel, responded, "The e-mails no longer exist!"</p>
	<p><em>"It would appear to an impartial observer that Atty. Sinrich's statement in the Criminal Complaint which I will address in a moment that the Commonwealth has been investigating you (Haddad) for more than 3 years would more accurately be stated that he (Sinrich) has been feeding the Division of Professional Licensure, Commonwealth of Massachusetts lies and more lies for 3 years and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Investigator (Bresnahan) did not investigate anything before jumping to conclusions and accepting Atty. Sinrich's every word as factual without verification. What's your response to this?</em> <u>My response</u> - "One need only listen (or read) Bresnahan's comments 'on the record' of the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the State Funeral Board and his testimony and four plus hour cross-examination by me during the Administrative Proceedings to see for oneself the existence of the conspiracy and an blatant attempt at a cover up that permeated the entire State Funeral Board, its past and current Chairpersons, the Prosecuting Attorneys for the Division of Professional Licensure, and yes, its Administrative Hearings Counsel, Colleton. Each of those referenced herein were taken in and believed the lies specified throughout this web site - false statements known to be false and made by Attorney Sinrich and his clients."</p>
	<p><em>"Mr. Haddad, I must have read and re-read the Criminal Complaint filed against you by Attorney Sinrich 3 or 4 times, and I continue to shake my head in disgust for this man. I was unable to find any reference to a complaint, affidavit, or anything from the Mangsens stating they had a concern for their well-being and that of their children. I was unable to find a complaint that was filed with the local police authorities by the Mangsens or Attorney Sinrich accusing you of anything. I could not find a restraining order from the courts restricting you access to be near the Mangsens or their children. I could find nothing to substantiate the action taken by a renegade attorney, whose only initiative was to use his position as a lawyer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to harass you and further wasting precious taxpayer dollars on another frivolous complaint. What say you?"</em> <u>My response</u> - "Quite frankly, I was surprised, but not shocked by Atty. Sinrich's actions; for you see from what I presented thus far on this web site, 'desperate people do desperate things'.  What was shameful was the fact that Atty. Sinrich "crossed the line" once again compromising not only himself but the integrity of the Office of the District Attorney. Because Atty. Sinrich is an officer of the court by way of being an attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and falsely alleging a Criminal Act was perpetrated against the children of the Mangsens by me - clearly not the case, Atty. Sinrich once again made statements known to be without merit to the District Attorney. The District Attorney's Office in Worcester County is a very busy office investigating and prosecuting very high profile cases. Here comes Atty. Sinrich who presents  a flawed Criminal Complaint to the District Attorney, who in turn had two (2) very professional plain clothed State Police Detectives visit my home unannounced, confront my wife, who immediately gave my cell phone number to the Detectives; who, then in turn, contacted me immediately. Within minutes I was at my home and invited both detectives into our living room for about a 30 minute dialogue. I believe Atty. Sinrich abused the powers associated with being an attorney in the Commonwealth, compromised his ethical and moral obligations as an officer of the court, and compromised the integrity of the Office of the District Attorney by submitting a false and baseless Criminal Complaint - so determined by Massachusetts State Police Investigators. It is my belief Atty. Sinrich abused his oath of office as an Officer of the Court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and that appropriate sanctions need be imposed. More to come on this issue in subsequent updates.</p>
	<p>As suggested to me, I shall now present not only the <a href="/documents/9-19-09_criminal_complaint.pdf"><strong>Criminal Complaint against me filed by Atty. Sinrich</strong></a> directly with the District Attorney's Office (Office of District Attorney Joseph Early), but also the Investigative Report compiled by Massachusetts State Police Detectives. (It should be noted that the District Attorney's Office initially refused to release copies of the Criminal Complaint and the resulting Investigation Report, but opted to do so when I indicated I would pursue any and all avenues available to me to rightfully secure the requested documents).</p>
	<p>You will note the references by Atty. Sinrich that allege I disparaged and defamed the Mangsen, but not a word presented on this web site is anything but the veritable facts and the truth; whereas the statements, accusations, and subsequent actions taken by Atty. Sinrich and his clients are based solely on lies and distortions. If the truth is interpreted as "belittling or compromising the formerly good names and reputations of those who make false accusations and outright lie, then I would suggest in this case Atty. Sinrich and his clients take a real long and honest look in the mirror and tell the Good Lord what they see. <strong>I know what I see when I look at them!</strong> </p>

	<p>The last question posed to me and presented in this update is - </p>
	<p>"Mr. Haddad, I noticed that Attorney Jessica Godfrey (God-Free), assistant to Atty. Sinrich and a member of the Law Firm of Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, PC was in attendance at each of the seven (7) days of Administrative Hearings. Did this surprise you and what if any, role did she play during these proceedings?"  <u>My response</u> - "will be presented in Part 3 Update - Scott S. Sinrich."</p>
	<p>As promised to the sender of the e-mail, - RECALL NOTICE, I present it herewith.</p>

	<p><strong>RECALL NOTICE</strong></p>
	<p>The Maker of all human beings (GOD) is recalling all units manufactured, regardless of make or year, due to a serious defect in the primary and central component of the heart.

	<p>The Manufacturer, who is neither liable nor at fault for this defect, is providing factory-authorized repair and service free of charge to correct this defect.</p>
	<p>The Repair Technician, JESUS, has most generously offered to bear the entire burden of the staggering cost of these repairs. There is no additional fee required.</p>
	<p>The number to call for repair in all areas is: P-R-A-Y-E-R.</p>
	<p>Once connected, please upload your burden of SIN through the REPENTANCE procedure. Next, download ATONEMENT from the Repair Technician, Jesus, into the heart component. No matter how big or small the SIN defect is, Jesus will replace it with:</p>

	<li>Joy</li>
	<li>Peace</li>
	<li>Patience</li>
	<li>Kindness</li>
	<li>Goodness</li>
	<li>Faithfulness</li>
	<li>Gentleness</li>
	<li>Self-Control</li>

	<p>Please see the operating manual, the B.I.B.L.E. ( Believers' Instructions Before Leaving Earth) for further details on the use of these fixes.</p>
	<p><strong>WARNING:</strong> Continuing to operate the human being unit without correction voids any manufacturer warranties, exposing the unit to dangers and problems too numerous to list and will result in the human unit being permanently impounded. For free emergency service, call on Jesus.

	<p><strong>DANGER:</strong> The human being units not responding to this recall action will have to be scrapped in the furnace. The SIN defect will not be permitted to enter Heaven so as to prevent contamination of that facility.
