    <p>I shall withhold the questions posed to me concerning the statements and actions of Atty. Sinrich, Corporate Counsel for Nordgren Memorial Chapel and Kurt and Katherine Mangsen, till the next update. I now wish to share with you readings and statements made to me or relayed to me from spiritual leaders throughout the country to include statements made by the Rev. Dr. Billy Graham - spiritual leaders that have been and continue to follow proceedings referenced in this web site - www.justiceatwhatprice.com.  As I have stated in this web site in the past, in my early years, I attended one of Rev. Graham's crusades and witnessed at least two others. I also have read several of his books over the years. Allow me to quote Rev. Graham,</p>
    <p><em>"Many people do not know they are turning to Satan. They are being deluded because, according to Jesus Christ, Satan is the father of lies and the greatest liar of all times. He is called a 'deceiver'. In order to accomplish his purpose, the devil blinds people to their need for Christ. Two forces are at work in our world - the forces of Christ and the forces of the devil - and you are asked to choose."</em></p>
	<p>I have learned so much in the past 5 + years about people consumed by evil, and I have struggled at times to understand the motivation for their actions and false statements. What is truly amazing are the answers were clearly before my eyes and plainly visible for all to see and read for them selves in the Book of Life entitled - "The Bible"!</p>
	<p>As you will recall, I created the web site - www.justiceatwhatprice.com in March 2005 after receiving a copy of the audio tape of the conspiracy between the Chairman of the Massachusetts Funeral Board, its investigator, the Mangsen's and their attorney - each making statements that were untrue, not supported by veritable facts, and contrary to limited and restricted testimony allowed into the record during Administrative Proceedings. For you see, the Massachusetts Funeral Board drew bogus conclusions based solely upon statements made by the Mangsen's, their attorney (Sinrich), and competitor Massachusetts funeral directors that stood to gain personally, professionally, and financially if they could put me on the so-called "shelf". A prime example of this is Kevin Mercadante, principal owner, Mercadante Funeral Home and Chapel. (For the record, I pray for Mr. Mercadante every day, that he might emerge out of the "darkness" wherein he resides, and come forth into the "light" before the Good Lord.</p>
	<p>For you see, to have a guilty conscience is a sad (bad) experience. Many attempt to rationalize away the sense of guilt, but once this has been awakened through the application of the law of God, no explanation will quiet the insistent voice of conscience. Many a criminal has finally given himself over to the authorities because the accusations of a guilty conscience were worse than prison bars. The Bible teaches that Christ cleanses the conscience. To have a guilty conscience cleansed and to be free from its constant accusation is an experience, but it is not the cleansing of the conscience that saves you; it is faith in Christ that saves, and a cleansed conscience is the result of having come to the right relationship with God. One is cleansed by repentance, by becoming clean by "coming clean", and reconciling one's sins to man.</p>
	<p>Mistakenly, I believed Justice would be served when the veritable facts were presented in response to accusations made, not by licensed funeral directors, but by the wife of a business partner; who so feared his wife, that he found himself embroiled in lie after lie rather than be truthful to his word. Denied a copy of the audio tape of the conspiracy by the Massachusetts Funeral Board for over a years -saying they and the Division of Professional Licensure did not have the audio tape (later proven to be just another of many lies and attempts at cover-up of their actions taken without veritable facts, I was viciously attacked by a funeral industry (supermarket tabloid) publication as a result of a telephone conversation and documents provided to the industry publication by Atty. Sinrich, with the caveat at the bottom of the documents forwarded - Please note - <em>"Our conversation is off-the-record".</em> This conversation and vicious attack happened just days before the audio tape of the conspiracy was released to my attorneys at the time. It wasn't until August 26, 2008 (4 plus years having passed) that I fully came to the realization that Justice at least in Massachusetts was impossible.</p>
	<p><strong>I will now share with you a vision I had on July 26, 2008, with an announcement to follow -</strong></p>
	<p>"It was approximately 3:00 AM on July 26, 2008, and I was awakened by a voice I heard seemingly coming from a distance. As I attempted to open my eyes, I couldn't. I had gone to bed the evening before with the same question asked of the Good Lord as I had since November 19, 2003 when I was terminated without notice as an employee (funeral director) at Nordgren Memorial Chapel after more than 9 years by Nordgren's president, Kurt Mangsen,  <em>"Dear Lord, how does one achieve justice in a corrupt world when an accused is denied the opportunity to bring forth those that can prove his innocence in the presence of a fair and impartial forum?"</em>  </p>
	<p>"I sat up abruptly, and before me with my eyes now only partially opened, I witnessed a dense yet white fog (almost a heavy misting of sorts) before me. Without saying a word (I was too fearful and shaking to utter a word), a voice - strong, yet calming - repeated the question  <em>"How does one achieve justice in a corrupt world when an accused is denied the opportunity to bring forth those that can prove his innocence in the presence of a fair and impartial forum, you ask?"</em> I so wanted to say - "Yes, Yes, This is what I need to know", but again, I couldn't utter a word and continued to tremble. The next and last words stated (it seemed like minutes, but it was within a second or two), were - <em><strong>"Your justice is with Jesus!"</strong></em> </p>
	<p>As quickly as the vision appeared, it left; but not without leaving me in a cold sweat. I was able to finally get to my feet and immediately walked carefully downstairs to my office where I began to record on my computer what I had experienced. Midway through, I stopped suddenly as I heard the words <strong>"Justice with Jesus"</strong> echoing in my ears. I closed out of the word document and immediately went to 1and1.com and inputted the phrase - JusticewithJesus.com. Miraculously, it was not taken. I immediately purchased the domain name <strong>"Justice with Jesus"</strong>. Within days, I visited and shared with Pastor Tom Sparling, Senior Pastor, Chapel of the Cross in Westborough, MA my vision and what was communicated to me. We arrived at no conclusions or positions in the matter, but we did pray together. Since then I have relayed this vision to several theologians in various denominations seeking their reaction and possible input. I also have shared this vision with select members of small groups in three separate areas of the country.</p>
	<p><strong>ANNOUNCEMENT - </strong></p>
	<p>After much thought, soul-searching, contemplation, and discussions with those whose guidance and direction is rooted in "The Word", I have decided to complete my documentation of the public record, detail the many inconsistencies and the lies of the perpetrators based on veritable facts and not baseless accusations, <strong>and attempt to complete the update process by year's end.</strong> At that time, I intend to publish a manuscript of the entire proceedings with "official documents" to be available for public scrutiny as appropriate, now and in the future.</p>
	<p>The web site - www.justiceatwhatprice.com will continue to exist on line, but without additional updates scheduled.</p>
	<p>Additionally, I will be working to design the web site - </p>
	<p><strong>WWW.JUSTICEWITHJESUS.COM</strong></p>
	<p>with its Vision, Mission, and Purpose clearly identified with "all" presentations posted on this site to be directly related to the subject - "Justice with Jesus" and presented by theologians from all denominations not only in the United States, but throughout the world.</p>
	<p><u>Please note</u> - There will be no mention, discussion, or reference to the issues presented in www.justiceatwhatprice.com. </p>
	<p>Stay tuned for more developments as they occur.</p>
	<p>In the next update, as I bring forth into the "light" statements and actions of Attorney Scott S. Sinrich, I will present a conversation I recently had with a theological scholar of Jewish decent who spoke candidly about "God" and "Conscience" and the importance of Yom Kippur and <u>Yom Ha-Zikkaron</u> in one's life (a very interesting conversation).
In the meantime, I encourage you once again to join me in prayers for those in our midst living in "darkness" and consumed by "evil". There is a path (though narrow) for their way to "The Light". Pray that they are moved away from the temptation of their evil ways.</p>
