The statement above was said to me by one of the individuals referenced in previous updates and a party to the discussions that were held in California several months ago. More on my response to this statement later in this update.

If you were wondering why there has not been an update for several weeks (and many of you have contacted me asking "why?"), the answer is I have been traveling to Washington, D.C., Nashville, and Memphis in recent weeks. The purpose of my travel has been mostly business, but time was set aside to meet with several interested parties that routinely read this update to include small bible study groups that have found the actions of many referenced in this web site to be the workings of the devil.

Conversations continued - Part 5.

"Mr. Haddad, I am deeply troubled by the fact that you were terminated by Mr. Mangsen (president of Nordgren Memorial Chapel) without the opportunity to respond to concerns of Mr. Bresnahan - Division Inspector, and that you were not given the opportunity to gather documents from the funeral home during the Administrative Process. And further, after reading Mrs. Mangsen's letter to you denying you access to your personal belongings and even going so far as to call the Police and have them come to the funeral home and call you to notify you that you would be arrested if you came on the property of the funeral home to secure your personal belongings, any objective investigatory authority would certainly question such action. How do you respond to this?"

My Response- "I was shocked (as were my attorneys at the time), especially since we were unaware of what had occurred prior to my appearance at the Meeting of the State Board on December 9, 2003 and presented in its full content in recent updates. Inspector Bresnahan conspired with the then Chairman of the Board, John Kazlauskas (as demonstrated in public records previously presented) and Inspector Bresnahan violated every aspect of professional ethical conduct with his association with Katherine Mangsen and Gail Wiles, secretary at Nordgren Memorial Chapel. So chummy were Mr. Bresnahan and Mrs. Mangsen and Mrs. Wiles that they corresponded from the very beginning by addressing each other by their first names - Investigator Bresnahan addressing Mrs. Mangsen as "Katherine" and Mrs. Mangsen and Mrs. Wiles addressing Investigator Bresnahan as "John". I have the audio tapes (which you have heard) which validate this and the corruption that has permeated the Administrative Process from its inception. But lest we forget, it was one full year later that finally the audio tape of the conspiracy was made available to me and my attorneys. As for Mrs. Mangsen's letter to me stating my personal belongings were in fact Nordgren Memorial Chapel's possessions and subsequently involving the Worcester police, wiser and more stable minds must have prevailed and convinced Mrs. Mangsen that her statements were false and her actions - evil; that 3 days later Mr. Johnson called and asked when it would be convenient for he and his son, Ross, to bring my personal belongings to my residence. Oh, and yes, all my personal belongings were returned with one exception - Mrs. Mangsen decided to remove my funeral director's License from its original frame and return only the certificate - keeping the frame that I purchased many years prior to joining Nordgren Memorial Chapel for her own use. How truly sad!"

"Mr. Haddad, I wish to turn to the complaints filed by Mrs. Mangsen, your responses thereto, and the investigation conducted by now Investigator Bresnahan. Mrs. Mangsen, (wife of Kurt Mangsen) was the author of the three (3) complaints, is this correct?"

My Response- "Yes!"

"Mrs. Mangsen stated to the Mass. Funeral Board that she and her husband (her husband being , Kurt Mangsen, president of Nordgren Memorial Chapel since 1996) did not have any knowledge of the process initiated by its treasurer, John Carrigan in 1999 with Columbian Life Insurance Company to offer families wishing to no longer receive 1099 tax forms for the interest which would have accumulated on monies paid for a pre-arranged and funded funeral, and furthermore both Mrs. Mangsen and her husband had never heard of Columbian Life Insurance Company until it was brought to their attention by Gail Wiles, secretary at Nordgren Memorial Chapel in the fall of 2003, is this correct?"

My Response- "Yes, exactly!"

"Mr. Haddad, and is it not a fact that the Division of Professional Licensure Investigator (Bresnahan) testified under oath during the Administrative Hearing before Hearing Counsel, Anne E. Colleton, that he (Bresnahan) not only knew Peter Klamkin, former Regional Director for Columbian Life Insurance Company and Vice President of Pre-Need for Columbian Life Insurance Company; but that he (Bresnahan) had made the same arrangements with Klamkin when Klamkin was with Forethought Life Insurance Company and again when Klamkin moved to Columbian Life Insurance Company for pre-funded funeral arrangements he had when he (Bresnahan) owned a funeral home in Pittsfield, MA?"

My Response"Yes, that is correct!"

"And furthermore Mr. Haddad, is it a fact that when Mr. Bresnahan was conducting his investigation, he contacted Mr. Klamkin at Columbian Life Insurance Company, but never asked him (Klamkin) one word about the process that was utilized by Nordgren Memorial Chapel in the process Nordgren's followed in offering the opportunity for families to convert from trust to insurance in order to no longer receive 1099 tax forms?"

My Response- "Yes, that is correct. When I personally questioned Investigator Bresnahan for 4 hours during the Administrative Hearings, he stated that he never broached the subject of the process followed by Nordgren Memorial Chapel with Klamkin (Columbian Life Insurance's Vice President of Pre-Need) when he contacted him concerning this issues and statements made by Mrs. Mangsen during his investigation."

"Mr. Haddad, what was Mrs. Mangsen's role at the funeral home in 1999 - the time when Nordgren Memorial Chapel created the opportunity for families to convert their funding arrangements from trust to insurance?

My Response- "Mrs. Mangsen had no role whatsoever at that time. It wasn't until her husband, Kurt, and Mrs. Mangsen decided that they wished to purchase the Carrigan's (John & Stephen's) interest in the funeral home (Nordgren Memorial Chapel) several years later that Mrs. Mangsen had any involvement in any aspect of the funeral home. Mrs. Mangsen became treasurer and a Board Member of the funeral home (Nordgren Memorial Chapel) in July 2002."

"Then, Mr. Haddad, Mrs. Mangsen would have had no reason to have knowledge of Columbian Life Insurance Company unless her husband, Kurt, would have mentioned it to her, is this correct?"

My Response- "Yes, that is correct!"

"Mr. Haddad, has any family that either decided to initiate the transfer of their funded arrangements from trust to insurance or has any family that opted not to transfer their funded arrangements from trust to insurance ever complained to Nordgren Memorial Chapel, the Mangsen's, You, and / or the Mass. State Funeral Board from 1999 to the present day (May 2009)?"

My Response- "Not a single person. Not a single complaint".

"You mean to tell us, Mr. Haddad, that the Mangsen's and the prosecuting attorneys for the Division of Professional Licensure were unable to find a single family member from any of the families referenced in the voluminous documents entered into the Administrative Record by the prosecution that complained in any way that the process followed by Nordgren Memorial Chapel and its treasurer, Carrigan, was anything other than actions they had taken of their own unfettered will?"

My Response- "That is correct. Not a single person was referenced or produced during the entire Administrative Proceedings that objected in any way to the process they elected (or didn't elect) to participate in."

"Mr. Haddad, your philanthropy both in your time and resources is well known and well documented in Central Massachusetts, most especially in the Eastern Orthodox Community, dating back to the later 1970's. Is my understanding correct - Columbian Life Insurance Company paid commissions for families that converted their pre-funded arrangement from trust to insurance?"

My Response- "Yes, that is correct!"

"Mr. Haddad, what became of the commissions?"

My Response- "Nordgren Memorial Chapel's treasurer, John Carrigan, decided since the process was initiated at the bequest of families themselves, that it would be inappropriate for the funeral home to retain the commissions. Mr. Carrigan, after speaking with Nordgren's accountant's (I was told), decided that the commissions should not be put through Nordgren's books and that the commissions should be forwarded to the charities or church organizations so designated in the pre-funded funeral arrangements of each family deciding to convert from trust to insurance. This was done at the direction of treasurer Carrigan."

"Mr. Haddad, was any commission check ever made out to you, endorsed by you, or deposited into any personal account you have (had)?"

My Response"Absolutely not!"

"Mr. Haddad, did the prosecution (prosecuting attorneys for the Division of Professional Licensure) during the Administrative Proceedings produce any check - cancelled or otherwise - from Columbian Life Insurance Company that indicated you personally received, endorsed, or personally benefited from commission monies received from Columbian Life Insurance Company?"

My Response- "Never!"

"Mr. Haddad, did Columbian Life Insurance Company send its legal Counsel, Daniel Fischer or anyone to the Administrative Hearings in this matter to testify for the prosecution against you?"

My Response- "No!"

"Mr. Haddad, did Peter Klamkin, Vice President of Pre-Need for Columbian Life Insurance Company appear for the prosecution to testify in the matters before Administrative Hearings Counsel Colleton?"

My Response- "No!"

"Mr. Haddad, did you subpoena Columbian Life Insurance Company and Peter Klamkin personally to appear as expert "hostile" witnesses for your defense in order for the record to be set straight?"

My Response- "Yes, I certainly did!"

"Mr. Haddad, did Columbian Life Insurance Company send a representative to testify and did Klamkin appear as well?"

My Response- "Neither Columbian Life Insurance Company nor Klamkin appeared as a result of the Administrative Subpoenas. Apparently, since both resided outside of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, they were not compelled to adhere to an Administrative subpoena. Columbian Life Insurance Company did agree to testify under oath in Binginton, NY; but Administrative Hearings Counsel Anne E. Colleton and prosecuting attorneys, James Read and Leslie Alexander objected and refused to allow this to happen. It was obvious the prosecution, the Administrative Hearings Counsel, and Investigator Bresnahan did not want Columbian Life Insurance Company to testify - for to do so would have decimated several years of work to cover up the conspiracy that permeated the process from its inception - all of which would have validated the truth I have put forth from the beginning!"

"Mr. Haddad, two last questions for I know others here wish to speak. We have listened to the audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the Mass Funeral Board, wherein the Board unanimously voted to have Investigator Bresnahan forward correspondence to the Mass. Insurance Commissioner to initiate an investigation into Columbian Life Insurance Company's association with Nordgren Memorial Chapel. What happened as a result of the investigation?"

My Response"When I heard the audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the Mass State Board unanimously authorizing an investigation by the Mass. Department of Insurance (it now being more than a year after the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the Funeral Board wherein I finally got my hands on the audio tape), I immediately contacted the Mass. Insurance, Office of the Commissioner - only to be told no request was ever initiated for an investigation into Columbian Life Insurance Company and its association with Nordgren Memorial Chapel. Shocked by this response, I immediately contacted George Weber, Director, Mass. Division of Professional Licensure for clarification and an explanation. Several days later I received correspondence from Kathe Mullally, Chief Counsel for the Division of Professional Licensure, stating that she listened to the audio tape and there was never a discussion or vote by the State Funeral Board to initiate an investigation with the Division of Insurance concerning Columbian Life Insurance Company and Nordgren Memorial Chapel. (Correspondence from Chief Counsel Mullally in my possession). I contacted Chief Counsel Mullally indicating the audio tape in my possession clearly has the conversation of Chairman Kazlauskas and others leading up to and including the vote in clear fashion, and her response to me was incorrect. Chief Counsel Mullally didn't want to hear this, and stated "It never occurred, and I have to go." Conversation ended."

"Mr. Haddad, how do you explain the fact that no investigation of the association between Nordgren Memorial Chapel and Columbian Life Insurance Company took place as a result of the unanimous vote of the Mass Funeral Board on December 9, 2003?"

My Response- "It certainly appears suspicious. I can only assume Investigator Bresnahan and the Funeral Board determined that such an investigation would clearly demonstrate that what I had stated from the get-go was the truth and would be validated if an investigation was initiated. In order to move forward with their assertions (Kazlauskas and Bresnahan's assertions presented in previous updates), they could not afford to have another State Agency become involved. It has been suggested to me that there was some type of pay out to "kill" any investigation, but I reject this theory only because I have no proof that it did in fact happen."

"Mr. Haddad, one last question, if you will? It is my understanding Mrs. Mangsen, Mr. Mangsen, and Nordgren's corporate attorney (Scott Sinrich) all stated to the Mass. Funeral Board that Nordgren Memorial Chapel had never heard of Columbian Life Insurance Company until the fall of 2003, is this correct?"

My Response- "Yes!"

Yet, Mr. Haddad, during the Administrative Hearings you were able to present documentation from Columbian Life Insurance Company that Nordgren Memorial Chapel had receive in excess of $114,000 for funerals that were performed at Nordgren Memorial Chapel by personnel from Nordgren Memorial Chapel, with payments made directly to Nordgren Memorial Chapel by Columbian Life Insurance Company - payments that were deposited by personnel at Nordgren Memorial Chapel into Nordgren Memorial Chapel's corporate checking account during the previous four (4) years (1999-2003) , is this correct?"

My Response- "Yes, that is correct!"

"Mr. Haddad, you have come upon some of the most pathetic and evil people Satan has recruited and devoured. What you have witnessed is -

"A little yeast working its way through the whole batch of dough!"

More revealing questions that were asked of me pertaining to Attorney Scott Sinrich, Nordgren Memorial Chapel's corporate attorney; Tracy Mitchell, expert witness for the Mass. Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure & Secretary for the Massachusetts Funeral Director's Association -MFDA (also owner of funeral homes in Medfield & Millis, MA); and David Pickering, witness for the prosecution and Division of Professional Licensure (also owner of Rand Harper Pickering Funeral Home and Britton Funeral Home, both in Westborough, MA) - questions and responses thereto will appear in the next update.

Topic line for the next update -

"What does this 'unveiling' of demonic activity within the Massachusetts Funeral Board & Division of Professional Licensure (and soon to be revealed - Justice System) teach you about the world?"

Stay Tuned!

Till next time, "Blessings!"
