The statement above from the Bible was made to me during my recent visit to San Diego and Los Angeles by a group of individuals who have followed this web site for several years, have reviewed transcripts of testimony (conflicting testimony in many instances) and fraudulent conclusions drawn by those whose charter it is to investigate the facts and seek the Truth, and who believe that each of us possesses "free will" to do right - or in this case to "Do Wrong"! More on this point later in this update.

The group consisted of professional business persons, spiritual leaders, and others of faith whose interest initially was triggered by the name of this web site - Justice At What Price! Quite frankly, I have been amazed at the number of concerned citizens with no direct relationship or impact in the issues presented on this web site, who have come forward to express their displeasure and disgust at what has transpired in these matters. Their concerns, based solely for my health and well being, centered on the lack of veritable facts, the lack of an attempt to get to the truth, and the lack of logic on behalf of a biased, prejudiced, and corrupt group individuals disguised as guardians of the public trust. Powerful observations and statements, to say the least.

"One need only listen to the audio recording of the Meeting of the Massachusetts State Funeral Board on December 9, 2003 to see that No amount of evidence was going to make a difference in the biased and prejudiced positions taken by the Funeral Board prior to any complaints being filed and any investigation taking place", said one member.

"When a blind man follows a blind man, they both fall into a pit", said the spiritual leader. "This appears to be what has happened in this matter." "Looking at the chronology of events leading up to your abrupt termination at the hands of Mr. Mangsen; especially in light of your personal and professional commitment to him prior to and after his father's death, is symbolic of Satan celebrating yet another victory over weakness of one's spirit".

Discussions soon centered around "values" - the value one places on money, the value one places on amassing material things, the value one places on one's time, the value one places on being right, and the value one places on a commitment to seeking favor with the Good Lord. With values in mind, the focus now turned to each of the parties directly (and in some instances, indirectly) involved in the proceedings and their possible motivations. More on "values" in subsequent updates.

Time in this update does not allow me to fully present all elements brought forth and the totally of discussions and observations made. I therefore will continue, in subsequent updates, to fully enlighten you with the substance of discussions with each aspect presented representative of the truth and based solely upon "veritable facts" and not the conclusions drawn by corrupted individuals - to include some in the legal profession, some in public service, and some in the funeral service - all whose statements and actions clearly classify them (according to the Bible) - as the "walking dead".

"Mr. Haddad", as I was referred to throughout the discussions, "when Mr. Bresnahan (inspector) conducted the inspection of records at the Nordgren Funeral Home in November, 2003 and found two files you arranged missing documents, do you know why he did not review additional files to see if there was a pattern of activity here or was this just an unusual circumstance?"

Before I could answer, another asked, "why do you suppose someone at Nordgren's gave the inspector a funeral file already completed when the inspector asked for pre-arranged funeral files only"? My response to both questions was, "I have no idea!"

"Is it my understanding that the files (all funeral files) were located at the funeral home (Nordgren's) and under lock and key without your knowledge for a period of time before you were let go by Mr. Mangsen?" My response, "Yes, that is correct!"

"Mr. Haddad, if I read your testimony correctly and the detailed accounting of what transpired in the six months leading up to your termination the day of the inspection by Mr. Bresnahan and the testimony of Mrs. Mangsen (the president's wife); the Mangsen's wanted to terminate you but were advised by their attorney, Sinrich I believe, to be careful in doing so for Mr. Haddad as an owner had specific rights, is this statement correct?" My response, "Yes, you are correct!"

"Then Mr. Haddad, with the files in the possession of the Mangsen's and located at Nordgren Funeral Home (Mangsen's), locked unbeknownst to you, and with the Mangsen's testimony they wanted to terminate you; is it possible, even conceivable, that someone at Nordgren Funeral Home in your absence tampered with two files you had prepared - especially in light of your testimony under oath as well as Mr. Mangsen's testimony under oath that you were routinely at the funeral home only about 5 % of the time?" My response, "Certainly the opportunity was there for someone at Nordgren's to tamper with the files if they wished to. Also when asked by Mr. Bresnahan for pre-arranged funeral files (all located in a specific file cabinet), Nordgren's provided Bresnahan with a completed funeral file which that individual would have had to go to another file cabinet in a separate room to secure!"

"Mr. Haddad, from what I have read you were terminated within hours (I believe the record states - within 5 hours) of the inspection at Nordgren Funeral Home on November 19, 2003, is this correct?" My response, "Yes!"

"So an inspection was conducted in mid morning, wrapped up late morning, Nordgren's contacted their legal counsel, a letter of termination was prepared by Nordgren's corporate attorney, the letter was delivered to the funeral home for Mr. Mangsen's signature, the letter of termination was given to a constable, and you were served with the letter of termination by the constable at approximately 4:30 PM the very same day, is this correct?" My response, "Yes, exactly!"

"So that it is clear to me, at this time you were (and still are) a 3% owner of the funeral home, is that correct?" My response "Yes!" "And neither Nordgren's president (Mangsen) nor Nordgren's Corporate Counsel (Sinrich) contacted you or attempted to contact you requesting information or clarification as to the issue(s) raised by Bresnahan during his inspection prior to you receiving the letter of termination signed by Mangsen and served to you by a constable, is this correct?" My response, "Yes, that's correct!"

"Mr. Haddad, upon receiving the letter of termination on November 19, 2003, what did you do?" My response, "I immediately called my attorney, Michael Angelini, of the law firm, Bowditch & Dewey in Worcester. Atty. Angelini requested I bring the original copy of the letter of termination to him, and that he would make a copy when I arrived. I arrived at his offices within an hour of receiving the letter of termination."

"What happened next?" My response, "I met with Atty. Angelini a few days later and after several minutes assessing the situation, we both came to the conclusion that under no circumstances could I or would I wish to return as an employee at Norgren Memorial Chapel. Atty. Angelini strongly suggested I immediately create a business association with another funeral home in order to be responsive to families wishing for me to care for their loved ones when they passed."

"Did you?", I was asked. My response, "No, not immediately, for I was still "shell-shocked" that the Mangsen's (or anyone for that matter) could be so vile and so evil as to do what they had just done to me. To this day, I wonder if it was the Mangsen's actions alone or that of their attorney (Sinrich) and/or their accountant (Higham) that precipitated the seizing of the moment to terminate me without benefit of an opportunity to respond to concerns of inspector Bresnahan in order to achieve their desired objective."

"Who precipitated the request for you to appear before the Massachusetts Funeral Board on December 9, 2003?" My response! "On November 30, 2003 I received a request to appear before the Massachusetts Funeral Board in Boston on December 9, 2003, a request initiated by Inspector Bresnahan. I immediately contacted Mr. Bresnahan indicating I had a speaking engagement in New York City scheduled for December 9, 2003, but would attempt to reschedule it in order to be present at the meeting. Unless he (Bresnahan) heard differently, he could anticipate I would be present as requested. With some difficulty, I was able to re-schedule my commitments in New York City enabling me to attend the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the Funeral Board."

"Did your attorney (Angelini) accompany you to the meeting with the Funeral Board?" My response, "No"! "He didn't, why?" My response, "Attorney Angelini didn't feel it was necessary, and that he believed I could represent the facts and situation on my own."

"What happened on December 9, 2003?" My response!". "On December 9, 2003 I arrived at 12:45 PM for a scheduled 2:00 PM appearance before the Funeral Board. I walked into the reception area at the Division of Professional Licensure and to my surprise found the State Board Chairperson (Kazlauskas) - a competitor funeral director in Worcester - huddled in a corner of the reception area with Kurt and Katherine Mangsen (principal owners of Nordgren Memorial Chapel), Attorney Sinrich (Nordgren's Corporate counsel), and Ronald Johnson (a funeral director at Nordgren Memorial Chapel). Seeing me enter the reception area, Chairperson Kazlauskas turned scarlet red, abruptly walked away from the Nordgren entourage, walked directly past me without saying a word, and entered the Funeral Board Meeting which had yet to begin."

What happened at the "recorded" Meeting of the Massachusetts Funeral Board held on December 9, 2003 along with actual documented statements of the State Board Chairman Kazlauskas, Inspector Bresnahan, and others in attendance will be presented in the next update on this web site - www.justiceatwhatprice.com.

Till next time, I ask that you consider joining me and others, as together we pray for those so corrupted through their weaknesses that they have found evil as their path in life and Satan as their Master.

Blessings and thanks to all.

Philip G. Haddad, Jr.
