<p>I had originally planned on addressing in this update the subject of the <strong>"Initial Complaint filed by Katherine Mangsen with the State Funeral Board & "my response thereto",</strong> which I will do in a subsequent update.</p> 
<p>But with the occasion of Thanksgiving, I took time from this and other matters of concern to contemplate what I and my family have to be Thankful for. To my amazement, the list is endless. </p> 
<p>For the past 5 years (that�s correct - it was 5 years ago on November 19, 2003), that the conspiracy and subsequent corruption involving Kurt & Katherine Mangsen; Ron Johnson; the Chairman of the State Funeral Board, John J. Kazlauskas; Division of Professional Licensure�s inspector/investigator, John Bresnahan commenced to raise its ugly head - and which continues to this very day. During this period I have witnessed the aforementioned parties and their respective legal counsels lie time and time again while under oath and during official administrative proceedings. To be quite honest, it was extremely difficult for me to understand how individuals could be so consumed by evil to stoop to such low levels. </p>
<p>I turned, as I always do, to my faith in the Good Lord for understanding and strength in combating this obvious evil - evil to any fair-minded and impartial individual. I soon witnessed my spiritual advisor (leader) for approximately 20 years succumb to the truth by saying, "I don�t want to take sides". Quite frankly, that has been my most difficult moment in the past 5 years.</p>
<p>At the age of 19, upon the sudden passing of my dad in 1965, I committed to devote my life to God and serve His Will. I have helped to build churches, united churches in the name of God, assisted in the creation of cemeteries when gravesites were scarce, and assembled a team of Godly people and together we labored for more than 12 years in creating a Nursing Facility of excellence in the Worcester area.</p>
<p>What I have witnessed in the past 5 years and am committed to expose in its fullest extent and in the most meaningful way is -</p> 
<p><em>"God has allowed evil to provide us with a choice. God can bring good even out of evil events. And God promises victory over evil to those who choose Him".</em></p>
<p>Foolishly, I had full faith and confidence in our democratic system of government that the truth would prevail and that sufficient checks and balances were built into the system to prevent evil persons from corrupting justice going forward. Little did I know, at that time, the depth of corruption that permeated State Government in Massachusetts - much along the lines we have seen in recent times on Beacon Hill. Quite frankly, the disgusting series of unethical events we have witnessed on Beacon Hill recently pale in comparison to that which I shall now share with the appropriate authorities as they investigate a whole host of unethical acts by those in public service. The specifics of which I refer shall be shared with you very soon. Suffice it to say, "Accountability" is right around the corner!</p>
<p>Throughout my life, I have been blessed to know what it is to be in need, and know what it is to have plenty. I have learned to be content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through Him who gives me strength. As such, I cannot be angry and thankful at the same time.</p>
<p>Counting ones blessings and being thankful for the opportunity to do good works in the face of evil, is a challenging, yet wonderful feeling. I�m a believer in balance in ones life. As a result of the grave injustices I have experienced during the past 5 years at the hands of those consumed by evil, I have been strengthened by support from the hundreds of you from throughout the country who have contacted me with your words of encouragement, your spiritual references, and belief that God is bigger, better, and closer than we can imagine. I have found the Bible to be God�s perfect guidebook for living.</p>
<p>But the most powerful message that I have received and for which I am most thankful for in recent times, and which have and will continue to motivate me in a positive way going forward is the fact that - </p>
<p><strong>"God is relatively easy to please, but very difficult to satisfy!"</strong></p>
<p>Thanksgiving resides within me and not in anything outside myself. Thanksgiving originates in my thinking. Thanksgiving results from focusing on and helping others. Thanksgiving, if genuine, is a blessing. Thanksgiving, if disingenuous, is a curse.</p> 
<p>I shall continue to share with you "The Truth" and demonstrate with actual public documents of Administrative Proceedings and Court Documents just how corrupt certain individuals can be and were, and how their destiny is assured if they do not come clean by becoming clean.</p> 
<p>If you are one of the many who feel "Death is the End of the Road" and you can get away with anything in this life, I strongly encourage that you seek wisdom and counsel from Pastor Rick Warren and the Saddleback Church, Lake Forest, California. Pastor Warren�s several life changing books and publications are a wake up call for not only believers, but for those consumed by evil. As the Bible clearly states, "Heaven and hell are real places. Death is a beginning, not the end".</p> 
<p>Lies, greed, corrupt, and unethical acts of principals listed above will be presented in detail from public records and documents that have gone forward to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and that have been issued by the Worcester Superior Court for you the visitor to this web site to review. If in fact there is a "hell" as defined in the Bible, the principals to be named with veritable facts and documentation have clearly chosen "hell" as their residence both here on earth and assured in the future; because "Death is a beginning of either a blessed eternal life with the Good Lord or a life of torment beyond ones comprehension with your chosen devil." </p> 
<p><strong>The Citizens of this Commonwealth have a right to demand honesty and integrity from all of us, not only those in public service! The statements of the Mangsen�s and their attorney made "on the record" were not honest, were not truthful, and were recorded and documented lies. I shall present these statements from public records in the next update.</strong></p> 
<p>As I present the veritable facts, I shall at the same time be making requests from families, clergy, churches, and not-for-profit entities to substantiate the truth; which in turn will demonstrate the greed, the lies, and the corruption that has permeated an Administrative Process absent honor and integrity by evil parties who will be exposed for their unethical and immoral statements and actions.</p>
<p>Additionally, and in each of the subsequent updates, I shall share with you comments received from visitors to this web site - comments and statements that I�m sure you will find not only interesting, but amusing in some cases and truly sad in others.</p>  
<p>I leave you with a statement made to me by a clergyperson a few weeks back,</p>
<p><strong><em> "Phil, clean hands and a pure heart are all about character. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God! What you are experiencing is the devil at work in the actions and in the minds of those corrupted by their own weaknesses. Don�t be angry with them, but the course laid out before you by Christ is to take up the Cross and see to it that no other is subjected to a similar fate. Blessed be you!"</em></strong></p>
