<p>The corruption at the Division of Professional Licensure in Boston starts at the top and permeates throughout the entire office. I do not ask you to believe me, but to decide for yourselves as I present only the veritable facts. For you see, at the Division of Professional Licensure you have a Director of D.P.L. (George K. Weber), whose �motif operandi� is total and complete abdication of any and all responsibility and hopefully accountability as well. Apparently it has worked well for him to date; but he and others (such as Kathe Mullally, Anne Colleton, and Christopher Connally) must realize that the wrongful ways of the past will not serve you well in this - the 21st century. Attempting to hide behind the so-called �government veil� which has been so successful in the past will not work any longer. Withholding investigative records (if they ever existed) will not be overlooked any longer. Stating that e-mails cannot be retrieved is a figment of ones imagination, and will not be tolerated in this age of open government and the internet. </p>
<p>Each state in the U.S. has a state funeral directors association committed to educate, legislate, and protect not only their own when unjustly attacked; but to lobby for that which is in the best interest of the public as the public come to the funeral director of choice for assistance in burying their departed loved ones. Massachusetts is no exception. In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, there exists the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association (M.F.D.A.). More on the MFDA in a subsequent update.</p>
<p>The time has arrived to present on this web site (Justice At What Price) archived and documented veritable facts in the public record in a semblance of order that will enable you (the visitor to this web site) to decide whether or not justice has been served by the Massachusetts Funeral Board of 2003 and the Massachusetts Funeral Board of 2007. Many of the members of the 2003 Massachusetts Funeral Board are no longer on the Board, but their statements and actions shall follow them in their every step and every movement till either they come clean by becoming clean or the Good Lord turns His back on them when they pass from this life with His Words, �I Never Knew You!� </p>
<p>As I contemplate the invitations to put the veritable facts as chronicled in the public record on this web site into book form, having been contacted by several sources to do just this; I believe the time has come to present segments (chapters) specifically demonstrating statements, actions, motives, opportunities, and strategies of individuals, lawyers and their law firms, state agencies to include the Ethics Commission, the Office of the Inspector General, the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of the Secretary of State (Public Records Division), the Governor�s Office under the Romney Administration as well as the Governor�s Office under the Patrick Administration, and lastly, the Board of Bar Overseers of the Supreme Judicial Court. Each has had either an active or passive role to play in the matters I am about to address, and the responses of each party are a �wake up call� to the corruption that permeates state government in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.</p>
<p>As I have so often stated in previous updates; until recently, I had full faith and confidence that justice would prevail amongst the corruption I had witnesses from the start of this process. I honestly believed that our democratic system of government would have sufficient checks and balances that amongst the wide spread corruption known to exist would see the truth flushed out and the corruption dealt with in the appropriate manner. The total and complete implosion of any semblance of justice and so noted throughout the updates well documented and recorded in the public record will not be �swept under the rug� as has been the policy of the past; but shall continue to be clearly presented for all to see each now and in the future.</p>
<p>I shall present segments on individuals well documented in the public record such as Kurt and Katherine Mangsen, John Kazlauskas, John Bresnahan, specific members of the Massachusetts Funeral Board�s of 2003 and 2007, Nordgren Memorial Chapel�s Corporate Counsel (Sinrich), Kevin Mercadante, David Pickering, and expert witness for the prosecution (Tracy Mitchell), Ronald Johnson, Christopher Carroll, Esq., Alexander Borre, Esq., Kathe F. Mullally, Esq., Anne Colleton, Esq., James Read, Esq., Gail Wiles, and my former legal counsels from the Law Offices of Bowditch and Dewey in Worcester. I shall also  present documented veritable facts in the public record as they pertain to actions of Columbian Life Insurance Company in Binghamton, NY along with that of their former Regional Director and Vice President for Pre-Need - Peter Klamkin.</p>
<p>The aforementioned parties - the list not being complete by any means - have had a major role in the process that has taken place to date. I do not purport to infer each of those referenced above have played a completely negative role in the happenings to date; but their participation, in some instances, has led to others taking positions not based on facts but on unsupported allegations and accusations.</p>
<p>In my possession are 5,600 pages of documented public records - most of which I shall either share with you in total, or excerpt out that which is applicable and appropriate. Should there be any question as to the authenticity or completeness of any public record, I shall make available the entire public record to the appropriate authorities under the appropriate circumstances.</p>
<p>I shall commence the individual segments on October 21, 2008. The title of the initial segment is -</p>

<p>and will focus on the statements and actions of Katherine and Kurt Mangsen, principals at Nordgren Memorial Chapel and their corporate attorney (Scott Sinrich); prior to my termination as a 9 year employee at Nordgren Memorial Chapel on November 19, 2003 - all of which clearly appear in the public record.</p>
<p>You will not want to miss this update, as it lays out the foundation for the conspiracy, the corruption, the incompetence, and the cover-up to come as the false statements, the lies, and the corruption spread throughout an Administrative Process. </p>
<p>I promise only 100% truth, and only 100% veritable facts. But wait, for what you will see from the aforementioned parties will not only turn your stomachs, but be a clear sign and indication why the public and the AARP look at funeral service with a jaundiced eye. </p>

<p>To flush out those who would do intentional, deliberate, and unjust harm to others in an environment corrupted by individuals is an unenviable task and one that takes patience, perseverance, and a belief in the fact that truth and justice must prevail in dealing with blatant corruption. </p>
<p>I have spoken clearly with veritable facts in hand and few have listened. I have knocked on the doors of those whose charter is to protect the integrity of the system, and they have turned a deaf ear. It is time to hold those corrupted individuals and those readily corrupted in the process - accountable.</p>

<p>What I began almost five (5) years ago is a crusade for law and order - for without Order than can be no law. There is No Order at the Massachusetts Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure. I shall prove this fact beyond a shadow of a doubt - a clear and concise position alien to the Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure.</p>
<p>Going forward, I ask nothing more of you (the visitor to this web site) other than an open mind to test the validity of the veritable facts I shall present from the public record; an open mind to ask that which is not obvious to you at the moment; and to then view not only the situation I have lived with for the past 59 months - but more importantly, are you willing to continue to be compromised by corruption any longer or is it time to confront evil before it becomes fatal? </p>
