<p>The challenge before me is to determine where to begin in updating you on the happenings of the past 45 days. Suffice it to say, "Justice" and "Logic" continue to be rare commodities when it comes to the working of State Government in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.</p>
<p>As you know just by the sheer existence of this web site, I have chronicled each and every document; each and every conversation, and each and every action taken either by the State Funeral Board members, the State Funeral Board staff, the Division of Professional Licensure�s investigator, and the Division of Professional Licensure�s staff to include several attorneys.</p>
<p>I have chronicled each and every document; each and every conversation, and each and every action taken by Katherine and Kurt Mangsen, Nordgren Memorial Chapel and their corporate attorney, Scott S. Sinrich, (Law Firm of Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, P.C. in Worcester, MA).</p>
<p>I have even gone so far as to chronicle each and every statement, word, action, and testimony of each of the witnesses to the administrative hearing � official proceedings documented to the very last word by a court reporter. It isn�t difficult to understand how in 58 months I would have expended all my resources to include retirement, savings, and monies to repay student loans for my children in defense of my name and reputation that has been under attack by callous and vicious persons never suspecting for a moment that they would be held accountable for their lies and deceptive methods.</p>
<p>Please know that it is not my intent to harm anyone � harm the reputation of anyone � nor utter a word or make a claim that I cannot prove beyond a "shadow of a doubt". It was my intent to present the veritable facts in a court of law before a jury of my peers, but this was denied me by a Superior Court Justice (actually two Superior Court Justices) that denied me access to the full administrative proceedings record and denied me the opportunity to enter into the record that which the Attorney General representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts conveniently withheld from the Court proceedings -thereby denying me "due process". I shall soon share with you the documents to the court; the courts denials, the pleadings as presented, and the judges decision so that you can judge for yourself (as have many who have had the opportunity to review the aforementioned documents) that the Administrative Hearings Process under the direction of Anne E. Colleton (Division of Professional Licensure) was nothing less than a Kangaroo Court proceeding with the Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure making decisions and judgments without veritable facts; and then formulating and fabricating facts and opinions based solely on protecting and defending their indefensible actions.</p>
<p>I must admit to the overwhelming majority of you who have contacted me at one time or another during the past 4 years and 10 months that you were right and I was wrong. You stated in terms I cannot describe in this forum that the corruption within State Government in Massachusetts is rampant and out of control. I said all along, and have stated the same on numerous occasions on this web site in Administrative and court proceedings that "I have full faith and confidence in our democratic system of government". My belief was based upon my 32 year federal government career, wherein I educated small businesses in their dealing with the federal government and championed right for these businesses when the federal government was wrong in their initial reactions. Being the fool that I now appear to be, I just expected the State Funeral Board in Massachusetts to fully investigate the frivolous allegations made by Katherine and Kurt Mangsen along with the blatantly false, biased, and prejudiced statements of the State Funeral Board�s Chairperson (Kazlauskas) and others � all competitors and all with a motive and now "the created opportunity" denying me to practice as a funeral director and thereby also depriving Eastern Orthodox families of the services of the only Eastern Orthodox funeral director in central Massachusetts.</p>
<p>I am heartened by the abundance of phone calls, e-mails, and voice mails from many of you shocked beyond belief with what you have read on this web site and asking for more; making recommendations and suggestions as to what I should do next in seeking justice; and most importantly reassuring me that the challenges I have and continue to face � I face not alone but with the Good Lord at my side carefully watching my moves and actions and those of the disciples of Satan.</p>
<p>I am also taken and grateful for the conversation I recently had with a Catholic clergyman from a mid Atlantic state who contacted me as a result of one of his parishioners bringing the injustices I have endured to his attention. The Priest spent 4 hours one evening reviewing the updates on this web site, and felt he just needed to speak with me. As a result of our conversation and his review of the content of the web site, the unjust acts of individuals and government were the subject of a sermon the Priest gave to his congregation.</p>
<p>I was aware that the number of inquiries to the web site www.justiceatwhatprice.com exceeded a million (1,000,000). What I wasn�t aware of until it was recently brought to my attention was the fact that when one Googles "Justice At What Price", the results are shocking and beyond belief. The interest in the "evidence of injustice" I have presented on this web site continues to grow, while Justice within the system of government in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts continues to be elusive.</p>
<p>In our conversation (the Catholic Priest and I), the Priest made it perfectly clear to me that our bodies (human flesh) are only the clothing for our souls; and the Good Lord gave us breath for a very short period of time � just as he did with the breath he gave for his son, Jesus. What we do with that breath in love, support, and commitment to follow in the footsteps of His Son will dictate our eternal residence. The Priest went on, "Mr. Haddad, life on earth is but a snow-flake in a blizzard, and he that wastes one moment of the breath that is given to him/her in doing evil will suffer the Wrath of God as depicted in the Book of Revelation � in the words of Jesus Christ. Long after the flesh has dissipated, the soul will be a permanent testament of the life lived. I fear for and pity those whose evil ways have distanced themselves from eternity with the Heavenly Father and positioned themselves at the right hand of Satan".</p>
<p>To be quite honest with you, a tear came to my eye (actually several tears) for my thoughts turned immediately to Ronald Johnson and Kurt Mangsen. Ronnie and I became friends as a result of our dealings with families in our closely aligned ethnic communities. Ron did an exceptionally fine job assisting families in the three (3) Armenian Communities in the Worcester area - my focus being on the Eastern Orthodox Communities also in the Worcester area. Whether at Caswell-King Funeral Home or Nordgren Memorial Chapel, we were comfortable knowing that in the event we were unavailable at any time, the other would be there and provide the support for the families in the ethnic traditions that were so very important to the families we served. More on Ron Johnson in a moment.</p>
<p>I always had a deep respect for Harry and Pauline Mangsen (parents of Kurt Mangsen). They too felt the same about me. Harry Mangsen, a proud man beyond words, with days (not months to live) requested that his son, Kurt, asked me to accompany him on what was to be his last ride in his boat on Lake Quinsigamond before passing to the next life. With Kurt up front steering (driving) the boat and Harry Mangsen and I in the back, Harry put his hand on my knee with tears coming from his eyes and running down his cheeks and said, "Phil, please give me your word you will look after Kurt, help him, and protect him". I, too, cried with Harry and gave him my word � "I would". From that very day in 1996 till my sudden and unexpected termination by Kurt Mangsen without notice as a nine (9) year employee at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, I was a father; I was a big brother; I was an educator; and I was a mentor to Kurt Mangsen � oftentimes at personal sacrifice to my own family.</p>
<p>Both of my children � Stephanie and David � were home from Amsterdam and San Diego respectively last week, and on numerous occasions expressed their disappointment in Kurt as a friend and more importantly, Kurt as a person. "Dad, how could Kurt do what he did to you for all you did for him for so long?" was Stephanie�s comment. David�s statements went on "I get sick to my stomach every time I think of Kurt, how close you were, the fun we had, and how he and his wife turned on you and Jimmy!" (referencing Jimmy O�Connor). "How does he live with himself?"</p>
<p>Getting back to Ron Johnson. Ron Johnson, fearful he was to be the next "notch" on the gun-belt of Katherine Mangsen, blatantly and without a blink of an eye lied time and time again to Inspector Bresnahan, to the State Funeral Board, to Kurt Mangsen, and under Oath during the Administrative Hearing. I have made referenced to several of the lies in previous updates and during my testimony during the Administrative Hearings � all of which was noted as being discredited and self-serving by Administrative Hearings Counsel, Colleton and the State Funeral Board; because it contradicted their biased and prejudiced conclusions formulated long before any administrative hearing or final decision was made.</p>
<p>Lest we forget for a single moment, we are living in a "new world" with no place to hide. The internet has afforded us a new awakening. Just as we cannot walk from the Sight of God, we cannot say one thing � do another � and deny either ever happened. The record is permanent.</p>
<p>The system is sound! It is people that are corrupt � people either readily corrupted or people so shallow in their ethics and morals that the forces of evil (Satan and his disciples) are their masters for the moment � and in all probability � into eternity.</p>
<p>With my patience for justice within the so-called "system" now depleted, I can honestly and sincerely live with myself as the next chapter is about to un-fold. It is time to drop the next "shoe" and expose beyond the so-called "system" � the</p>
<p><STRONG>"In-justice at What Price"</STRONG></p>
<p>the price to be paid by individual funeral directors, by individual state functionaries, by individual appointees to State Administrative Boards, to individual so-called prosecutors and hearing examiners, and to individual court officials that have failed and trampled upon the Constitution of the United States.</p>

<p>was brilliant beyond his time. Keep this thought in mind as we proceed.</p>
<p>Wherein the past one could hide behind the so-called "government veil", those days have ended and the day of accountability and being held-to-account has arrived. </p>

And pray for those about to see the <STRONG><EM>"light of their dark ways"</EM></STRONG>, as together we journey through the veritable lies to the veritable truth and facts � thereby judging for real the corruption, the conspiracy, and the cover-up of those who have permanently violated the "Public Trust".</p>
