<p>The question that is often asked of me (and to be quite frankly, I often ask of myself) is "In December 2003, did you ever think you would still be dealing with these issues 5 years later? Obviously, the answer is "No!"  And, although not a man to wager, I would bet the State Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure did not think for a minute I would challenge their lies and fraudulent actions for 5 years at grave personal and financial sacrifice no one should have to bear. But "Why", you keep asking?</p>
<p>So that it is perfectly clear to all (to include the State Funeral Board of 2003 and 2007; to include the Division of Professional Licensure staff in 2003 and today; to include the Central Massachusetts funeral directors so noted in previous updates; and others to be referenced in the near future), I did in 2003 and I do to this day have "full faith and confidence" in our system of government. Even with the blatant "in-your-face" corruption we have witnessed from so many embarrassing so-called State civil servants (many lawyers for the Commonwealth, I might add); all believing they are immune from any remnant of accountability for their statements and actions, with the truth as my motivator and the Lord Good as my witness, I say to therm�there is No escape from the judgment about to befall you.</p>
<p>You cannot <em>see</em> faith! You cannot <em>touch</em> faith! You cannot <em>feel</em> faith! But when you <em>have</em> it, there is <em>nothing</em> more powerful! The faith I have is in the truth, and with faith I have hope - not hope for me but for those referenced above. For you see, I now need to demonstrate to those State Funeral Board Members and others referenced herein that the destruction they have unjustly leveled on me is in reality their own personal destruction and death in the remainder of their earthly journey and eternal death thereafter.</p>
<p>From the moment Ronald Johnson (a funeral director at Nordgren Memorial Chapel in Worcester) called me on November 19, 2003 panicking and concerned because John Bresnahan, an inspector for the Funeral Board and Division of Professional Licensure employee, had questions concerning pre-need funeral arrangements made at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, I reassured Mr. Johnson all was in order and to please put Mr. Bresnahan on the phone. What precipitated all this, and statements and actions made and taken by Kurt and Katherine Mangsen, Mr. Johnson, and Nordgren's Corporate Counsel (Scott S. Sinrich) from November 19, 2003 to December 9, 2003, would not be known to me for well over a year (December 2004).</p>
<p>The specific fraudulent statements, actions, and documents generated by the aforementioned parties will be presented on this web site in the very near future. Suffice it to say, "I have chronicled each and every document, conversation, and action taken by the aforementioned parties, taken by my legal counsels at the time, and taken by me to this very day. With the truth in hand, with the veritable facts in my possession, and with God as my witness, even to this very day (almost 5 years later), I have full faith and confidence justice will prevail before the courts of this land and accountability will rear its beautiful head so that no-one (I repeat, NO-ONE) has to experience the callous injustice I have witnessed and experienced at the hands of (as Jesus Christ said) "evildoers"!</p>
<p>In Matthew, Chapter 7, verses 13-14, Jesus speaks to the topic of "The Narrow and Wide Gates". Jesus words are - </p>
<p><strong><em>"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it".</em></strong></p>
<p>It is clear Jesus is speaking to the State Funeral Board, the Division of Professional Licensure, and several funeral directors in Central Massachusetts, who together rushed through the wide open gate and down the broad road without seeking a map of the path to justice. Where are the aforementioned parties now? - Faced squarely with destruction right before their eyes.  The only one way out for those referenced above - that being to repent for their blatant sinful actions. Can they loose the bonds of their free will that they have voluntarily surrendered to Satan, or will they hear the words of Jesus Christ <strong><em>"I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!" as they are on their knees pleading for salvation as they pass from this life?</em></strong></p>
<p>It certainly is a chilling picture of the inevitable for each of those referenced above as they face a new day. I often wonder what it must have been like for Mr. Kazlauskas, when he faced his day of judgment and as he pleaded his case (not much of a case, I submit) before God. How many of those referenced above did he throw into the eternal flames of hell as co-conspirators in the process of the past 4 years and 9 months? I suggest you think long and hard, my friends, for time is <u>not</u> on your side.</p>
<p>Several (actually three) of you who follow the updates have contacted me asking for the relevance of the title of the August 4, 2008 Update - "In Remembrance of Me". One asked if I had a fatal illness and was about to leave this life. Another asked if I was going to abandon this web site and walk away from the injustice I have experienced over the many years. If this be their wish or your wish, ask for another; for I am not ill, and I certainly am not abandoning the truth and the justice I have sought for a very long time.</p>
<p>In mid July I had the occasion to visit John Street Baptist Church in Worcester, MA. As I walked into the sanctuary, I observed an altar table with the words "In Remembrance of Me" carved into the top boarder of the table. Not only was it beautiful, but I was struck by the fact that - <em>"isn't that what life is truly all about!"</em>  Lest we forget even for a moment, "Is our free will pleasing to God or have we embraced the devil as our Master?"</p>
<p>Once I returned home, I went on line to see if I could obtain the domain name "In Remembrance of Me". Unfortunately, although certainly not a surprise, the domain name - "In Remembrance of Me" was taken. It is not my challenge, nor task to attempt to rehabilitate or fix that which is broken in the eyes of God. It's a fact that the "brokenness of man" dates back to Adam and Eve, and God gave each of us "free will" to choose the path of our existence here on earth and subsequently our path to eternity. I turn to the Good Lord and the Bible for answers that have become a source on inspiration and encouragement to me in difficult times - so that I can attempt to understand in real life terms why others intentionally and with malice as their master would stoop so low as to fabricate (make up false truths) facts and circumstances to support their evil motives. The answers to my questions and concerns are readily seen and actually jump off the pages of the Bible. Hence, I am comfortable sharing them with you.</p>
<p>I believe - <strong>"Everyone is within the Reach of the Love of Jesus Christ"!</strong></p>
<p>I believe - <strong>"Everyone has the capacity and is capable of doing Good"!</strong></p>
<p>I believe - <strong>"Few are truly morally bankrupt".</strong></p>
<p>I ask herein and will ask in person to each of those referenced above in the appropriate venue, "Were you morally corrupt in 2003 and 2004 based upon your statements and actions and are you morally corrupt today?" If your answer is "No", then be prepared to respond to veritable (not fabricated) facts that will be presented to you for explanation thereof. </p>
<p>The days of hiding from the truth are over. The days of immunity from accountability are also over.</p>
<p>You have free will. I also believe The Good Lord wishes that you use it wisely.</p>
