<p>As the day of reckoning approaches, we see the cast of weary warriors seeking high ground from the flood waters of truth that are about to sweep them away like the recent rising of the Mississippi River. I speak about the mighty cast of evil doers (and for those of you who bought into their evil ways - I address you as "evil worshippers") who believed they could use, abuse, and manipulate a system of government to achieve their devious means. Little did they know that "David was willing to confront Goliath" for the good of truth and for the mighty equalizer - "Justice"!</p>
<p>Some of you have chastised me (many time and time again) for my steadfast belief in the fact that <strong><em>the truth</em></strong> will always emerge as the victor. It has been said repeatedly to me by many of you, <u>"Not in Massachusetts, it won't!"</u> But for those who truly know me and have been a witness to my 32 year federal career know very well, I have full faith and confidence in our system of government that perseverance supported by the truth and perseverance supported by veritable facts will always emerge victor against corruption initiated by free minded individuals with evil as their master.</p>
<p>As I have often stated on this web site since its inception in March 2005, there are consequences for ones intentional false statements and actions - consequences now and consequences at the final Day of Judgment. Filing complaints under false pretenses has its consequences. Making false statements of fact, when one knows them to be false, whether by an individual or by an attorney, has its consequences.  There is no escaping responsibility for ones statements and actions. </p>
<p>In the past 4 years and 8 months, (since November 2003) a conservative estimate is that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has expended in excess of $4M (that's right - $4 Million of Massachusetts taxpayer dollars) initially in an attempt to falsely sanction me so that my former employer (Nordgren Memorial Chapel) and the then Chairperson of the Funeral Board (John J. Kazlauskas, a Worcester Funeral Director) could benefit financially and professionally by their actions. Kevin Mercadante, Mercadante Funeral Home and Chapel, also seized the opportunity to enhance his position within the Syrian Orthodox Community by joining the two aforementioned funeral entities in this charade.</p>
<p>When it became evident that the State could no longer withhold the audio tape of the December 9, 2003 Meeting of the State Board (an audio tape the State Board Counsel, Christopher Carroll, stated they did not have), Nordgren Memorial Chapel's legal Counsel, Scott S. Sinrich, (Phillips, Silver, Talman, Aframe, & Sinrich, P.C.) realizing his statements before the full Board were about to be made public, contacted the funeral industry trade publication - The Funeral Monitor - and spoke with its editor on November 2, 2004. The very next day, Atty. Sinrich faxed either 34 pages or 25 pages - (I haven't been able to confirm the actual number of pages of documents, but not less than 25 pages) to Ms. Simon, editor of the Funeral Monitor. In Atty. Sinrich's correspondence to Ms. Simon dated November 3, 2004, Atty. Sinrich concludes the letter by stating, <strong><em>"This is also to confirm that our telephone conversation on November 2, 2004 was "off the record". Sincerely, // signed - Scott S. Sinrich.</em></strong></p>
<p>You need not guess. Ms. Simon proceeded to attack me personally and professionally on no less than six (6) instances in the trade publication of which she is the editor without any attempt to verify the accuracy of the statements made to her by Atty. Sinrich. Obviously, Ms. Simon did not contact me to determine the veracity of the facts as presented by Atty. Sinrich. Are you surprised? I certainly wasn't.</p>
<p>The shameful and <em>shamful</em> process to follow was an attempt to bring me to my knees at any expense (and to bankrupt me in the process) if I chose to confront the injustice afforded me by the Board, its Chairperson, and Division of Professional Licensure's investigator Bresnahan. I have the proof. I have the truth. And I have the Good Lord as my witness.</p>
<p>In a recent update on this web site, I made reference to two (2) books (references) that guide my every action. The first being - <em>the Bible</em>. The second being - <em>The Constitution of the United States</em>. I answer first and always to the Good Lord. HE is and always will be my Shepherd; and I, one of His sheep. I live to honor HIM and strive to please HIM with everything I do and have done. God gave us "free will" to follow Him or to follow Satan. I chose at a very young age to follow Jesus - and I do so to this day.</p>
<p>I stand on the Constitution of the United States - although there are some that I have encountered during the past 4+ years that believe the Constitution of the United States does not apply in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Honestly, there are several so-called professional individuals that believe they are exempt from accountability under the U.S. Constitution. Not so, my dear friends - not so.</p>
<p>Up to this point, I have not gone to the press (media); and have refused several invitations to speak to media regarding the circumstances and facts presented on this web site. Suffice it to say, if it is stated on this web site, I have the proof to back it up. So often asked, "Why haven't you gone to the media for - Justice Delayed is Justice Denied"? I respond, "I have full faith and confidence in our system of justice, and yes, it has been a long time - but Justice will prevail".</p>
<p>For you must understand:</p>
<p>"Truth is not everything!"  <strong>"Truth Is the ONLY Thing!!!!!!!"</strong></p>
<p>To the conspirators and co-conspirators that have allowed themselves to become the devil's disciples in these matters; I say to you "Although the hour is late, there is still time to repent and become clean by coming clean. The wrath of God is clear. Destruction of the un-godly is assured. The light with God is ever-glowing. The darkness wherein you now reside is but a prelude to suffering beyond belief to those blinded and not willing to open the door when Jesus knocks".</p>
<p>The Judge has the facts. The Good Lord - the Truth! To those of you in darkness, you have only Satan.</p>
