Thomas Parmalee, associate editor for the American Cemetery Magazine and the American Funeral Director Magazine (KatesBoylston) interviewed me well over a year ago concerning Westland Services Corporation and its impact for seniors and their families, i.e. Respectful Remembrance. The article never appeared as several (or at least Im lead to believe more than one) funeral directors objected to its publication in light of the issues, as I challenged the actions of several funeral directors and the State Board of Funeral Directors, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Recently (within the past 3 weeks), Mr. Parmalee, as a result of reading the updates on this web site, penned an article which has raised the awareness of the travesty of justice whose path begins at the doors of Nordgren Memorial Chapel in Worcester and ends at the doors of the Division of Professional Licensure or at least that has been the case up till now. The article, based upon the facts known to Mr. Parmalee, is fair; but immeasurably incomplete. I would NOT comment to Mr. Parmalee when asked about the issues with Massachusetts funeral directors and the State Board; for that is not the way I do business. If that be the case, I would have granted requests for interviews by the media, who were made aware of this web site by disenfranchised funeral directors threatened by the possibility of the adverse impact their actions and the actions of a few of their peers may well have on an industry under siege by the media, the public, and the AARP.

Why would I bring the aforementioned to your attention?

The answer, The number of readers of this web site has quadrupled in recent times, with the national audience now aware of the facts as proven and not just unjustly alleged, the State Board decisions, and that the issues are now before the Worcester Superior Court and as such, the emails and telephone calls of support continue to pour in.

I shall share two (2) of them with you at this time. On Wednesday, February 13, 2008 I received the following from Suzanne in Denver, PA.

May truth prevail in your day in court. Truth can be hidden for a time, but light does shine out of the darkness, and the Light is always victorious. Early this morning I was reading the 37th Psalm. It would take only two minutes to read, and it would give you great encouragement. I recommend reading it. Theres nothing thats more trustworthy than the word of God, Ive found. May all your endeavors be worthy of His approval and His blessing.

On Friday, February 15, 2008 I received a phone call from a gentleman named Paul from Texas. Paul is a disabled decorated marine. Apparently, someone told him about this web site, and he spent several days reading all updates on the site dating back to April 2005.

Mr. Haddad, Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for us, Jesus Christ and American Servicemen and Women. One died for our soul, the others for our Freedom & Justice

May the Good Lord bless you for the perils you are experiencing in His name, for He too was unjustly and without provocation persecuted without cause by those who would do harm to others for their own selfish means. Mr. Haddad, pity them; for they know not now the long-term affects of their actions.

Powerful statements from unaffected yet concerned individuals that God is watching our every action.

Were you to take up the Bible (hopefully it being a Red Letter Edition of the Bible the Red Letters signifying the Words being spoken by Jesus Christ) and turn to the Book of Revelation, Chapter 2. verses 8-11, you will see light where darkness engulfed your life up to now. You will understand that everything we have acquired has come from God. That during our journey to eternity with the Lord of Lords (if we be so fortunate) we will experience poverty, slander, prison, and death.

I shall take a moment to address each of the four (4) experiences noted above.

Poverty We come into this world through the Grace of God with nothing but a body and spirit. At the moment of conception, we are one in a million racing to the finish line. To be born into the life given to us by God, is in itself a miracle beyond words. From that moment to the final judgment day, we make decisions to serve either as a disciple of God or a vulnerable individual willing tempted by a force contrary to our Maker. As our time on this earth comes to a close, each of us will look back and say, Where did the time go I blinked and the years passed before my very eyes?

The Question now before us is Whats next? Was I a disciple of God or a willing player influenced and recruited by Satan? May I suggest you give serious thought to these questions now, and not wait until the clock strikes 12 for the final time.

If you have followed this web site with any regularity, you will know that my dad was my hero. He passed away at age 51 of a heart attack, but survived long enough to have the family gather round his hospital bed. His last words to me were, take care of your family; take care of your business; and remember the Good Lord from whence it all comes and give it back. My dad died moments later.

From the age of 19 to this very day, I have lived my life serving the Good Lord even as I have been viciously and unjustly attacked, slandered, and defamed by those whose loyalty is to another in a real bad place - if you believe there is a Heaven and a hell.

Slander the second eventuality we must be prepared for on our journey to the Kingdom of God. I have certainly experienced it far beyond my wildest imagination, so naive was I that people could be so influenced and so consumed by that which they want to believe is the truth without benefit of veritable facts to support their perceived conclusions. Their motives and their actions find them knee deep, waist deep, and even neck deep in quick sand fully and completely ending their journey and any possibility of entering the Kingdom of God.

Prison not necessarily prison as we have come to know it; but becoming imprisoned because of ones beliefs and ones actions as a disciple of God beliefs and actions that run counter to a corrupt and warped sense of right by those who would have it their way and only their way. There are an abundant number of examples of this in the Bible far too many to list here and now.

Some have suggested I have been imprisoned for the past 4 years unjustly and without a fair and impartial inquiry not able to serve the many families that have relied on me for many years, because I was undeniably judge to be guilty without benefit of due process guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States. I suspect there will be a ruling at some point to support this conclusion.

Death that which we shall all encounter some sooner / some later; but none of us shall escape this eventuality. From a very young age, I have had no fear of death. I have worked closely with families that have suffered personally as they have watched their loved ones waste before their very eyes. I have encouraged them to put their faith in God, for all our questions will not be addressed here on earth to our satisfaction; but we will at the appropriate time have all our questions answered.

I am reminded of a wonderful woman whose life has been the Church and service to the Good Lord. There seems to have never been a moment in her life where strife was not confronting her straight on. Whether it was the untimely passing of her husband, the unanticipated passing of her daughter and son-in-law, and numerous other challenges few face in a lifetime, this woman hung in there on the surface; but her faith crumbling with each fleeting moment.

I kept reassuring this woman that God was on her side and that there would be a special jewel in the crown she would wear in Gods Heavenly Kingdom. Her response, Phil, do you really believe that God is watching and do you really believe what you just told me? My response, Absolutely, not because it might be fashionable to say so, but the Good Lord says it in so many ways in the Bible. This woman reads the Bible daily, and I firmly believe there waiting for her on the Day of Judgment will be a special jewel to be added to her crown as she eats from the land of the Lord.

Here we have it. The pathway to eternity with Jesus Christ and the Heavenly Father or a pathway to the other side. Take the path to the left as depicted on the front wall of the Sistine Chapel and enter the Kingdom of God or take the alternate path to the right to the entrance of Hades. Your choice. Many referenced on this web site have clearly chosen their path, and it isnt pleasant and wont be pleasant. Its time to remember who gave us this life, to repent, and to return to the righteous ways of Jesus Christ our First Love.

The clock stops for No one. And the Good Lord cannot and will not wait for your last breath in an attempt to set the record straight. The Time is NOW!

Next Update before pausing for court proceedings February 28, 2008

Subject: The Second Death

Respectfully,

Philip G. Haddad, Jr.
