<p>As one deals with corruption and those who would be so readily corrupted, solitude can be found in the book I refer to as �My Bible!�</p>
<p>If you have routinely been following the updates, you will have come to know my life is rooted in spirituality, a belief in God, and my belief that Jesus Christ was born, died for us, and to this day remains the �Faithful Witness� as to the path each of us will carve out as we come face-to-face with the Lord of Lords.</p>
<p>Were you to turn to the Book of Revelations, you will see that your faith is tested daily while on your brief journey on earth by the devil (Satan, for those of you who look for a more structured individual). Each of us is tempted by three (3) fatal actions, any one of which may well guarantee your place in hell at the right hand of Satan.</p>
<p>The first fatal action is that of <strong>�Persecution�</strong> of others unjustly, unfairly, and with a degree of vengeance that displaces rationality with overwhelming corruption founded on false and baseless actions that have no foundation in logic.</p>
<p>The second fatal action is that of <strong>�Heresy�</strong> � a wrongful belief based upon a desire to persecute others while diverting attention away from you and your ill conceived ways and actions. </p>
<p>And the last fatal action is that or <strong>�Ethical and Moral Compromise�</strong>, which is self explanatory to the average person with a conscience. For those of you deficient in this area, just know you have no chance of salvation and to explain this fatal action further to you would be a waste of my time and yours. </p>
<p>A question posed to me recently asked, �Do you believe the Church (Synagogue or Mosque) has left the building in the lives of those who would persecute you unjustly and unfairly?� � referring to those involved either directly or indirectly in the process and happenings of the passed 4 years and (now) 3 months.</p>
<p><strong>My response</strong> � <em>�Unfortunately, yes, I do believe the Spiritual Church has rapidly fled those who would conspire, who would willingly be corrupted, and who would perpetrate a wrongful act in order to protect and shield the truth from being known. Each of these person(s) has my pity, but more importantly, I believe, will suffer the wrath of God � a punishment, I believe to be worse than the most difficult death known to man.�</em></p>
<p>As you will recall, many months ago the Worcester Superior Court Judge strongly suggested <em>�dispute resolution�</em> as a means of resolving issues between the Mangsens and me. Both parties agreed to the mediation process with the courts providing its Clerk of Courts, Francis Ford, as the mediator. The Mangsen�s countered with the demand that I suspend further updates on this web site during the Mediation Process. I agreed to this demand and suspended updates pending the results of the mediation process. Unfortunately, the Mangsen�s did not  honor their word to participate in the process and with one day notice in one instance and 10 minutes notice in a second instance, the Mediation Process was cancelled by the Mangsens � in each instance Clerk of Courts Ford had scheduled time on his extremely busy calendar to accommodate the recommendation of the Judge and the agreed to process by both me and the Mangsens.</p>
<p>The excuses presented for the cancellations by the Mangsens and their attorney range from a funeral, which had been planned days earlier to a snow storm of one inch that did not cancel or delay schools or a single scheduled action in Worcester Superior Court. It is obvious the Mangsens were not and did not intend from the start to actively participate in the process. </p>
<p>The Updates on this web site were reinstated soon after the second cancellation just 10 minutes before the Mediation Process was to have commenced, and as I was walking into the Office of the Clerk of Courts. </p>
<p>Finally after a very long period of time, we are now before the Worcester Superior Court and the judicial process that, God-Willing, will hear and see that which I have purported to be the blatant disregard for �due process� denied me up to this point.</p>
<p>With due respect for the Judicial Process about to begin, I will voluntarily (and without a request or directive to do so) suspend further updates on the web site � www.justiceatwhatprice.com effective February 28, 2008 until it is appropriate to reinstate the updates. </p>
<p><em>�Why, you ask, would I do such a thing?�</em> <strong>The answer</strong> � <em>�I shall reveal, as in the Book of Revelations, the truth, the veritable facts and not the fabricated lies and heresy that has perpetrated this process dating back to November 19, 2003�.</em></p>
<p>I was honored to be present, listen to, and speak with a clergyperson on Sunday, February 3, 2008, who stated, </p>
<p>�There comes a time in some people�s lives when Jesus Christ says � <strong><em>You have left the Building of God, and as such You have lost the Presence of God in your life.</em></strong> Those who have intentionally done unjust harm to others lack integrity (they failing to test the truth). Unless those who unjustly and with devious and deceptive motives as their motivation remember and repent, they have lost the presence of God in their lives and their die in both life and death is cast in stone�.</p>
<p>The clergyperson continued, �Jesus Christ is calling them to come back, but not until they are prepared to remember and repent for the impurity of their ways�.</p>
