It has come to my attention that although I have promised not to reveal anyones name who has emailed or called me concerning information presented on the web site www.justiceatwhatprice.com, I may be compelled to release your name at some point in the future.

After presenting comments received either via email or by phone, I deleted the contact information in all instances. Your comments have been documented where applicable and relevant and then deleted. As such, I do not have contact information available to me. In the instances regarding comments concerning the Funeral Monitor, I do have the state designations, but nothing more. To those of you who forwarded comments and observations to me, would you be so kind as to once again contact me, so that I may validate your contact information and relay who you are to appropriate persons apparently legitimately seeking this information. Thank you!

This request is also directed to the Mangsens, Ronald Johnson, and Ms. Wiles who have yet to respond to correspondence I forwarded to them concerning the unsigned letter from a supposed retired clergyperson referenced in previous updates.

I have spoken to the issue of accountability (or lack thereof) in processes and procedures of the past four (4) years and two (2) months on numerous occasions on this web site. Like it or not, government officials (I refer to as government functionaries) whether appointed, elected, or in their positions through patronage are not exempt from being held accountable for violations of fairness and impartiality in the performance of their roles in government service. The presumption of innocence, a constitutional right under our constitution, must be enforced without reservation until veritable facts (and not false facts or fabricated facts) dictate otherwise.

As I travel the country speaking to seniors, their families, and professionals assisting families as they navigate through the aging process, I have entertained comments, concerns, and instances of abuse by many in an advisory role dealing with seniors.

I will now share with you my beliefs, my approach when on the speaking circuit (be it to a live audience or on the radio or TV), and the message I leave with just about every person I meet with on a daily basis. The message is profound. If you are weak of heart or carry significant baggage, you may wish to take leave of this update.

For those of you still with me, I shall begin.

No One (you or me) is going to get out of this Life alive!

The Good Lord put us here for a very short period of time. When we were in our twenties, we thought our lifetime was infinite. We saw others come and go, but we just assumed we were going to live 0n forever. Then, suddenly, we blinked and 40 + years had passed, and we now find ourselves on the home stretch of life. If only I had done this or If only I had done that when I had the opportunity and now I am unable to do that which I had hoped to do at this stage of my life. All too often the hoped for Golden Years are in reality unfortunately rust years.

The fear of the unknown future in the next life rapidly approaching and well within our purview is scary, to say the least. Most honorable people take an honest and sincere inventory of their circumstances, their plight in life, and seek the balance-sphere in preparation for their transition to eternity fully realizing the miracle of their birth into this world was by the grace of the Good Lord the same Good Lord who will soon take out the yardstick and measure the merit of his decision to give us the opportunity to honorably live in the world he created.

I often ask my audiences How do you measure up? Not expecting (or wanting) an answer at this point, the measure of my words is to provoke the thought process and to allow those who see the light to clearly and honorably move forward on the escalator to eternity. Truly, there are NO Surprises! Each of us knows the true measure of what eternity will mean for us. We can rationalize for a moment. We can rationalize again and again, but we know our fate.

I referenced in a previous update the gentleman, who all of a sudden came to the realization that he was not going to live forever, that he was less than honorable in his daily dealing with others, and now was prepared to divest his wealth hoping for a favorable path to eternity. I ask you, What is your path to eternity?

I faced my path to eternity at the age of 19, when my dad (and my idol) died suddenly at the age of 51. He was a great man by every standard. His life was helping others at every juncture and with every opportunity that presented itself. He taught me that ones name and reputation are priceless certainly here on earth, but also before the Kingdom of God! It was difficult for me to fully grasp this perspective, until I was forced to become the man of the family. I wasnt excited to assume the responsibility that came with the territory of becoming the mainstay of the family, but I had little choice at the time. Today as well as every day of my life, I honor my fathers name (and mine); that Ive been their for families at their time of loss in a way and manner few other have fully realizing that a Family Does Not Get a Second Chance to Say Goodbye to a Loved One and the responsibility that goes along with this commitment to a family is a responsibility that has no comparison in this life we are honored to be a part of.

To unjustly deny a family of this God-Given right to transition themselves and their loved ones to eternity in the way and manner they wish and with and by whom they wish is a curse and a clear path to eternity in a place known as hell!

On Wednesday evening (January 23, 2008) I was interviewed live on TV for an hour without commercial breaks and was asked a number of questions concerning the aforementioned perspectives in this update. The responses to the interview were overwhelming, to say the least.

During the past 50 months (4 years and 2 months), I have found that the truth and the veritable facts have little or no basis or foundation in an administrative proceedings when those who are to investigate and ultimately serve as the judge and jury in the administrative proceeding are so corrupted as to yield a the truth irrelevant!

Please know the voice of justice will be heard and yes, unfortunately, it comes at a very high price especially and still in Massachusetts!

The next update is scheduled for February 5, 2008. There may be a delay as I will be having surgery. I will have posted on this web site the update schedule in the event there is to be a delay in the next presentation.

In the meantime, contemplate your eternal resting place and what you can do today to assure it isnt hot as hell!

For some of you, dont bother - for the die is cast and your fate sealed For you I say, May You Live Every Day of Your Life. For I suspect eternity will be a nasty place for you.

Till next time, Peace to all!
