So much is happening on so many fronts at the moment, that it is difficult for me to decide what next to share with you. Please note: I did not state that it was difficult to keep up with what is happening on so many fronts - that is easy. What is difficult is what to share with you in the limited time I have every 10 days or so. I am giving serious thoughts to publishing updates in the near future on a weekly basis, so that you are completely informed about each and every party (no exceptions) to the subject of this update soon to be explained in more detail.

Oh, why wait? Let's get to "the parable-of-the-Donkey!"

One day a farmer's donkey fell into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided the animal was old and the well needed to be covered over anyway, and it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. So the farmer decided to bury the donkey.

The farmer invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly and then slowly he quieted down till nothing could be heard.

A few shovel loads later the farmer finally looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the donkey, he would continue to shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off.

Life is going to shovel dirt on you - all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest well by not stopping, never giving up, shaking it off, and taking a step up.

The donkey came back, kicked the crap out of the farmer and his neighbors that tried to bury him.

The MORAL of the story!

"When you try to cover your ass, it always comes back to get even with you!"

It is a fact that the Mangsen's and their confidant employee, Ron Johnson, along with Nordgren's corporate attorney were less than truthful with the State Board of Funeral Director's and Embalmers with their statements for the record and on the record on December 9, 2003 in their own voices on an audio tape in my possession. It is also a fact that the then Chairperson of the State Board (John J. Kazlauskas) - a competitor funeral director in Worcester viciously and without provocation (for I was not present for his malicious, slanderous, and libelous verbal outburst) attacked me personally and professionally and even attempted to have his malicious statements made before the entire State Board, staff employees to include Helen Peveri and Kim Scully, and Board Counsels erased when he realized the meeting was being recorded. That not possible, Chairman Kazlauskas, went on a further tirade in an attempt to attack my character in my absence.

With the aforementioned "on the record", who would you say was the farmer? Was it the Mangsens? Was it Johnson? Was it Kazlauskas? Or were all of them the farmers in the parable-of-the donkey? You draw your own conclusions.

The next question to be addressed is - "Who were the neighbors in the parable of the Donkey?" It is perfectly clear that Investigator Bresnahan was the able accomplice of the farmer, whoever that may be to you. The obvious neighbors include the State Board Members of 2003; Mr. Mercadante (the record is clear concerning Mr. Mercadante); Mr. Pickering (Johnny come lately in this charade and used by the State Board Investigator to become a neighbor in this parable); certainly the executive director and assistant executive director for the Board (who together are incapable of completing a DPL complaint form according to guidelines clearly written on the form); and lastly, staff members at the Division of Professional Licensure whose roles in the shoveling of dirt on the donkey clearly have placed them on the neighbor list.

The final question is "Who is the donkey?" If it isn't obvious to you yet, it will be as you red on. The Donkey is this parable is me (Haddad). The Mangsen's, Johnson, Kazlauskas, and Bresnahan shoveled dirt on me without regard for the truth with a specific purpose in mind. Convinced that if they could persuade enough neighbors to participate in the process they were sure to cover up and destroy the donkey (Haddad). With false facts, wrongful facts, and yes, blatant lies; their plan to destroy the Donkey proceeded without any veritable facts to support their actions.

Well folks, the donkey has emerged from the well in excellent condition to the chagrin of all, and the donkey is about to kick the crap out of the farmers(s) and his (their) neighbors with a fury that will be a lasting remembrance that Justice sometimes comes at a very high price - but Justice and Accountability will see that circumstances as alluded to above are not falsely perpetrated against other innocent victims who might not have the fortitude to step above the dirt to confront the perpetrators.

Run as fast and as hard as you can, but know - "the donkey will not be denied!"

There are several civil law suits in the court system soon to expose these matters taking the issues from the darkness and projecting them into "pure light". Stay tuned, for clarity of purpose and accountability like seldom seen is about to rule the order of the day - and you'll be in the front row as it all unfolds.

Oh, and Happy New Year to you and yours!

Respectfully,
Philip G. Haddad, Jr.
