<p>As we approach the holiday season and the magnificence of the Holiday of Christmas, it is time to take a moment and reflect on why we celebrate Christmas! Most Christians take the hands of their children at this time of the year and explain that Christmas is symbolic of the �birth of Jesus Christ�, who came into this world to save sinners who otherwise would face an eternity in hell! To achieve eternity with the Good Lord, one need only be honorable, live a life of goodness, and become one with the Holy Father. </p>
<p>When the day the book of reflection of one�s life is opened before the Holy Father (to those of you having a difficult time following this � I speak of the moment you pass from this life), are you ready to atone for your actions? Do not think for a moment that you, me, or anyone can rationalize or debate before God the who, the why, and the how�s of our lives and think for a moment the Holy Father will forgive us after the fact for your (our) actions during your (our) time on earth?</p>
<p>If the Good Lord is to hold us accountable to the Truth and to honor Justice as our means to salvation, I fear my depiction of what I saw as I viewed images of Michelangelo�s Front Wall of the Sistine Chapel is a clear indication of what those so identified can anticipate as their fate for eternity. If any one of you referenced in the aforementioned update (even for one moment) plan to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, I would humbly suggest you have a great deal of cleansing (purging) to do before even considering such a course of action. <em><u>And YES, the Good Lord is watching!</u></em></p>
<p>It was my intent to continue to present in this Update the findings of the initial comprehensive review of the proceedings against me by parties to be referenced as the veritable facts are presented. It has also been suggested to me that I should define <em>�veritable facts�</em> for those of you who may not clearly understand the meaning.</p>
<p><strong>Veritable Facts �</strong> are facts that are real, are tested for their authenticity, that are time  tested in the widest as well as the most narrow scope of review and investigation, and are supported by testimony of credible, unbiased, and non-prejudiced witnesses � and then and only then after a thorough review of all circumstances preceding the action or actions under review. This was the role of the State Board! This was the role of John Bresnahan, investigator for the Division of Professional Licensure! This was the role of Anne Colleton, Administrative Hearings Counsel, Division of Professional Licensure! </p>
<p>I have decided to hold off on presenting further findings and determinations concerning actions of all parties, their apparent motives, and the flawed Administrative Proceedings till a future Update and to focus on an issue that I alluded to in the November 11, 2007 Update � that being an unsigned letter I received on October 24, 2007 at my residence. To refresh your memory, the envelope was addressed to Mr. & Mrs. Haddad. The Letter itself was addressed to Mr. Haddad, supposedly from a retired clergyman. The grammar in the letter (be it intentional or unintentional) was equivalent to that of a 6th or 7th grader. The content was sort of �all over the place� - and although poorly organized and presented, it was clear the author had known me and my family for several years as members of my family were referenced in the body of the letter.</p>
<p>As I have stated on numerous occasions, I am most willing to present any and all correspondence and comments from those wishing to do so � so long as they are willing to sign their submissions. I pledge to hold their names confidential (if this be their wish), but I must verify the authenticity of their comments and statements by their signatures and follow up verification procedures.</p>
<p>Returning to the unsigned letter supposedly from a retired clergyperson whose English is that of a 6th or 7th grader; as you know if you have been following the Updates I have asked the author of the letter to contact me, so that I can verify who authored the letter and thereby publish the letter and its full content on this web site for all to see. <em>Six weeks later, and NO response.</em></p>
<p>The letter was reviewed by others for their observations. It was immediately apparent to them and soon thereafter to me that the letter (mailed in Worcester without a return address) may well have had its origins with either owners or employees at Nordgren Memorial Chapel. In order to afford the folks at Nordgren Memorial Chapel the opportunity to dispel any involvement in either the preparation of or knowledge of the aforementioned letter, I prepared and mailed the following letter to Kurt Mangsen, Katherine Mangsen, Ronald Johnson, and Gail Wiles on December 7, 2007.</p>

<p>On October 24, 2007, I received at my residence an �unsigned letter� supposedly from a retired clergyperson addressed to Mr. & Mrs. Haddad. </p>
<p>Do you have any knowledge of the letter, who prepared the letter, who may have mailed the letter, or who the clergyperson was that supposedly authored but failed to sign the letter?  Please advise.</p>
<p>Your response will be afforded official notation in the appropriate venue.</p>

<p>As of this date, I have yet to receive a response from Mr. & Mrs. Mangsen, Mr. Johnson, or Ms Wiles. (One would think that if they had no knowledge of the circumstances of the letter, they would be quick to set the record straight. Maybe, with the Holiday Season, they are just too busy).</p>
<p>I would like to take a moment to reinforce the theme presented earlier in this Update. In the true spirit of the season, <em><strong>it is time to bring the righteous, who lived before Christ, into the joy of the Nativity � to prepare for the birth of Christ!</strong></em> Just as Jesus Christ took on a human quality and overcame human history, so too must each of us overcome and go beyond the misdeeds of our earthly existence. Jesus must be born in us through our own recognition of the sins that we have committed to this present point.</p>
<p><strong>Once we have recognized these elements that apply to us, then we must unite ourselves in spirit to the purification which prepared for the birth of Christ.  Then and ONLY then can Christ become an integral part of our own lives.</strong></p>
<p>I prayer for each of you that �It is not too late for the realization that Christ is in our mist�, and for you to seek HIS presence by repenting the ills of your ways and breaking the bonds of the devil that has consumed you to this point. Till then, I suggest you keep the depiction of Michelangelo�s Sistine Chapel works and your position thereon clearly in your mind.</p>
<p>To those of you in consonance with the Holy Father, I wish you the blessing of the Birth of Jesus Christ � this most Holy Season of Celebration.</p>
