	<p>As you know if you have been following the updates posted on
this web site "Justice at What Price", many persons have been identified
through our investigation into the circumstances surrounding Katherine Mangsen's frivolous accusations and allegations-none
proven and most disproven-as co-conspirators in a
"Witch Hunt" and attempt at character assassination that has and will continue
to fail under close scrutiny.</p>
<p>You will recall several months ago I contacted the
Massachusetts Funeral Director's Association (M.F.D.A.)-the same funeral
industry body that rushed to have its secretary, Tracy Mitchell, a funeral home
owner in Millis and Medfield (believed to be the most prolific expert witness
available within the membership of the MFDA) to testify against me on issues to
which he had no knowledge or experience. Under cross-examination, Mr. Mitchell
could not even remember having a fairly lengthy conversation with me at the
annual meeting of the Order of the Golden Rule in Reno, NV while a woman, I
believed it was his wife, looked on and asked questions about Westland Services.</p>
<p>Since the Massachusetts Funeral Director's Association
(MFDA) was so anxious to participate in this process, I just knew the MFDA
would be equally anxious to participate in a full scale review of the entire
matter and not just the biased, distorted, and wrongful facts as scripted by
the Division of Professional Licensure's investigator, Bresnahan
with the encouragement and support of the now deceased and former Chairman of
the State Board, Kazlauskas. </p>
<p>Boy, was I wrong!� Honor and Integrity within the MFDA are two
(2) words totally alien to that Association. Ms. Anne Roan, president of the
MFDA, responded to my request for their participation in the full review with
the statement-"The MFDA will not be participating in the process."� GOD forbid, for if
the MFDA participated in the review process, just maybe the MFDA would get it
right-and surely we wouldn't want this to happen, would we? Seeking truth and
justice within the funeral industry in Massachusetts is just a goal in theory,
but not a reality within the MFDA. One certainly needs to question the value of
membership in an association that runs away with its eyes closed from the
truth.</p>
<p>For the record, I watch little or no television. As you can
imagine, I have little time for television. I also have little time to read for
pleasure. As such, when the subject of <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> surfaced as a comment
from one of several persons involved in independently reviewing the 4,400 pages
of documents as a consequence of Mrs. Mangsen's
vicious and maligned complaints to the State Board dating back to December 2003
as well as in an email from a funeral director that regularly visits this web
(content to follow), I had never heard of the phrase - <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> - nor was
I aware of its reference or meaning. So you can see,
my shock and amazement when I learned the meaning and intent of its use in
reference to matters under review.</p>
<p>As you obviously know if you have been following this web
site closely, I am a deeply religious and spiritual person-always have been
and always will be. As such, I am a believer an honest person with honor and
integrity will continue to seek eternity in God's Heavenly Kingdom. I also
believe a dishonest person without honor and integrity will continue to seek
eternity in hell-although few realize their devilish path until it is too
late to reverse direction.</p>
<p>I had intended to present portions of the review of the
proceedings of the past 4 years-(the 4th anniversary of these proceedings
being November 19, 2007) as a result of a review of all documents, records,
correspondence, administrative hearings and procedures, decisions of the Administrative Hearings
Counsel, Colleton, before during and after the Administrative Hearings, her
tentative decision and final decision that went to the State Board by an
independent entity familiar with Administrative Board proceedings. What I would
have presented would have been from a verbal exchange and not yet documented
for the record in writing. As it is and always has been my policy to have
veritable facts in hand and substantiated before drawing conclusions (a
procedure alien to the State Board and Division of Professional Licensure's
investigator, Bresnahan as well as DPL's prosecution
lawyers and Administrative Hearings Counsel-who if they had any sense of
concern for the truth and justice would have taken off their blinders, cast
aside their prejudices and biases, and ended this charade long before ever
issuing a frivolous Order to Show Cause), I will not publish the findings and
determinations until I have a final report from this very credible individual.</p>
<p>I shall now turn to the email from a funeral director from
outside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, who makes reference to <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong></p>
<p><u>Mr. Haddad</u> - "Your situation was brought to my attention by
a casket manufacturer with whom we do business. When he began to explain the
issues you were dealing with I didn't believe him, and was referred to your web
site. When I saw that you were attacked by the Funeral Monitor, aware of
numerous instances of blatant distortions by the Funeral Monitor and its
editor, I knew I wanted to learn more. I thought of contacting you several
times, and as I was about to do so, another update was posted on the site which
further angered me. What you are going through is unbelievable! If you were in
my state, none of this would be happening for our state association would not
have allowed it-let alone participated in the process.</p>
<p>Have you ever seen the movie-<strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> or read the
book? If not you should rent the movie. It would appear to me from what I have
read on your web site, which I'm confident you can prove or you would not have
posted it, that there are a large number of individuals-disgusting
individuals who are passing themselves off as funeral directors and tarnishing
the public's perception for all of us as well as Massachusetts state employees
that are as corrupt as we have been lead to believe. </p>
<p>Mr. Haddad, living in the so-called Bible Belt,
I believe in a life hereafter. I believe there are amongst us those who seek
hell in their daily activities, and knowingly or unknowingly have personally
opened <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> &amp; summoned the devil. You appear to be witnessing
this first hand with that woman business partner of yours-as well as that
corrupt State Board and Licensure Division. Know that there are many of us
watching these proceedings very closely. My hope is that you will write a book
about the entire matter, for you are an inspiration to others that have been
unjustly condemned, but who did not have the fortitude and the "stomach" to
seek justice from a corrupt administrative body of government. Good Luck and
we'll be watching.</p>

I was unaware of <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong>-book, movie, theory, or whatever until I
received your email. Quite frankly, I did not investigate what <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong>
was all about, until it was brought up to my attention by the person referenced
above-and only then did I recall seeing the phrase - <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> in an
email-from you. Coincidentally, I had just written about and published on
this site my discussions and observations concerning the Sistine Chapel and
Michelangelo's depiction on the front wall when I received your email. Had I
been aware of <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> at that time, I would have incorporated it into
that update.</p>
<p>To respond to your email and thoughts concerning <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong>, I believe with all my heart and soul that Mrs. Mangsen;
several funeral directors too numerous to mention, but each knows well who they
are; Division of Professional Licensure's investigator, Bresnahan;
State Board personnel (also too numerous to mention, but they too know who they
are); Division of Professional Licensure personnel (from the prosecuting
counsels, to the Administrative Hearing Counsel, to its Chief Legal Counsel, to
the Division's Director) have all summoned the devil and the devil has responded.
One need only enter the doors at 239 Causeway Street in Boston to know they
have unlocked the doors to <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> and embraced the devil. </p>
<p>I also suggest to you that you may experience the same
results were you to enter through the doors of several funeral homes in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, whose masters (known as funeral home owners)
have embraced and found <strong><em>The Ninth Gate</em></strong> and the devil as their eternal business
partner. To each of them, please know the pity I have for you and always will.</p>
