<h3 class="title">Where Is The "Light"?</h3>

<p>I am composing this update while sitting on the beach in San Diego watching
the waves crash upon the shore with the power and intensity of life as many
have come to know it and accept it; and yet a <em>life of darkness</em>
many have come to accept as their “fate” in life. More in a
few moments. </p>
<p>So much is happening and happening so quickly that the two (2) topics I
had intended to present in this update will be topics for updates in the
very near future. If time permits and as has been suggested to me, I shall
attempt to present updates on a more frequent basis to keep you apprised
of actions taken by me and others in what Ms. Kim Scully, Assistant Executive
Director to the Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers (the same Kim Scully
that Jack Kazlauskas, former Chairman of the Board asked to erase his blasphemous
statements made to the members of the State Board on December9, 2003), stated
in an email to Board Members - <strong><em>“And the Saga continues…”</em></strong>.</p>
<p>It was my intent to present the latest act of desperation by Katherine
(and Kurt) Mangsen and their attorney, Scott S. Sinrich; an action you won’t
believe unless you are aware of the full proceedings since Katherine (and
not Kurt) filed frivolous complaints against me with the State Board dating
back to December 2003. Stay Tuned! <em><strong>You won’t want to miss
this one!!!!!!!!!!</strong></em></p>
<p>And secondly, I had intended to present my latest correspondence to Ms.
Kathe Mullally, Chief Counsel, Division of Professional Licensure concerning
her deliberate and contrived attempt to deny me access to public records
by charging irresponsibly high fees in violation of the Massachusetts Guide
to the Public Records Law. Soon you will read actual correspondence from
me to Ms. Mullally, and her absurd, irresponsible, illegal, and unethical
response. </p>
<p>I have appealed, as is my right when a public records request is unjustly
denied, Ms. Mullally’s decision to the Secretary of State, William
Galvin, and the Supervisor of Public Records, Alan N. Cote for the appropriate
action in this matter. Before presenting the aforementioned correspondence,
I will hold the issue awaiting the decision of Secretary Galvin.</p>
<p>Now to the subject of this Update:</p>
<p align="center"><strong>WHERE IS THE "LIGHT"?</strong></p>
<p>As you know, this web site - www.justiceatwhatprice.com has attracted the
attention of many throughout the country (and as I have recently found out
– throughout the world). As the so-called “Saga continues”
per Ms. Scully, so too has the intensity of concern for me, my health, and
my spiritual well being. As you know, as a result of less than honorable
(and truthful) statements and actions of both Mr. Mercadante (Mercadante
Funeral Home & Chapel in Worcester) and my spiritual leader of many
years, I no longer in good conscience and in my heart could continue to
be a communicant in the parish of my birth – St. George Orthodox Cathedral
in Worcester. <strong><em>Please note: </em></strong><em>my faith in the
Holy Father has not and WILL NOT be adversely impacted by actions of others</em>.</p>
<p>As I mentioned, many are concerned for my well-being as I have been viciously
and unjustly attacked by a system of government manned by those corrupted
by their own “rush-to-judgment” actions and “without the
guts” to own up to their misjudgments. As has been stated, these individuals
(hiding within the system) are in darkness as the LIGHT now permeates the
western sky.</p>
<p>Learning that I was planning on traveling to California, and precipitated
by a concern for my health and spiritual well-being, I was invited to visit
a botanical garden of special significance by those of a spiritual entity
of which I had No knowledge. With little enthusiasm and some ambivalence,
I traveled to Encinitas. What I found is beyond my ability to describe to
you at this moment, other than in its most infantile perspective. Amongst
this most beautiful and truly magnificent botanical garden was a “sense
of peace” - an inner peace that touched not only my conscience, but
my sub-conscience and as I have found out, “my super conscience”
- not previously known to me. </p>
<p>This experience was not limited to a simple visit to a beautiful botanical
garden, but a more in depth and truly comprehensive awareness of the meaning
of <strong>“True Light”</strong> and therefore - <strong>“True
Wisdom”</strong>. </p>
<p>There were those who knew my world was shaken by an uncontrollable cancer
so strong and so powerful with its origin based in others personal bias
and prejudice and fueled by corrupt beings rooted in darkness; that they,
as saviors and emissaries in service to the Good Lord and mankind, wished
to see that I was not pulled into the abyss of darkness from whence the
darkness and the perpetrators reside. I came to know those who would unjustly
bestow darkness onto others and attempt to drag others into their darkened
world as <strong>“Sleepwalkers”</strong> – suggestions
coming from their subconscious minds have given them the consciousness of
one-horsepower people. </p>
<p>It didn’t take long for them to realize my deep faith and sense of
calmness – which was clearly a surprise to them considering the time
period (3 years and 8+ months), during which time I have been challenged
by unjust actions without reason by those who thought wrongly and have chosen
a path toward Satan. As our time together moved on, it was concluded that
with my innate calmness came a natural sense of reason, justice and humor
under less than honorable circumstances created by others.</p>
<p>A true sense of calmness came over all of us, and it was apparent to all
that my well-being was rooted in by belief and closeness to the Holy Father.
With the threat to my spiritual being no longer a concern, the conversation
then turned to ones expectations in life. I was asked, “How do you
perceive others when first you meet?” </p>
<p>After a short pause I responded,<em> “I have always held everyone
I meet in the highest regard, accepting them as being honorable and pure
until such time as they prove otherwise. Therefore their so-called ‘stock’
is at its highest point when first we meet, and hopefully it will remain
at this high level”.</em></p>
<p>Further discussion in a very non-compromising way brought me to the point
that “I had no right to expect anything of anyone and in so doing
their actions became theirs alone and were not in opposition to my wishes
for them or anyone”. As for the irresponsible actions of those during
the past 3+ years, I should not be disappointed in the path toward Satan
that each has taken, because I should not have had any expectations (good
or bad) of those directly or indirectly involved. Quite frankly, this perspective
made excellent sense, but was a blow to my “psyche”.</p>
<p>There is much more I shall share with you as time goes on. Suffice it to
say, “I was overwhelmed, overjoyed, and overly exhausted by this unexpected
reawakening to life’s true peace and true wisdom – and the closeness
I have come to the Heavenly Father. </p>
<p>I was sent on my way with these two (2) thoughts, with these two (2) statements,
and with these two (2) perspectives I shall share with you as they guide
me through the path to justice, while attempting to reach the “true
souls” of the perpetrators. (<strong>You should note:</strong> I did
NOT say – “save the souls” of the perpetrators; for they
and they alone are the only ones capable of salvaging their own souls; for
the Heavenly Father cannot and will not save the souls of those who do not
ask to be save by correcting their wrongful actions).</p>
<p> <u><strong><em>First</em></strong></u><em>, “When you can bear the
crucifixions of others’ wrongs against you and when you can keep the
‘divine inner peace’ intact despite all painful thrusts of outer
circumstance, you shall now and always know real happiness.”</em></p>
<p> <u><strong><em>Secondly</em></strong></u><em>, “He who knows when
to speak and when to be silent, but yet never compromises his own ideals
and inner peace is a force for great good and to be reckoned with and respected
in this world.” </em></p>
<p>Before concluding each update, I have decided to present one or more emails
from readers of this web site, to answer specific questions, and to publish
statements and comments without editing - so long as they are relevant and
not blasphemous in any way. I will not entertain nor will I publish attacks
on the character liabilities of individuals involved relative to issues
before me. I and I alone, will present the veritable facts leaving you to
draw your own conclusions. No names, titles, or addresses of those posing
questions will be published now or in the future.</p>
<p><strong>Question: “Mr. Haddad, do you write each of the updates on
the web site “Justice at What Price” or do you have someone
that does it for you? And if you do write them yourself, where do you find
the time to do so?” </strong></p>
<p><strong>Answer: </strong>Dear Reader, I do write (and have written) every
word that has appeared on this web site dating back to its creation in March
2005; shortly after obtaining the audio tape of the conspiracy alluded to
herewith on numerous occasions. I stand comfortably behind each and every
word, statement, and comment published to date. </p>
<p>As for the time it takes to present the truth; yes, it is time-consuming
to put the facts (which are readily available) into the correct and verifiable
chronology for you, the reader. As I record the time spent on addressing
the gross injustices thrust upon me by those consumed by darkness and well
on the path to Satan, I take comfort and solace in presenting ONLY the facts
– continually cognizant of the fact that we will all leave this earthly
world naked of belongings; but with a name and reputation to live on as
some of us gather in the eternal arms of the Holy Father.</p>
