I want to express my sincerest thanks for those of you who have called,
emailed, and sent notes inquiring as to why I have not provided updates
since May 12, 2006. The reason is two-fold. First and foremost, Memorial
Day has always been a special day for me and even more so since the creation
of Westland Services Corporation. Respectfully acknowledging and remembering
our fallen service men and women, who have made the supreme sacrifice so
that we in America can enjoy the freedoms we do has and always will be of
special importance to me. Since serving in the U.S. Army in the late 1960’s
and heading up burial details in Louisiana, Alabama, and Texas providing
military funerals for men and women killed in Viet Nam, Memorial Day was
always a day of reflection for me and my family.

Westland Services Corporation beautifies and maintains monuments and memorials
dedicated to our nation’s fallen heroes in addition to individual
family gravesites – many in National Cemeteries throughout the country.
As such, Memorial Day carries a special significance for me and for those
who share in this commitment and special mission.

On Memorial Day, May 29, 2006, at 3:00PM in each of the time zones throughout
this great country, all members of Westland Services and their families
stood in silence for the “National Moment of Remembrance” for
the more than 1 million Americans who’ve died fighting in all of our
wars since 1775. I hope and pray, you did as well.

The second part of the two-fold reason for not updating this web site before
now is that I have spent several hours reviewing the transcripts of testimony
from the witnesses for the prosecution and comparing that to the testimony,
statements, and remarks of Kurt and Katherine Mangsen, Ronald Johnson, Atty.
Scott Sinrich, the late John J. Kazlauskas, John Bresnahan (investigator
for the State Board) and members of the State Board dating back to December
9, 2003. Statements made by the aforementioned parties to the State Board
on December 9, 2003 in many instances are contrary to testimony from these
same witnesses under sworn testimony at the Administrative Hearing.

I have and continue to make note and shall present on June 14, 2006 the
facts, the truth, and the blatant lies that initiated the investigation
(or lack thereof as I shall clearly prove) that resulted in the expenditure
of in excess of $1M in costs to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. As I
delineate the corruption and play the tape of the conspiracy and violent
attack on my character as witnessed by all in attendance at the meeting
of the State Board on December 9, 2003 by Mr. Kazlauskas and reaffirmed
by Mr. Bresnahan, we will be asking the question – “Where was
Atty. James Anliot and Atty. Christopher Carroll during the proceedings?
– asleep at the wheel – I might suggest!

With the facts I shall present and the “light that will spring
forward from the darkness” from which Nordgren Memorial Chapel
and its employees and counsel have chosen to operate, I shall demonstrate
that they plotted along with the Chairman of the State Board (Mr. Kazlauskas)
and others to intentionally distort that which they knew to be factual for
their personal agenda and personal gain – never expecting that I would
expend the amount of time, effort, and resources to investigate and expose
the conspiracy. Quite frankly, they almost got away with it. (I shall soon
provide you with ALL the facts, testimony, and statements to support what
I allege, but not before I do so before the Division of Professional Licensure
on June 14, 2006).

The prosecuting counsels, Atty. James Read and Atty. Leslie Alexander,
have opposed and continue to oppose just about every request to present
information and to call witnesses that have been identified in recent times
to have information to contradict that which has been stated as fact by
the State Board, its legal counsel, and its investigator. If it is ones
intent to convict someone of false and malicious allegations at any cost
and to dispel completely and not allow the truth to be presented or the
facts to be proven, then Attorney Read and Atty. Alexander are doing their
job. I, personally, do not believe this is the role they perceived they
were embarking upon when they were selected for the positions they hold.

Mr. Kazlauskas’s name and reputation is forever branded by his actions
and those of the State Board, its employees, and legal counsels. So too
will be all those whose actions and lies have corrupted a process –
a process that is supposed to be fair, impartial, without prejudice, and
just. I do not believe anyone wants to be branded forever as a co-conspirator
as they attempt to cover up for the actions of their peers. It is a fact
that “Power corrupts and Absolute Power corrupts Absolutely!”
As I begin to dissect and disinfect the process and the proceedings of the
past 2 ½ years, I call upon each of you involved (and you know who
you are) to come forward and stand for the truth for the most painful penalty
you will ever endure now or in the future – is your conscience! I
know Kurt Mangsen has a conscience. But I do not know if he is man enough
to come clean and tell the Honest to God truth. As for Katherine Mangsen,
Ronald Johnson, Gail Wiles, Atty. Sinrich, Mr. Bresnahan, Kevin Mercadante,
and others (soon to be named), I have serious doubts as to whether or not
they have a conscience at this stage; but as I stated there is NO penalty
worse than carrying though life the burden of dirty lies that unjustly harm
others.

It has been suggested to me that Nordgren Memorial Chapel in the person(s)
of Mrs. Katherine Mangsen (and to a lesser degree, Kurt Mangsen) has “raped”
the State Board; the system of justice the State Board has sworn to uphold
by her lies, allegations, and distortions of the facts and circumstances;
and the taxpayers of Massachusetts by the “waste of precious state
funds” in this “Witch Hunt”.

My immediate response to this suggestion is and was “You can’t
rape the willing”, for the State Board was poisoned to the truth from
the outset by a corrupt, biased, prejudiced, and impartial leader, who is
no longer with us to be held accountable for his statements and actions.
But left behind are the unscrupulous individuals who took up the Chairman’s
cause without benefit of the facts and are now on the “hot seat”
for their statements and actions.

I shall conclude this update with a statement made on December 9, 2003
before the State Board by Mrs. Katherine Mangsen. “We trusted
him (referring to me), and didn’t realize he was a Wolf in Sheep’s
Clothing!”

Mrs. Mangsen, I suggest you look into the mirror, for then and only then
will you see what I have known from the outset, and now the prosecution
attorneys, the Administrative Hearings Counsel, and soon everyone will see,
hear, and know for a fact – that “you and you alone –
are the wolf in sheep’s clothing” – but unfortunately
you have contaminated and infected many others in the process. How very
sad!

The only way one can lie, malign, or distort the truth in an effort to
harm others is to “live outside God’s Presence.” It must
be a very lonely existence today, and your only true companion is the devil
now and in the future.

I realize it is a very difficult task for you to get into Boston, but I
do wish to extend an invitation to each of you reading this update that
you are most certainly welcome to come to the initial day of my defense
on June 14, 2006 at 10:00AM on the 2nd floor at 239 Causeway Street, Boston,
MA (diagonally across from the TD Bank North Garden) and all subsequent
dates to be announced shortly. In the event you are unable to attend, I
shall update you on this web site with the facts and actual testimony of
witnesses in the very near future.

In the meantime, I am beginning to make travel arrangements to have 18-20
witnesses (many elderly and in less than good health) to come to Boston
and testify at the Administrative Hearing concerning statements made by
Mrs. Mangsen, Mr. Mercadante, and others – testimony that unfortunately
will have many of the families re-living the pain of the loss of a loved
one because of the misguided, inaccurate, and insensitive statements made
by the referenced parties.
