As stated in the April 3, 2006 Update, I have intentionally delayed Part
5 in the 12 Part Series presenting the results of our investigation into
the complaints filed by Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester,
MA in the person of Katherine Mangsen, wife of Kurt Mangsen, president of
the funeral home against me. As you can witness for yourself by referencing
the April 3, 2006 update on this web site, the truth is finally rearing
its ugly head to the chagrin of the Prosecution, Division of Professional
Licensure and all inhabitants at 239 Causeway Street that have touched or
come in contact with the issues of the past 29 months.

The “Million Dollar Witch Hunt” which continues
to swallow up precious State Resources is finally “seeing the
light of day” – and State Employees and Appointees are
fleeing the scene for quieter pastures where, just hopefully, they will
not be held accountable for their actions. As I have stated before in previous
updates, you can run and run and run, but you cannot hide from the “Truth”
– and there is a day when the truth will ring long and loud from the
halls of justice. The process of the truth finally being heard began on
March 31, 2006 with the testimony of Kurt Mangsen and will continue on May
2, 2006 with the testimony of Mr. John Bresnahan, investigator, Division
of Professional Licensure. I encourage those reading this update, although
many of you in funeral service who have and continue to contact me on a
regular basis have expressed concern for retribution were you to come out
publicly to show your support and attest to that which you know to be factual,
to come to the last day of the prosecution’s presentation at the Administrative
Hearing scheduled for May 2, 2006 at 239 Causeway Street, Boston, 2nd floor
at 10:00AM. I assure you, you will witness the truth in “black and
white”, and not through the shadows of which the rumors and statements
that have been made by parties to the complaints, have hidden for the past
2+years.

What began on March 31, 2006 and will continue until all the true facts
are on the table is a “flushing out” of the
conspiracy, corruption, gross incompetence, and cover-up that has
permeated the judicial and administrative process that has occupied the
Division of Professional Licensure for more than two (2) years as they have
been “sucked into a personal witch hunt” by accepting lies as
factual by parties to a character assassination. So many of the original
participants have fled the scene, fearful they will be held accountable
for their actions known to be biased, prejudiced, and morally reprehensible
at the time. I have spent more than two (2) years and an enormous amount
of money tracking them down and documenting their every move and action;
and I even possess an audio tape of the scheming by principals within the
State Board of Registration of Funeral Directors & Embalmers and its
employees.

I have made it known to the so called “powers-to-be” within
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts – several now actively seeking higher
office – others representing constituents in the Senate and House
of Representatives in Boston, that if they did not investigate the allegations
I was prepared to prove, that the issues, conspiracy, and cover-up would
ONLY grow just like terminal cancer ravishes the human body.

The time has apparently finally arrived after more than two (2) years of
attempting to find the responsible source to investigate that which I shall
now prove, to identify those that have chosen to abdicate their responsibility
to uphold the public trust and the oath of office they swore allegiance
to when hired, appointed, or elected to serve the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
its citizens, and taxpayers. The time has arrived to expose those directly
involved as well as those who witnessed the unethical actions of their peers
and superiors – and chose to walk away as if nothing was wrong.

I liken the past 2+years and actions taken by several Central Massachusetts
Funeral Directors, State Board Appointees, and State Employees to domestic
terrorists of the al-Qaida variety – insurgents that hit and then
run to hide in their rat infested cubby-holes until it is safe to poke their
heads out to attempt to once again – not throw, but together to “Push
Me Under The Bus!” Valiant attempts – but NO Cigar!
Now it is my turn not to throw or push anyone under the bus, but to watch
each of them (you) squirm as you try to avoid the bus that IS COMING squarely
in your direction.

I have a cartoonist friend that reads every update, knows several of the
perpetrators, and has drawn cartoons depicting several of those within funeral
service as well as State Officials (elected and appointed) by name, making
statements and taking actions (or not taking action) that cleverly depict
better than words can ever describe their despicable actions and statements
during the past 2+ years. I shall publish these cartoons on this web site
at some point and release them to the media if and when I deem it appropriate.
I just know the Globe, Herald, & Worcester Telegram will jump at the
opportunity to publish them, for what they depict can, is, and soon will
be readably proven.

Before concluding this update, I wish to provide you with a copy of a Freedom
of Information Request dated April 12, 2006 and forwarded to the George
Weber, Director, Division of Professional Licensure, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Part 5 of the 12 Part Series “our investigation”
which I intentionally delayed, will be posted on Friday, May 5, 2006 on
this web site along with an update of the examination and cross-examination
of Mr. John Bresnahan, investigator, State Board of Registration, which
is scheduled for Tuesday, May 2, 2006. The names of those with “dirt”
on their hands, on their faces, and branded by the facts will be presented
at that time – names of individuals that you will recognize as funeral
directors, as lawyers, as elected state officials, as appointed state officials,
and as state employees. I ask only that as they are identified, picture
them in a neat line all pushing in the same direction attempting to “push
me under the bus” - and then and only then will you truly get the
sense of the “conspiracy and corruption” as I, in a subsequent
update, give you the specific details as to why each is classified as being
“dirty!”

For those who celebrated Holy Easter on Sunday, April 16th, I say to you,
“Christ is Risen!”

To those of you who celebrate the Orthodox Easter on April 23rd, I wish
you a Blessed Holy Week.
